技术领域
本发明属于过滤机器技术领域,尤其涉及一种超滤机。
背景技术
超滤机即使用超滤技术对水进行净化处理的设备。与其它净水设备的区别在于它的设备中使用有超滤膜。超滤是一种加压膜分离技术,即在一定的压力下,使小分子溶质和溶剂穿过一定孔径的特制的薄膜,而使大分子溶质不能透过,留在膜的一边,从而使大分子物质得到了部分的纯化。但是现有超滤机由于内部的过滤介质的吸附效果差,导致超滤机的过滤效果差,无法满足实际的过滤需求。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种操作方便,过滤效果好的超滤机。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种超滤机,包括壳体、连接盖板、底盖、多向阀、滤网、超滤膜、布水器、椰壳活性炭、KDF滤料、托玛琳、麦饭石和远空外线矿化球;所述壳体上端和下端分别设有连接盖板和底盖;所述连接盖板上端设有多向阀;所述多向阀上设有进水口和出水口;所述壳体的轴向中心线内设有超滤膜;所述超滤膜上端与出水口相连;所述超滤膜上端与出水口之间还设有滤网;所述壳体底部位于超滤膜下方设有布水器;所述超滤膜与壳体之间的腔体依次从上到下设有椰壳活性炭、KDF滤料、托玛琳、麦饭石、远空外线矿化球、椰壳活性炭、麦饭石和远空外线矿化球。

如附图1所示的本发明所述的一种超滤机,包括壳体1、连接盖板14、底盖13、多向阀2、滤网3、超滤膜4、布水器5、椰壳活性炭6、KDF滤料7、托玛琳8、麦饭石9和远空外线矿化球10;所述壳体1上端和下端分别设有连接盖板14和底盖13;所述连接盖板14上端设有多向阀2;所述多向阀2上设有进水口11和出水口12;所述壳体1的轴向中心线内设有超滤膜4;所述超滤膜4上端与出水口12相连;所述超滤膜4上端与出水口12之间还设有滤网3;所述壳体1底部位于超滤膜4下方设有布水器5;所述超滤膜4与壳体1之间的腔体依次从上到下设有椰壳活性炭6、KDF滤料7、托玛琳8、麦饭石9、远空外线矿化球10、椰壳活性炭6、麦饭石9和远空外线矿化球10;所述壳体1的材料为玻璃钢;所述滤网1的材质为不锈钢;所述超滤膜4为毛细管超滤膜。
本发明的超滤机,在使用时,原水可以从进水口流入,然后依次通过椰壳活性炭、KDF滤料、托玛琳、麦饭石、远空外线矿化球、椰壳活性炭、麦饭石和远空外线矿化球进行过滤,过滤后再进入到超滤膜,大分子物质被排除在超滤膜外,超滤膜内的纯净水由于水的压力,从下往上流到,再通过滤网由出水口流出,其流出的水即为经过过滤的水。
其中滤网为食品级的滤网,从而可以有效去除水中的泥沙、铁锈、悬浮物等较大颗粒;椰壳活性炭能有效去除水中的悬浮物、余氯、异色和异味;托玛琳具有抗菌功能;麦饭石能补充人体58种矿物质微量元素,排毒养颜,延长衰老;远红外线矿化球富含人体所需的各种微量元素,在水中可释放出远红外线,改变水分子团结构,起到活化水的作用,同时释放对人体有益的矿物质。
其中的多路阀主要是用于对各种滤料进行正反冲洗,从而极大延长滤料使用寿命。
本发明的超滤机,其结构简单实用,操作方便,过滤效率高,满足了人们对纯净水的需求,具有较好的实用性和推广价值。
