Claims (9)

1. A call ticket file collection method based on a standby call ticket collection device is characterized by comprising the following steps:
periodically acquiring and storing call ticket files and call ticket file serial numbers successfully acquired by main call ticket acquisition equipment; each call ticket file corresponds to a serial number, and the serial numbers of the call ticket files are continuous;
when detecting that the main call ticket collection equipment breaks down, determining the maximum value of the sequence number of the stored call ticket file; determining the minimum value of the sequence number of the call ticket file in the call ticket file which is allowed to be collected by the network element equipment at present according to the state of the call ticket file stored by the network element equipment;
and when the result of subtracting the maximum value from the minimum value is not equal to 1, determining the call ticket file with the minimum call ticket file sequence number in the call ticket files which are allowed to be acquired by the network element equipment at present as the call ticket file to be acquired, and starting to acquire the call ticket file from the network element equipment from the call ticket file with the minimum call ticket file sequence number.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein collecting the ticket file from the network element device starting from the ticket file with the smallest ticket file sequence number specifically comprises:
determining a current call ticket file allowed to be acquired in the network element equipment according to the call ticket file state stored in the network element equipment;
and starting from the call ticket file with the minimum call ticket file serial number, and collecting the call ticket files from the current call ticket files allowed to be collected in the network element equipment according to the sequence of the file serial numbers from small to large.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein after the call ticket file is successfully collected from the call ticket file currently allowed to be collected in the network element device, the method further comprises:
and sending the sequence number of the successfully acquired call ticket file to the network element equipment so that the network element equipment modifies the state of the successfully acquired call ticket file.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein at least one call ticket file is collected from call ticket files currently allowed to be collected in the network element device each time.
5. A call ticket collection device based on standby is characterized by comprising:
the device comprises an acquisition unit, a storage unit and a processing unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for periodically acquiring and storing the call ticket files and the call ticket file serial numbers successfully acquired by the main call ticket acquisition equipment; each call ticket file corresponds to a serial number, and the serial numbers of the call ticket files are continuous;
the acquisition unit is used for determining the maximum value of the stored call ticket file serial number when the main call ticket acquisition equipment is detected to be out of order, and determining the minimum value of the call ticket file serial number in the call ticket file which is allowed to be acquired currently by the network element equipment according to the call ticket file state stored by the network element equipment; and when the result of subtracting the maximum value from the minimum value is not equal to 1, determining the call ticket file with the minimum call ticket file sequence number in the call ticket files which are allowed to be acquired by the network element equipment at present as the call ticket file to be acquired, and starting to acquire the call ticket file from the network element equipment from the call ticket file with the minimum call ticket file sequence number.
6. The device of claim 5, wherein the acquisition unit is specifically configured to:
determining a current call ticket file allowed to be acquired in the network element equipment according to the call ticket file state stored in the network element equipment;
and starting from the call ticket file with the minimum call ticket file serial number, and collecting the call ticket files from the current call ticket files allowed to be collected in the network element equipment according to the sequence of the file serial numbers from small to large.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
and the sending unit is used for sending the sequence number of the successfully collected call ticket file to the network element equipment after the call ticket file is successfully collected from the current call ticket file which is allowed to be collected in the network element equipment so that the network element equipment modifies the state of the successfully collected call ticket file.
8. The device of claim 6, wherein the collecting unit collects at least one call ticket file from call ticket files currently allowed to be collected in the network element device each time.
9. A computer-readable storage medium comprising instructions that, when executed on a processor of a computer, cause the processor of the computer to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 4.
