本申请公开了一种水冷散热式球形LED灯,包括支柱和空心球体,支柱插入球体,支柱插入球体的端部位于球体的球心处,球体内壁通过多个散热条连接支柱插入球体内的端部,球体表面均匀设置有多个LED灯;支柱内部空心,支柱插入球体内的一端开口,另一端封闭;还包括水箱、水泵、散热水管、控制器和温度传感器,所述水泵连接于所述水箱,所述散热水管一端连接水泵,另一端连接水箱,散热水管盘旋铺设于空心球体内部。由此,发出的光线更均匀,且球体内部设置有散热片,能够进行散热,此外还安装有水冷散热,能够进行散热。

一种水冷散热式球形LED灯
技术领域
本发明涉及灯芯,尤其涉及一种散热型的LED灯芯。
背景技术
传统的白炽灯(钨丝灯)耗能高、寿命短,在全球资源紧张的大环境下,已渐渐被各国政府禁止生产,并由电子节能灯替代,电子节能灯虽然节能效果好,但是由于使用较多污染环境的重金属元素,有悖于环境保护的趋势。
随着LED技术的高速发展,LED照明逐渐成为新型绿色照明的不二选择。LED在发光原理、节能、环保的层面上都远远优于传统照明产品。
目前的LED灯,都是由若干个LED灯珠组成,由于LED灯珠本身发光就有光角度,再加上相邻LED灯珠之间存在距离,发出的光线不均匀,容易出现明暗不均的现象;此外现有的LED灯的散热性能差,不适于长时间使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种水冷散热式球形LED灯,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种水冷散热式球形LED灯,包括支柱和空心球体,支柱插入球体,支柱插入球体的端部位于球体的球心处,球体内壁通过多个散热条连接支柱插入球体内的端部,球体表面均匀设置有多个LED灯;支柱内部空心,支柱插入球体内的一端开口,另一端封闭,;还包括水箱、水泵、散热水管、控制器和温度传感器,所述水泵连接于所述水箱,所述散热水管一端连接水泵,另一端连接水箱,散热水管盘旋铺设于空心球体内部;所述水箱、控制器和水泵均安装于支柱的内壁,所述温度传感器设置于空心球体的外壁,所述控制器电连接于水泵和温度传感器,控制器控制水泵的开启与关闭。
在一些实施方式中:球体外侧壁涂有反光涂料。
本发明通过将LED灯均匀设置在球体的表面,使得发出的光线更均匀,且球体内部设置有散热片,能够进行散热,此外还安装有水箱、水泵、散热水管和控制器,当需要散热时,能够进行主动水冷散热,高效降温,适合大功率、长时间的照明工作,适应性好,提高LED灯的寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明,对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1-3所示,一种水冷散热式球形LED灯,包括支柱1和空心球体2,支柱1插入球体2内,支柱1插入球体2的端部位于球体2的球心处,球体2内壁通过多个散热条3连接支柱1插入球体2内的端部,每个散热条3的两端均与球体2内壁、支柱1靠近端部的侧壁焊接。球体2表面均匀设置有多个LED灯5。球体2外侧壁涂有反光涂料,由此,能够将LED灯5的光线反射,提高灯芯的照明度。支柱1内部空心,支柱1插入球体2内的一端开口,另一端封闭。
还包括水箱91、水泵92、散热水管93、控制器94和温度传感器95,水泵92可以通过水管连接于水箱91,散热水管93一端连接水泵92,另一端连接水箱91,散热水管93盘旋铺设于球体2内壁,散热水管93可以通过扣箍固定于球体2。水箱91、控制器94和水泵92均可以通过螺栓安装于球体2的内壁,温度传感器95固定安装于球体2外壁上,控制器94电连接于水泵92和温度传感器95,控制器94控制水泵92的开启与关闭。水泵92能够将水箱91内的水抽出并通过散热水管93进行循环,由此能够对灯条表面进行散热。
控制器94为单片机,控制器94能够设定温度预设值,温度传感器95能够测量灯条表面的温度,并发送给控制器94。当测量的温度大于等于温度预设值时,控制器94控制开启水泵92进行水循环散热。当测量的温度小于温度预设值时,控制器94控制关闭水泵92。由此,可以智能的控制LED灯的散热,在温度不高时,无需散热,需要散热时进行散热。
综上所述,本发明通过将LED灯均匀设置在球体的表面,使得发出的光线更均匀,且球体内部设置有散热片,能够进行散热,此外还安装有水箱、水泵、散热水管和控制器,当需要散热时,能够进行主动水冷散热,高效降温,适合大功率、长时间的照明工作,适应性好,提高LED灯的寿命。
以上所述仅是本发明的一种实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干相似的变形和改进,这些也应视为本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种水冷散热式球形LED灯,其特征在于:包括支柱(1)和空心球体(2),所述支柱(1)插入所述球体(2)内,所述支柱(1)插入所述球体(2)的端部位于所述球体(2)的球心处,所述球体(2)内壁通过多个散热条(3)连接所述支柱(1)插入所述球体(2)内的端部,所述球体(2)表面均匀设置有多个LED灯(5);所述支柱(1)内部空心,支柱(1)插入球体(2)内的一端开口,另一端封闭;还包括水箱(91)、水泵(92)、散热水管(93)、控制器(94)和温度传感器(95),所述水泵(92)连接于所述水箱(91),所述散热水管(93)一端连接水泵(92),另一端连接水箱(91),散热水管(93)盘旋铺设于空心球体(2)内部;所述水箱(91)、控制器(94)和水泵(92)均安装于支柱(1)的内壁,所述温度传感器(95)设置于空心球体(2)的外壁,所述控制器(94)电连接于水泵(92)和温度传感器(95),控制器(94)控制水泵(92)的开启与关闭。
