技术领域
本发明涉及保温板生产领域，尤其涉及一种增强型保温板的涂覆系统。
背景技术
保温板的使用中通常需要在保温板表面涂覆砂浆，这种操作大多是人工粉刷或抹铲等实现，由此，则产生了以下问题：1、涂覆质量严重受制于操作人员的技术熟练程度；2、劳动力成本高、效率低。另外，涂覆砂浆后的砂浆需要较长时间风干，影响操作效率。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中存在的不足，提供一种自动抹浆且有效烘干的增强型保温板的涂覆系统。
本发明是通过以下技术方案予以实现：
一种增强型保温板的涂覆系统，包括工作平台，设于工作平台前端的玻璃纤维网格布导入对辊，设于工作平台上的保温板平移座设于保温板平移座上方的涂覆机构，所述保温板平移座包括保温板平台及对称设于保温板平台两侧的保温板夹板，所述保温板平台沿工作平台设有的运动轨道滑动，所述涂覆机构包括依次设置的砂浆斗，第一级刮板，第一级烘干风机，第二级刮板，第二级烘干风机，第三级刮板及第三级烘干风机，所述砂浆斗下部设有对准保温板的涂灰嘴，各烘干风机设有向下的出风口，第三级烘干风机设有内部设有加热器。
本发明的有益效果是：
玻璃纤维网格布导入后，砂浆斗通过涂灰嘴对保温板抹面，将玻璃纤维网格固定，刮板对涂覆后的保温板表面进行刮除与平整，涂覆效果良好且便于通过烘干风机迅速烘干，提高了生产效率。

如图所示，本发明包括工作平台1，设于工作平台前端的玻璃纤维网格布导入对辊2，设于工作平台上的保温板平移座3设于保温板平移座上方的涂覆机构4，所述保温板平移座包括保温板平台5及对称设于保温板平台两侧的保温板夹板6，所述保温板平台沿工作平台设有的运动轨道滑动7，所述涂覆机构包括依次设置的砂浆斗9，第一级刮板10，第一级烘干风机11，第二级刮板12，第二级烘干风机13，第三级刮板14及第三级烘干风机15，所述砂浆斗下部设有对准保温板的涂灰嘴8，各烘干风机设有向下的出风口16，第三级烘干风机设有内部设有加热器17。
保温板通过保温板夹板夹紧后，玻璃纤维网格布导入对辊将玻璃纤维网格布导入于保温板上，保温板平移座沿运动轨道带动保温板滑动，砂浆斗内储存有砂浆，通过涂灰嘴对保温板涂抹砂浆，涂抹砂浆后的保温板经第一级刮板对涂覆后的保温板表面进行刮除与平整，后经第一级烘干风机冷却后，第二级刮板对涂覆后的保温板表面再次进行刮除与平整，再经过第二级烘干风机第三级烘干风机的烘干。
第三级烘干风机内设有加热器，使第三级烘干风机吹出热风，保证其烘干效果。
玻璃纤维网格布导入后，砂浆斗通过涂灰嘴对保温板抹面，将玻璃纤维网格固定，刮板对涂覆后的保温板表面进行刮除与平整，涂覆效果良好且便于通过烘干风机迅速烘干，提高了生产效率。
