本发明公开了一种防治牙周炎的功能性牙膏制剂，所述牙膏制剂包括如下组份重量份：摩擦剂5～25份，保湿剂1～5份，表面活性剂1～3份，增稠剂2～10份，防腐剂0～0.5份，活性物质1～5份，色素0～2份，香精0～2份，蒸馏水添加至100份；本发明的防治牙周炎功能性牙膏制剂中采用了具有促进损伤组织修复作用的羧甲基壳聚糖，羧甲基甲壳素等功能性材料，以及具有防止细菌附着，抑制口腔牙周炎致病菌生长的抗菌植物多肽等活性材料；该制剂不含有药物成分，避免口腔内正常菌群的失调，相比较于传统牙膏，具有预防以及防治牙周病的效用，相比较于牙周炎治疗药物，则具有温和安全、持久有效、不易产生耐药性、减缓牙结石形成等特点。是一种优良的口腔保健产品。

一种防治牙周炎的功能性牙膏制剂
技术领域
本发明属于医疗用品或保健日化品领域，涉及一种防治牙周炎的功能性牙膏制剂。
背景技术
牙周炎是常见的口腔疾病，其主要诱因为细菌感染，细菌以菌斑的形式堆积在牙面和龈沟内，微生物及其代谢产物刺激牙周组织，引发牙周炎。它的主要症状表现为牙龈出血，红肿，化脓，牙龈萎缩，牙松动甚至脱落，从而造成牙齿缺失，影响咀嚼和消化功能，该病同时可做为感染病灶导致或加剧某些全身疾病，如糖尿病、心血管疾病、感染性心内膜炎、呼吸道疾病等，对健康有较大危害。
牙周炎防治的主要措施为口腔抑菌，防止微生物附着，促进损伤组织修复，目前口腔抑菌的方法多采用抗生素类药物，如硝基咪唑类、替硝唑或四环素类，但此类药物毒副作用较多，长期使用可能抑制口腔内正常菌群而导致菌群失调，并且可能发生耐药菌株，导致治疗效果不佳。
植物多肽、活性金属离子以及羧甲基壳聚糖等具有生物活性的新材料，能够发挥协同作用，具有较好的促进口腔损伤愈合的功能，同时具有一定抑菌、消炎、防止微生物附着的功效，能够很好的实现牙齿保健，预防牙周病的发生，且对已发的牙周病具有一定的减轻症状以及预防复发的功效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防治牙周炎的功能性牙膏制剂及其应用，以克服目前抗生素滥用问题以及引起的口腔菌群失调等问题。
本发明的防治牙周炎的功能性牙膏制剂，所述牙膏制剂包括如下组份重量份：摩擦剂5～25份，保湿剂1～5份，表面活性剂1～3份，增稠剂2～10份，防腐剂0～0.5份，活性物质1～5份，色素0～2份，香精0～2份，蒸馏水添加至100份。
进一步地，所述摩擦剂为碳酸钙、磷酸氢钙、二氧化硅中的一种或两种的混合物。
进一步地，所述保湿剂为甘油、山梨醇、丙二醇中的一种或两种的混合物。
进一步地，所述的表面活性剂为月桂醇硫酸钠、月桂酰谷氨酸钠中的一种或两种的混合物。
进一步地，所述的增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、羧甲基甲壳素、羟乙基壳聚糖中的一种或多种的混合物。
进一步地，所述的防腐剂为苯甲酸钠、羟苯甲酯中的一种或两种混合物；
进一步地，所述的活性物质为抗菌植物多肽，羧甲基壳聚糖，活性金属离子，活性炭、硅藻土中的一种或多种的混合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的功能性牙膏制剂，其特征在于：所述的活性物质中活性金属离子为亚铁离子、铁离子、锌离子、锗离子、锶离子中的一种或多种的混合物。
该功能性牙膏制剂中采用了具有促进损伤组织修复作用的羧甲基壳聚糖，羧甲基甲壳素等功能性材料，以及具有防止细菌附着，抑制口腔牙周炎致病菌生长的抗菌植物多肽等活性材料。该制剂不含有药物成分，避免口腔内正常菌群的失调，相比较于传统牙膏，具有预防以及防治牙周病的效用，相比较于牙周炎治疗药物，则具有温和安全、持久有效、不易产生耐药性且可减缓牙结石沉积等特点。是一种优良的口腔保健产品。
上述材料在牙周炎防治中的应用。
本发明防治牙周病的功能性牙膏制剂中的羧甲基壳聚糖、羧甲基甲壳素具有很好的促进细胞增殖、促进损伤组织修复作用，同时具有一定抑菌、防止微生物附着作用；抗菌植物多肽是具有广谱抗菌性的一类小肽；活性金属离子涉及锌离子、锗离子等活性离子成分。本发明制剂中的功能成分可以有效抑制口腔牙周有害微生物繁殖和附着、减轻口腔炎症，促进口腔损伤组织的修复，加速病灶康复，具有较高的应用开发价值。
具体实施方式
实施例1。
功能性牙膏制剂A的制备：称取抗菌植物多肽0.5g，氯化锌2g，甘油2g，月桂醇硫酸钠1g，色素0.05g，香精0.02g分散于50mL蒸馏水中，搅拌溶解。溶液中加入羧甲基纤维素3g，羧甲基纤维素钠2g，搅拌增稠，搅拌均匀后，加入碳酸钙10g，加入蒸馏水至100g，均质机下搅拌均匀，真空脱气，即得功能性牙膏制剂。
本实施例中，若长期贮存或使用，可选择性加入防腐剂苯甲酸钠或羟苯甲酯中的一种或两种混合物；
本实施例中，若应用于孕妇或儿童，建议不添加或减少使用色素以及香精等原料；
实施例2。
功能性牙膏制剂B的制备：称取羧甲基壳聚糖1g，氯化锌2g，甘油2g，月桂醇硫酸钠1g，色素0.05g，香精0.02g，活性炭0.1g，分散于50mL蒸馏水中，搅拌溶解。溶液中加入羟乙基纤维素1g，羧甲基纤维素钠2g，搅拌增稠，搅拌均匀后，加入碳酸钙10g，加入蒸馏水至100g，均质机下搅拌均匀，真空脱气，即得功能性牙膏制剂。
本实施例中，若长期贮存或使用，可选择性加入防腐剂苯甲酸钠或羟苯甲酯中的一种或两种混合物；
本实施例中，若应用于孕妇或儿童，建议不添加或减少使用色素以及香精等原料；
实施例3。
功能性牙膏制剂C的制备：称取羧甲基甲壳素2g，甘油2g，月桂醇硫酸钠1g，色素0.05g，香精0.02g，硅藻土1g分散于50mL蒸馏水中，搅拌溶解。溶液中加入羟乙基壳聚糖3g，羧甲基纤维素钠2g，搅拌增稠，搅拌均匀后，加入碳酸钙10g，加入蒸馏水至100g，均质机下搅拌均匀，真空脱气，即得功能性牙膏制剂。
本实施例中，若长期贮存或使用，可选择性加入防腐剂苯甲酸钠或羟苯甲酯中的一种或两种混合物；
本实施例中，若应用于孕妇或儿童，建议不添加或减少使用色素以及香精等原料；
本实施例中，活性物质可选择植物多肽，活性金属离子，活性炭中的一种或多种的混合物。
实施例4。
功能性牙膏制剂D的制备：称取抗菌植物多肽0.5g，羧甲基壳聚糖2g，氯化锌2g，甘油2g，月桂醇硫酸钠1g，色素0.05g，香精0.02g，活性炭0.1g，分散于50mL蒸馏水中，搅拌溶解。溶液中加入壳聚糖3g，羧甲基纤维素钠2g，搅拌增稠，搅拌均匀后，加入碳酸钙10g，加入蒸馏水至100g，均质机下搅拌均匀，真空脱气，即得功能性牙膏制剂。
本实施例中，若长期贮存或使用，可选择性加入防腐剂苯甲酸钠或羟苯甲酯中的一种或两种混合物；
本实施例中，若应用于孕妇或儿童，建议不添加或减少使用色素以及香精等原料；
实施例5
防治牙周炎功能性牙膏制剂A、B、C、D对牙周炎防治效果的试验。
本实验选取小型猪为研究对象，是鉴于小型猪口腔状况与人类近似，也有三大对唾液腺，混合唾液流率与人接近，其口腔微生物与人类更为相似，6个月龄以上小型猪乳牙及恒牙可沉积牙结石，患牙龈炎。随着时间的增加，患病牙数和严重程度亦增加。这与人类牙周组织炎症发生发展状况相类似。因此，本实验选用6月龄小型猪，模拟人类日常刷牙方式及频率进行实验，一个月后，比较不同组间牙周组织的状况，评价材料的性能。可以更好的模拟人类的口腔状况。
试验以巴马小型猪为实验对象，取上下颌第二前磨牙和第一磨牙为实验牙位。将8头猪分为4个大组：新材料A组、新材料B组、新材料C组、新材料D组。每个大组分为两个小组分别为A1、A2；B1、B2；C1、C2；D1、D2。A1、B1、C1、D1组将每头猪全口牙以中线为界分为空白对照组、新材料组，新材料组分别使用新材料A、B、C、D每天对牙龈进行施药；A2、B2、C2、D2组分为刷牙组、刷牙+新材料组(复合组)，复合组除每天刷牙外，分别使用新材料A、B、C、D每天对牙龈进行施药。采用自身对照及相互对照的方法分析结果。试验起始时记录临床牙周指数；试验一个月后，再次记录牙周指数；将得到的数据录入SPSS18.0进行统计学分析。
试验结果：实验起始时临床指标均无明显差异。实验进行一个月后，A1、B1、C1、D1组可看出新材料组牙菌斑指数及出血指数低于自身空白对照(P<0.05)，A2、B2、C2、D2组中复合组牙结石指数、菌斑指数、出血指数均低于其他对照组(P<0.05)，探诊深度小于对照组(P<0.05)。说明本发明中的新材料A、B、C、D能够有效减缓牙周组织炎症的发生及发展，若配合机械方法效果更佳。
本发明制剂中的抑菌制剂配合促进细胞及损伤组织修复、防止微生物附着的海洋生物多糖，可以有效抑制口腔牙周有害微生物繁殖附着、减轻炎症，促进损伤组织修复，加速病灶康复，具有较高的应用开发价值。

Claims (3)

1.一种防治牙周炎的功能性牙膏制剂，其特征在于：所述牙膏制剂包括如下组份重量份：摩擦剂5～25份，保湿剂1～5份，表面活性剂1～3份，增稠剂2～10份，防腐剂0～0.5份，活性物质1～5份，色素0～2份，香精0～2份，蒸馏水添加至100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的功能性牙膏制剂，其特征在于：
所述摩擦剂为碳酸钙、磷酸氢钙、二氧化硅中的一种或两种的混合物。
所述保湿剂为甘油、山梨醇、丙二醇中的一种或两种的混合物。
所述的表面活性剂为月桂醇硫酸钠、月桂酰谷氨酸钠中的一种或两种的混合物。
所述的增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素、羧甲基壳聚糖、羧甲基甲壳素中的一种或多种的混合物。
所述的防腐剂为苯甲酸钠、羟苯甲酯中的一种或两种混合物。
所述的活性物质为植物多肽，活性金属离子，活性炭、硅藻土中的一种或多种的混合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的功能性牙膏制剂，其特征在于：所述的活性物质中活性金属离子为亚铁离子、铁离子、锌离子、锶离子中的一种或多种的混合物。
