The loudspeaker comprises a shell, an electric connecting piece fixed on the shell and a vibration system accommodated in the shell, wherein the vibration system comprises an annular-structure damper and a voice coil framework suspended in the shell through the centering disk; voice coil framework welding pads are symmetrically arranged on the voice coil framework, and sputtering pieces corresponding to the positions of the voice coil framework welding pads are arranged on the damper; the sputtering pieces are respectively communicated with the voice coil framework welding pads and the electric connecting piece. By utilizing the loudspeaker, an ultra-thin design of the loudspeaker can be achieved, and stability and reliability of products are ensured.

Fig. 1 and 2 show an exploded structure and a sectional structure of a speaker according to the present invention, respectively.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2 together, the speaker of the embodiment of the present invention includes a case 4 of a circular structure, an electrical connector 41 fixed to the case 4 for connecting external circuits inside and outside the speaker, and a vibration system housed inside the case 4; wherein, vibration system includes that the centering disk 3 of loop configuration, hang voice coil skeleton 2 of establishing in shell 4 through centering disk 3, and the symmetry is provided with voice coil skeleton pad 21 on voice coil skeleton 2, is provided with the sputtering piece 31 that corresponds with voice coil skeleton pad 21 position on centering disk 3, and the both ends of sputtering piece 31 respectively switch on with voice coil skeleton pad 21 and electric connector 41 to realize switching on of speaker inside and outside circuit.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the damper 3 according to the embodiment of the present invention is an annular structure, and includes a corrugated portion, an inner edge fixedly connected to the voice coil bobbin 2, and an outer edge fixedly connected to the housing 4; wherein, two sputtering pieces 31 are symmetrically distributed on the corrugated part, the sputtering pieces 31 are metal conductive pieces sputtered on the centering branch piece 3, and the conduction between the voice coil framework bonding pad 21 and the electric connecting piece 41 is realized through the sputtering pieces 31. The electric connecting piece 41 is fixed on the shell 4 in an injection molding mode, an electric connecting piece bonding pad is arranged on the electric connecting piece 41, and the sputtering piece 31 is conducted with the electric connecting piece bonding pad; the voice coil bobbin 2 has a tubular structure, and a voice coil wire is wound around the voice coil bobbin 2 and is electrically connected to a voice coil bobbin bonding pad 21 provided on the voice coil bobbin 2.
In one embodiment of the present invention, sputtering member 31 is electrically connected to voice coil bobbin pad 21 and electrical connection member 41 through conductive paste, respectively. The conductive adhesive can achieve the effects of electric conduction and adhesive simultaneously, is an adhesive with electric conductivity after being cured or dried, is simple in process and easy to operate, can replace the existing welding conduction mode, and effectively improves the production efficiency and reliability degree of products.
In another embodiment of the present invention, shown together with fig. 1 to 3, the vibration system further comprises a corrugated rim 9 fixedly connected to the housing 4, and a composite basin 1 and a dust cover 10 located inside the corrugated rim 9; the composite basin 1 is of a conical structure, the outer edge of the composite basin 1 is fixedly connected with the inner edge of the folded ring 9, and the inner edge of the composite basin 1 is fixedly connected with the dust cover 10; the curved surface side of the edge 9 is arranged near the voice coil framework 2, or the edge 9 is bent to the side near the centering branch piece 3.
Further, the speaker includes a magnetic circuit system housed in the housing 4; the magnetic circuit system comprises a magnetic yoke 7 which is fixedly connected with the shell 4 and is in a U-shaped structure, a magnet 6 accommodated in the center of the magnetic yoke 7, and a washer 5 fixed on one side of the magnet 6 far away from the magnetic yoke 7. The magnetic yoke 7 comprises a bottom and a side wall perpendicular to the bottom, a magnetic gap is formed between the magnet 6 and the washer 5 and the side wall, and the voice coil framework 2 is suspended in the magnetic gap under the action of the centering support piece 3. The voice coil framework 2 is vibrated up and down by Lorentz force by introducing a variable current signal to the voice coil wire, and simultaneously drives the composite basin 1, the folding ring 9 and the dust cover 10 to vibrate and sound.
In the loudspeaker, the bottom of the magnetic yoke 7 can be provided with a bulge corresponding to the position where the magnet 6 is fixed, the center positions of the magnet 6 and the washer 5 are provided with through holes, and the vibration space of the vibration system is increased through the bulge, so that the overall stability of a magnetic circuit system and the acoustic performance of the loudspeaker can be improved; wherein, the axes of the bulge, the magnetic circuit system and the vibration system are all positioned on the same straight line.
In addition, in order to further improve the acoustic performance of the loudspeaker, a short-circuit ring may also be provided in the magnetic circuit system. Specifically, an avoiding structure corresponding to the short circuit ring is arranged on the washer 5, the short circuit ring is fixed in the avoiding structure, and the influence of the induced current of the voice coil on the magnetic field in the loudspeaker is counteracted through the short circuit ring.
According to the loudspeaker provided by the embodiment of the invention, the bonding pad is arranged on the voice coil framework, the sputtered metal material (sputtering piece) is arranged on the centering support piece, and the conduction of the loudspeaker voice coil and an external circuit is realized through the conduction of the sputtering piece, the bonding pad of the voice coil framework and the bonding pad of the electric connecting piece.
