The components and the mass of each component of the material 2 are as follows: 12 g of sodium lauryl sulfate and 3 g of cocamidopropyl betaine.
The components and the mass of each component of the material 3 are as follows: 0.5 g of lemon essential oil, 1 g of glycerin, 1 g of sodium hyaluronate, 20g of salt and 19.5 g of water.
2) Adding the material 1 into a triangular flask, and heating and stirring; the temperature is increased to 80-85 ℃;
3) adding the material 2 into a triangular flask, and stirring while keeping the temperature; cooling and stirring; the temperature is kept at 80-85 ℃, and the temperature is reduced by 40-45 ℃;
4) and (3) adding the material 3 into the triangular flask, preserving heat, stirring, inspecting the semi-finished product, and discharging.
The heat resistance and cold resistance test is carried out, and the results are as follows:
1. keeping the temperature at (40 +/-1) ℃ for 24 hours, and carrying out layering phenomenon after the temperature is restored to the room temperature.
2. Keeping the temperature of-5 to-10 ℃ for 24h, and no delamination phenomenon exists after the temperature is restored to the room temperature.
And (4) conclusion: the product efficacy and safety of the high-salt-content facial cleanser are greatly improved.
Claims (6)
1. The high-salt-content facial cleanser is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 5-30% of salt, 10-15% of surfactant, 0.1-3% of suspension stabilizer, 1-3% of thickener, 0.1-0.5% of essential oil, 0.1-1% of emollient, 0.1-1% of functional additive and the balance of water;
wherein,
the surfactant is selected from one or more of sodium laureth sulfate, sodium lauryl sulfate and sodium lauroyl sarcosinate;
the suspension stabilizer is selected from one or more of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose and hydroxyethyl cellulose.
2. The high-salt-content facial cleanser according to claim 1, wherein the thickener is any one or more selected from coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide and cocamidopropyl betaine.
3. The high-salt-content facial cleanser according to claim 1, wherein the essential oil is any one or more selected from the group consisting of rose essential oil, lavender essential oil, chamomile essential oil, mint essential oil and lemon essential oil.
4. The high-salt-content facial cleanser according to claim 1, wherein the emollient is any one or more selected from glycerin and C12-13 alcohol lactate.
5. The high-salt-content facial cleanser according to claim 1, wherein the functional additive is any one or more of hydrolyzed milk protein or sodium hyaluronate.
6. The method for preparing the high-salt-content face wash according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized by comprising the steps of:
1) preparing materials: preparing a material 1, a material 2 and a material 3;
wherein:
the material 1 comprises the following components: a suspension stabilizer and a portion of water;
the components of material 2: surfactants and thickeners;
the components of material 3: essential oil, emollient, functional additive, salt and the rest water;
2) feeding the material 1 into a reaction vessel, and heating and stirring; the temperature rise is 80-85 degrees;
3) feeding the material 2 into the reaction vessel, and stirring at a constant temperature; cooling and stirring; the heat preservation temperature is 80-85 degrees, and the cooling temperature is 40-45 degrees;
4) and (3) adding the material 3 into the reaction container, preserving heat, stirring, inspecting a semi-finished product, and discharging.
