本发明公开了一种硬密封蝶阀,包括有阀体、阀杆,阀杆下部与阀体之间设有导向环,阀杆上部与阀体之间设有石墨填料,石墨填料上压置填料压盖,阀杆下端放置于固定于阀体上的底盖上,阀杆上固定连接有阀板,阀板压圈将阀板密封圈压置于阀板侧壁上,阀板密封圈与阀体内腔的凸起密封配合。本发明通过阀板密封圈与阀体实现硬性密封接触,启闭方便迅速、省力、流体阻力小,可以经常操作,安装方便。

本发明涉及阀类领域,具体属于一种硬密封蝶阀。
背景技术
蝶阀是指关闭件(阀瓣或蝶板)为圆盘,围绕阀轴旋转来达到开启与关闭的一种阀,在管道上主要起切断和节流作用。蝶阀启闭件是一个圆盘形的蝶板,在阀体内绕其自身的轴线旋转,从而达到启闭或调节的目的。蝶阀适用于发生炉、煤气、天然气、液化石油气、城市煤气、冷热空气、化工冶炼和发电环保等工程系统中输送各种腐蚀性、非腐蚀性流体介质的管道上,用于调节和截断介质的流动。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种硬密封蝶阀,启闭方便迅速、省力、流体阻力小,可以经常操作,安装方便。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种硬密封蝶阀,包括有阀体、阀杆,阀杆下部与阀体之间设有导向环,阀杆上部与阀体之间设有石墨填料,石墨填料上压置填料压盖,阀杆下端放置于固定于阀体上的底盖上,阀杆上固定连接有阀板,阀板压圈将阀板密封圈压置于阀板侧壁上,阀板密封圈与阀体内腔的凸起密封配合。
所述的阀板压圈与阀板密封圈、阀板之间联接有螺钉。
所述的填料压盖上压置有填料压板,填料压板通过填料螺栓固定连接于阀体上端。
本发明通过阀板密封圈与阀体内腔的凸起实现硬性密封接触,启闭方便迅速、省力、流体阻力小,可以经常操作,安装方便。

参见附图,一种硬密封蝶阀,包括有阀体1、阀杆2,阀杆2下部与阀体1之间设有导向环3,阀杆2上部与阀体1之间设有石墨填料4,石墨填料4上压置填料压盖5,阀杆2下端放置于固定于阀体1上的底盖6上,阀杆2上固定连接有阀板7,阀板压圈8将阀板密封圈9压置于阀板7侧壁上,阀板密封圈与阀体内腔的凸起密封配合,阀板压圈与阀板密封圈、阀板之间联接有螺钉,填料压盖5上压置有填料压板10,填料压板10通过填料螺栓固定连接于阀体上端。

1.一种硬密封蝶阀,包括有阀体、阀杆,其特征在于,阀杆下部与阀体之间设有导向环,阀杆上部与阀体之间设有石墨填料,石墨填料上压置填料压盖,阀杆下端放置于固定于阀体上的底盖上,阀杆上固定连接有阀板,阀板压圈将阀板密封圈压置于阀板侧壁上,阀板密封圈与阀体内腔的凸起密封配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的硬密封蝶阀,其特征在于,所述的阀板压圈与阀板密封圈、阀板之间联接有螺钉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的硬密封蝶阀,其特征在于,所述的填料压盖上压置有填料压板,填料压板通过填料螺栓固定连接于阀体上端。
