本发明涉及的一种带有绝缘织物层的防风型防火面料,它从上至下依次包括防火层(1),所述防火层(1)的上表面设置有抗菌层(2),所述防火层(1)的下表面依次设置有防水层(3)以及防辐射层(4),所述抗菌层(2)包括附着于防火层(1)上表面纵向布置的上层空心绒布条(2.1),上层空心绒布条(2.1)内填充有纵向的抗菌纤维(2.2),所述防水层(3)的中心设置有防水膜(3.1),所述防辐射层(4)包括附着于防水层(3)下表面纵向布置的下层空心绒布条(4.1),下层空心绒布条(4.1)设置有纵向布置的防辐射条(5)。本发明带有绝缘织物层的防风型防火面料具有立体感以及具备抗菌、防辐射以及防水等多种功能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种带有绝缘织物层的防风型防火面料,属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们对于面料的各种功能需要越来越高,传统的带有绝缘织物层的防风型防火面料只具备单一的功能,且立体感较差,因此寻求一种具有立体感,具有多种功能的带有绝缘织物层的防风型防火面料尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种具有立体感,具有多种功能的带有绝缘织物层的防风型防火面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种带有绝缘织物层的防风型防火面料,它从上至下依次包括防火层,所述防火层的上表面设置有抗菌层,所述防火层的下表面依次设置有防水层以及防辐射层,所述抗菌层包括附着于防火层上表面纵向布置的上层空心绒布条,上层空心绒布条内填充有纵向的抗菌纤维,所述防水层的中心设置有防水膜,所述防水膜上方以及下方的防水层内设置有横向布置的疏水导流孔,所述防辐射层包括附着于防水层下表面纵向布置的下层空心绒布条,下层空心绒布条设置有纵向布置的防辐射条,所述防辐射条包括中心的弹性纤维、绕设于弹性纤维表面的防辐射金属丝组以及包覆于外层的保护层,弹性纤维上缠绕有多组防辐射金属丝组。防水层以及防辐射层之间设置有绝缘织物层,绝缘织物层的原料包括:氯纶纤维、涤纶纤维和阻燃剂,所述的氯纶纤维、涤纶纤维以及阻燃剂所占的重量比为6:3:1。
所述防辐射金属丝组包括5~10根防辐射金属丝,多组防辐射金属丝组之间的绕距为同一组防辐射金属丝组的相邻两根防辐射金属丝距离的10~20倍。绝缘织物层的下表面还复合有防风层,防风层包括上中下依次粘贴的第一防风膜层、塑料膜层和第二防风膜层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明带有绝缘织物层的防风型防火面料具有立体感以及具备抗菌、防辐射以及防水等多种功能。

参见图1~图2,本发明涉及的一种带有绝缘织物层的防风型防火面料,它从上至下依次包括防火层1,所述防火层1的上表面设置有抗菌层2,所述防火层1的下表面依次设置有防水层3以及防辐射层4,所述抗菌层2包括附着于防火层1上表面纵向布置的上层空心绒布条2.1,上层空心绒布条2.1内填充有纵向的抗菌纤维2.2,所述防水层3的中心设置有防水膜3.1,所述防水膜3.1上方以及下方的防水层3内设置有横向布置的疏水导流孔3.2,所述防辐射层4包括附着于防水层3下表面纵向布置的下层空心绒布条4.1,下层空心绒布条4.1设置有纵向布置的防辐射条5,所述防辐射条5包括中心的弹性纤维5.1、绕设于弹性纤维5.1表面的防辐射金属丝组5.2以及包覆于外层的保护层5.3,弹性纤维5.1上缠绕有多组防辐射金属丝组5.2,所述防辐射金属丝组5.2包括5~10根防辐射金属丝,多组防辐射金属丝组5.2之间的绕距为同一组防辐射金属丝组5.2的相邻两根防辐射金属丝距离的10~20倍,由于防辐射条5的金属丝布置直接通长布置而是采用防辐射金属丝绕设,使得防辐射条5的柔软度较好,因此面料整体柔软度较好,另外防辐射金属丝分别多组也使得所有的防辐射金属丝之间的距离不是单一的,避免面料发生变形时金属丝的打结,确保柔软度。
防水层以及防辐射层之间设置有绝缘织物层,绝缘织物层的原料包括:氯纶纤维、涤纶纤维和阻燃剂,所述的氯纶纤维、涤纶纤维以及阻燃剂所占的重量比为6:3:1。
绝缘织物层的下表面还复合有防风层,防风层包括上中下依次粘贴的第一防风膜层、塑料膜层和第二防风膜层。

1.一种带有绝缘织物层的防风型防火面料,其特征在于它从上至下依次包括防火层(1),所述防火层(1)的上表面设置有抗菌层(2),所述防火层(1)的下表面依次设置有防水层(3)以及防辐射层(4),所述抗菌层(2)包括附着于防火层(1)上表面纵向布置的上层空心绒布条(2.1),上层空心绒布条(2.1)内填充有纵向的抗菌纤维(2.2),所述防水层(3)的中心设置有防水膜(3.1),所述防水膜(3.1)上方以及下方的防水层(3)内设置有横向布置的疏水导流孔(3.2),所述防辐射层(4)包括附着于防水层(3)下表面纵向布置的下层空心绒布条(4.1),下层空心绒布条(4.1)设置有纵向布置的防辐射条(5),所述防辐射条(5)包括中心的弹性纤维(5.1)、绕设于弹性纤维(5.1)表面的防辐射金属丝组(5.2)以及包覆于外层的保护层(5.3),弹性纤维(5.1)上缠绕有多组防辐射金属丝组(5.2),防水层以及防辐射层之间设置有绝缘织物层,绝缘织物层的原料包括:氯纶纤维、涤纶纤维和阻燃剂,所述的氯纶纤维、涤纶纤维以及阻燃剂所占的重量比为6:3:1,绝缘织物层的下表面还复合有防风层,防风层包括上中下依次粘贴的第一防风膜层、塑料膜层和第二防风膜层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有绝缘织物层的防风型防火面料,其特征在于所述防辐射金属丝组(5.2)包括5~10根防辐射金属丝,多组防辐射金属丝组(5.2)之间的绕距为同一组防辐射金属丝组(5.2)的相邻两根防辐射金属丝距离的10~20倍。
