为了达到本发明的目的，本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：由滑槽、横条、握柄、滑球、竖杆、刷头、吸盘组成，其特征在于横条上留有滑槽，滑槽内设有滑球，滑球上设有竖杆，竖杆的两端都设有一个刷头，竖杆的中部设有一个握柄，横条后侧的两端都设有一个吸盘，使用时使用者将两个吸盘吸附在墙面上，从而使横条固定在墙面上，然后手握握柄，将竖杆在滑槽上左右移动，移动的过程中使刷头将墙面上的灰尘和蜘蛛网刷理掉，完毕后根据实际情况重复上述动作清理其余的墙面即可。
