易碎制品运送保护盒由盒体1、固定槽1.1、弹性固定带1.3构成，其特征是：盒体1为一顶端开口桶状结构，内层设有一层海绵保护层1.2，盒体1底部中央设有固定槽1.1，内壁中央处对应设有弹性固定带1.3。采用上述结构，使用时将易碎品置于盒内，易碎品底座放于固定槽内，调节弹性固定带将易碎品固定。

本发明涉及一种用于运送易碎物品的保护盒。
背景技术
对于易碎品例如玻璃制品、陶瓷制品、需要尽可能降低运输流通过程对产品造成的损坏，运输包装或者称缓冲包装在这里所起的作用非常关键。
外包装是保护易碎品免受损坏的有效方法；最典型和最常用的易碎品外包装是瓦楞纸箱。 1、楞纸箱是目前使用量最大的运输包装容器。常用的易碎品外包装用瓦楞纸箱由三层或五层瓦楞纸板制成。 2、蜂窝纸板箱；蜂窝纸板箱是由蜂窝纸板制造而成的箱形容器。蜂窝纸板质轻、抗压、抗弯、抗剪强度高，具有良好的缓冲隔振性能。
内包装：易碎品内包装的最主要功能是提供内装物的固定和缓冲。合格的内包装可以保护易碎品在运输期间免受冲撞及震动，并能回复原来形状以提供进一步的缓冲作用； 1、衬板是目前最流行的内部包装形式，通常是使用瓦楞纸板通过彼此交叉形成一个网状结构，在尺寸上与外包装纸箱相匹配。 2、泡沫塑料及其替代品：作为传统的缓冲包装材料，发泡塑料具有良好的缓冲性能和吸振性能，有重量轻、保护性能好、适应性广等优势，广泛用于易碎品的包装上。
采用这些方法虽然可以有效的起到保护作用，但是由于包装过于繁杂，包装盒为一次性使用，浪费资源且浪费包装人力。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述问题，提供一种易碎制品运送保护盒。该易碎制品运送保护盒可以重复使用，能够有效的保护内部物品。
本发明解决问题所采取的技术方案是：易碎制品运送保护盒由盒体、固定槽、弹性固定带构成。
盒体为一顶端开口桶状结构，内层设有一层海绵保护层。
盒体底部中央设有固定槽，内壁中央处对应设有弹性固定带，可将内存易碎品进行固定。
采用上述结构，使用时将易碎品置于盒内，易碎品底座放于固定槽内，调节弹性固定带将易碎品固定。
本发明的有益效果是：保护易碎品不受损伤，保护盒循环使用节约环保。
