Abstract

本发明公开了一种可自调节风扇转动角度及转速的散热机构,包括电机固定架,电机固定架设于舞台灯组件上,电机固定架上连接有电机;电机的电机轴上连接有转动轮;转动轮的底部连接有转动轴;转动轴上连接有摆动轴;摆动轴上连接有风扇固定钣金;风扇固定钣金上连接有风扇;电机固定架上连接有风扇转轴钣金;风扇转轴钣金上设有转轴;风扇固定钣金上设有与转轴相配合的转轴孔。本发明自动调节风扇的转动角度及风扇出的转速,进而控制舞台灯出风量、控制灯泡灯芯的温度,使灯芯温度保持在恒定的数值区域,能避免灯泡因温度过高或在高温过程中温度局部迅速降低导致灯泡烧坏,大大的降低价格不菲的光学灯泡成本,同时降低后续维护的成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及舞台灯领域,尤其涉及到一种可自调节风扇转动角度及转速的散热机构。
背景技术
随着客户对舞台灯光亮度、照射面积及距离的需求日益扩大,同时也同样向着更亮、色彩图案更加绚烂发展,进而使用高亮度和高功率的大灯泡以为必然。但灯泡由于功率太大,其散热就成了灯泡类型舞台灯的主要攻克难题。关于散热主要是通过两个对流的风扇:即一个吸风一个抽风,使得气流流动起来带走灯泡发出来的热量;但针对目前大功率的灯泡来说,仅仅两个对流的风扇已无法满足灯泡的散热要求,过去的散热处理方式已无法达到现有的要求。所以设计出一种解决方案是在灯泡的发光灯芯处再增加一个风扇,此方案能将灯芯的温度保持在一个稳定的区域,并将多余的热量及时的排出灯芯,再通过对流风扇带离机身。但因灯芯风扇是固定的位置对着灯芯固定位置送风,往往会因舞台灯转动的位置不同而风阻不一样,导致灯泡无法完全散热,如果灯芯风扇位置固定不变,会导致灯泡在短时间内烧坏,影响产品的正常使用,大大加大了维护成本。此时如果舞台灯转动到上面进风下面抽风的情况会形成风阻过大灯芯温度太高,反之则风阻变小灯芯温度过低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足之处而提供一种结构简单,实用的可自调节风扇转动角度及转速的散热机构。
本发明是通过如下方式实现的:
一种可自调节风扇转动角度及转速的散热机构,其特征在于:包括电机固定架7,所述电机固定架7通过连接件13设于舞台灯组件19上,所述电机固定架7上连接有电机3;所述电机3的电机轴上通过基米螺丝8连接有转动轮1;所述转动轮1的底部连接有转动轴2;所述转动轴2上连接有转动块11,转动块11上设有带动风扇转动的摆动轴21;摆动轴21上通过十字平头螺丝12连接有风扇固定钣金10;所述风扇固定钣金10上连接有风扇18;所述风扇18位于舞台灯组件19的一侧;
所述电机固定架7上连接有风扇转轴钣金14;所述风扇转轴钣金14上设有转轴15;所述风扇固定钣金10上设有与转轴15相配合的转轴孔16。
所述电机固定架7上设有弹簧柱塞固定钣金4;所述弹簧柱塞固定钣金4上通过六角螺母6连接有弹簧柱塞5;所述弹簧柱塞5位于弹簧柱塞固定钣金4和风扇固定钣金10之间。
本发明的有益效果在于:结构简单,自动调节风扇的转动角度及风扇出的转速,进而控制舞台灯出风量、控制灯泡灯芯的温度,使灯芯温度保持在恒定的数值区域,能避免灯泡因温度过高或在高温过程中温度局部迅速降低导致灯泡烧坏,大大的降低价格不菲的光学灯泡成本,同时降低后续维护的成本。

现结合附图,详述本发明具体实施方式:
如图1、图2所示,一种可自调节风扇转动角度及转速的散热机构,包括电机固定架7,电机固定架7通过连接件13设于舞台灯组件19上,电机固定架7上连接有电机3;电机3的电机轴上通过基米螺丝8连接有转动轮1;转动轮1的底部连接有转动轴2;转动轴2上连接有转动块11,转动块11上设有带动风扇转动的摆动轴21;摆动轴21上通过十字平头螺丝12连接有风扇固定钣金10;风扇固定钣金10上连接有风扇18;风扇18位于舞台灯组件19的一侧;电机固定架7上连接有风扇转轴钣金14;风扇转轴钣金14上设有转轴15;风扇固定钣金10上设有与转轴15相配合的转轴孔16。
本发明电机固定架7上设有弹簧柱塞固定钣金4;弹簧柱塞固定钣金4上通过六角螺母6连接有弹簧柱塞5;弹簧柱塞5位于弹簧柱塞固定钣金4和风扇固定钣金10之间。
本发明通过控制电机3的转动,带动固定在电机轴上的转动轮1和转动轴2运动,同时转动轴2也带动转动块11转动,转动块11带动摆动轴21工作,摆动轴21带动风扇固定钣金10转动,此时风扇固定钣金10会以转轴15为中心转动一定角度,风扇18工作,达到散热效果。

1.一种可自调节风扇转动角度及转速的散热机构,其特征在于:包括电机固定架(7),所述电机固定架(7)通过连接件(13)设于舞台灯组件(19)上,所述电机固定架(7)上连接有电机(3);所述电机(3)的电机轴上通过基米螺丝(8)连接有转动轮(1);所述转动轮(1)的底部连接有转动轴(2);所述转动轴(2)上连接有转动块(11),转动块(11)上设有带动风扇转动的摆动轴(21);摆动轴(21)上通过十字平头螺丝(12)连接有风扇固定钣金(10);所述风扇固定钣金(10)上连接有风扇(18);所述风扇(18)位于舞台灯组件(19)的一侧;
所述电机固定架(7)上连接有风扇转轴钣金(14);所述风扇转轴钣金(14)上设有转轴(15);所述风扇固定钣金(10)上设有与转轴(15)相配合的转轴孔(16)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可自调节风扇转动角度及转速的散热机构,其特征在于:所述电机固定架(7)上设有弹簧柱塞固定钣金(4);所述弹簧柱塞固定钣金(4)上通过六角螺母(6)连接有弹簧柱塞(5);所述弹簧柱塞(5)位于弹簧柱塞固定钣金(4)和风扇固定钣金(10)之间。
