Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a system and method for determining a substitute, and more particularly, to a system and method for determining a compliance substitute according to attribute data.
Background
At present, most of the product designs are developed in the direction of "having features on the basis of meeting various requirements". Therefore, when designing a product, designers need to consider the overall appearance of the product, the relative positions of various detailed features, colors, materials and sound effects, sometimes also considering the human factors of the product in use, and even considering the production flow of the product, the selection of materials and the characteristics of the product displayed in the product sale, so as to improve the usability of the product, thereby making the product more valuable, lower production cost and more attractive. Thus, a product is typically designed to meet one or more specifications.
When a designer of a product designs the product, the designer often cannot confirm whether a required part meets the required specification. Therefore, the designer needs to spend time searching the data of the required part to determine whether the required part meets the specification. Once the designer cannot find enough data, it indicates that the designer cannot determine whether the required part meets the specification, and thus, the designer needs to spend time searching for a substitute part meeting the specification again.
However, the designer usually judges the substitute part according to the used or seen part, and therefore, the designer often cannot search for a substitute that completely matches the originally intended part, so the designer usually chooses to relax the selection criteria of the substitute to reduce the time for searching the substitute, but this also results in the reduction of the originally achievable effect of the product designed by the designer, and more likely results in the increase of the cost of the product.
In view of the above, it is known that in the prior art, a designer needs to spend a lot of time determining whether a target object is in compliance and searching for a compliance substitute, and therefore, an improved technical means is needed to solve the problem.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the problems of the prior art that designers need to spend a lot of time determining whether a target object is compliant and searching for a compliance substitute, the present invention discloses a system and a method for determining a compliance substitute according to attribute data, wherein:
the system for determining compliance substitutes based on attribute data disclosed in the present invention comprises: an input module for acquiring input target identification data; the standard judging module is used for judging whether the target object corresponding to the target identification data meets the standard or not; the attribute processing module is used for converting the target identification data into attribute data corresponding to the target object when the standard judging module judges that the target object does not meet the standard, and judging the substitute identification data according to the attribute data; and the output module is used for outputting the substitute identification data when the specification judging module judges that the substitute corresponding to the substitute identification data conforms to the specification.
The method for determining a compliance substitute based on attribute data disclosed by the present invention at least comprises the following steps: acquiring input target identification data; when the target object corresponding to the target identification data is judged not to meet the standard, converting the target identification data into attribute data corresponding to the target object; judging the substitute identification data according to the attribute data; and outputting the substitute identification data when the substitute corresponding to the substitute identification data is judged to be in accordance with the specification.
The system and the method disclosed by the invention have the difference from the prior art that the system and the method convert the target identification data into the attribute data corresponding to the target object when the target object corresponding to the target identification data is judged not to meet the standard, judge the substitute identification data according to the attribute data, and output the substitute identification data when the substitute corresponding to the substitute identification data is judged to meet the standard, thereby solving the problems in the prior art and achieving the technical effect of quickly providing proper compliant substitutes to reduce the product design time.

The invention can provide substitutes meeting the specification and having the same specification according to the attribute data of the target object, thereby accelerating the design process of the product. The attribute data provided by the present invention is different according to the difference between the target object and the substitute object, for example, when the target object/substitute object is a resistor, the attribute data may be a resistance value, a size, and the like, and when the target object/substitute object is a screw, the attribute data may include a specification, a length, a composition, a material, a type, a weight, and the like, but the attribute data provided by the present invention is not limited to the above. In addition, the specification provided by the present invention may be a green specification such as REACH specification, RoHS specification, or an internal specification customized by a manufacturer using the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
The system operation of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 1, which is a system architecture diagram for determining compliance alternatives based on attribute data. As shown in FIG. 1, the system of the present invention comprises an input module 110, a specification determining module 120, an attribute processing module 130, and an output module 160.
The input module 110 is responsible for acquiring the inputted target identification data. The input module 110 may provide an input interface of the target identification data to obtain the target identification data in the input interface, but the invention is not limited thereto, for example, the input module 110 may also receive the target identification data transmitted from a remote device (not shown).
The object identification data obtained by the input module 110 can be used to identify different objects, and generally, one object identification data can only correspond to one object. The target identification data may be composed of any number of words, numbers, and/or symbol arrangements, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
The criterion determining module 120 is responsible for determining whether the object corresponding to the object identification data obtained by the input module 110 meets the criterion, and also responsible for determining whether the substitute identification data determined by the attribute processing module 130 meets the same criterion. The substitute identification data determined by the attribute processing module 130 is similar to the target identification data, and may be used to identify different substitutes, and one substitute identification data may generally correspond to only one substitute. The substitute identification data may be any number of words, numbers, and/or symbols, but the present invention is not limited thereto. It should be noted that the terms "target object" and "substitute" and the terms "target identification data" and "substitute identification data" are used in the present invention only for the convenience of understanding the present invention, and actually, the terms "target object" and "substitute" may refer to the same object, and the terms "target identification data" and "substitute identification data" may also refer to the same data.
Generally, the specification determining module 120 may search the specification data corresponding to the target object/substitute according to the target identification data/substitute identification data, and determine whether the target object/substitute meets the specification according to the searched specification data. The specification data includes, but is not limited to, whether the target/substitute meets the requirements of the international capital plant, whether the target/substitute passes the verification without hazardous substances, and the like.
In some embodiments, the specification determining module 120 may include a compliance database (not shown), in which specification data of various objects including the target object and the substitute object may be recorded, so as to provide the specification determining module 120 to determine whether the target object and the substitute object meet the specification, but the manner of determining whether the target object/the substitute object meet the specification by the specification determining module 120 is not limited thereto.
The attribute processing module 130 is responsible for converting the target identification data into the attribute data corresponding to the target when the specification judging module 120 judges that the target corresponding to the target identification data obtained by the input module 110 does not meet the specification. The attribute processing module 130 is also responsible for determining one or more alternative identification data based on the converted attribute data.
In some embodiments, the attribute processing module 130 may include an attribute database (not shown), in which attribute data of various objects including objects and substitutes and identification data (including target identification data and substitute identification data) corresponding to the objects are recorded, so as to provide the attribute processing module 130 with the attribute data for converting the target identification data into the attribute data of the object and determining the substitute identification data, but the manner of converting the target identification data into the attribute data and determining the substitute identification data by the attribute processing module 130 is not limited thereto.
The attribute processing module 130 may store the target identification data obtained by the input module 110 and the searched alternative identification data as a piece of data in a history, or may additionally search for alternative identification data corresponding to the target identification data in a history generated by previously storing the target identification data and the alternative identification data when determining the alternative identification data.
In addition, the attribute processing module 130 may also read data related to the substitute corresponding to the determined substitute identification data. The attribute processing module 130 may read the relevant data of the substitute corresponding to the substitute identification data from the attribute database or other databases or files, and the relevant data read by the attribute processing module 130 may be the manufacturer information of the substitute, the introduction of the substitute, etc., but the invention is not limited thereto.
The output module 160 is responsible for outputting the information meeting the specification when the specification judgment module 120 judges that the target identification data obtained by the input module 110 meets the specification, and is also responsible for outputting the substitute identification data when the specification judgment module 120 judges that the substitute identification data judged by the attribute processing module 130 meets the specification. The output module 160 may output data relating to the substitute corresponding to the substitute identification data read out by the attribute processing module 130 when the substitute identification data is output.
Generally, the output module 160 can provide a display interface for outputting the substitute identification data (and the corresponding substitute-related data) or the information that the target identification data meets the specification, but the invention is not limited thereto, for example, the output module 160 can also transmit the substitute identification data (and the corresponding substitute-related data) or the information that the target identification data meets the specification back to the remote device transmitting the target identification data.
In addition, the present invention may include an attachable data import module 180. The data importing module 180 may import the identification data and the attribute data corresponding to one or more objects into the attribute processing module 130, so that the attribute processing module 130 may determine the attribute data corresponding to the object according to the object identification data or may search for the substitute identification data according to the determined attribute data of the object.
Next, an embodiment of the system and method for determining compliance alternatives according to the present invention is described with reference to fig. 2. In the embodiment, the object, the substitute, and the like are assumed to be parts in the electronic product, but the invention is not limited thereto.
When a designer of an electronic product needs to use a certain part but does not determine whether the part meets the specification or not, the designer can use the invention. In this embodiment, it is assumed that a designer can operate a client to connect to a server executing the present invention, and operate the client to input identification data (target identification data) corresponding to a part (target object) to be used on an input interface provided by the input module 110, so that the input module 110 can obtain the target identification data input to the input interface by the designer through a network (step 202).
Thereafter, the criterion determining module 120 may determine whether the object corresponding to the object identification data obtained by the input module 110 meets the criterion (step 210). In this embodiment, the assumption specification determining module 120 may query the specification database according to the target identification data to determine whether the corresponding target object meets the requirements of the international capital plant and/or whether the target object passes the verification without containing hazardous substances, so as to determine whether the target object meets the green specification. If the object meets the green specification, the output module 160 may transmit the information that the object meets the green specification to the client transmitting the object identification data through the network for display, and the attribute processing module 130 will not operate, and the present invention may end the execution.
If the criterion determining module 120 determines that the target object corresponding to the target identification data does not meet the criterion, the attribute processing module 130 may convert the target identification data into attribute data corresponding to the target object (step 220). In this embodiment, it is assumed that the attribute processing module 130 may query the attribute database for corresponding attribute data according to the target identification data to convert the target identification data into the attribute data, and if the target object is a resistor, the attribute data generated by the attribute processing module 130 may include a resistance value and a size.
After the attribute processing module 130 converts the target identification data into the attribute data corresponding to the target object (step 220), the substitute identification data may be determined according to the attribute data generated by the conversion (step 230). In this embodiment, it is assumed that the attribute processing module 130 can search the substitute identification data corresponding to the substitute having the same or similar resistance value and size in the attribute database according to the attribute data such as the resistance value and size of the target object, so as to determine the substitute identification data.
After the attribute processing module 130 determines the substitute identification data according to the attribute data (step 230), the specification determining module 120 may determine whether the substitute corresponding to the substitute identification data determined by the attribute processing module 130 meets the specification (step 250). In this embodiment, the assumption specification determining module 120 may query the specification database according to the substitute identification data to determine whether the corresponding substitute meets the requirements of the international capital plant and/or passes the verification without hazardous substances, so as to determine whether the compliant substitute meets the green specification.
If the criterion determining module 120 determines that none of the substitutes corresponding to the substitute identification data determined by the attribute processing module 130 is in accordance with the criterion, the output module 160 may output information that the target object is not in accordance with the criterion and no substitute is in accordance with the criterion, and if the substitute is in accordance with the green criterion, the output module 160 may output information that the target object is not in accordance with the criterion and, at the same time, may also output the substitute identification data determined by the attribute processing module 130 (step 270). In this embodiment, the output module 160 may transmit the information to be output and the substitute identification data to the client transmitting the target identification data through the network, so as to provide the designer with a product designed by using the substitute.
Therefore, through the invention, a designer can confirm whether the part to be used meets the specification or not, and can know the available part when the part to be used does not meet the specification, so that the part does not need to be searched by the designer, and the designer can directly use the available part without testing the part by other designers, thereby reducing the time for searching the alternative part and testing the alternative part.
In the above embodiment, after the criterion determining module 120 determines that the substitute corresponding to the substitute identification data determined by the attribute processing module 130 conforms to the criterion, the attribute processing module 130 may store the target identification data and the substitute identification data corresponding to the substitute conforming to the criterion as a history (step 260), so that when the attribute processing module 130 determines the substitute identification data according to the attribute data (step 230), the substitute identification data corresponding to the target identification data may be searched in the history.
In addition, in the above embodiment, after the attribute processing module 130 determines the substitute identification data according to the attribute data (step 230), the attribute processing module 130 may also read data related to the substitute corresponding to the substitute identification data, such as manufacturer information and usage instruction of the substitute. When the output module 160 outputs the substitute identification data (step 270), it may also output the data related to the substitute read by the attribute processing module 130. In the above embodiment, the relevant data of the substitute is transmitted to the client for display.
In addition, in the above embodiment, if the data importing module 180 is further included, the data importing module 180 may convert the part data provided by the part manufacturer into the identification data and the corresponding attribute data, and provide the identification data and the corresponding attribute data generated by the conversion to the attribute processing module 130, so as to import the identification data and the corresponding attribute data, so that when the attribute processing module 130 determines the substitute identification data according to the attribute data (step 230), the imported identification data may be determined as the substitute identification data.
In summary, it can be seen that the difference between the present invention and the prior art is that there is a technical means for converting the target identification data into the attribute data corresponding to the target object when the target object corresponding to the target identification data is judged not to meet the specification, judging the substitute identification data according to the attribute data, and outputting the substitute identification data when the substitute corresponding to the substitute identification data is judged to meet the specification.
Furthermore, the method of determining compliance alternatives based on attribute data of the present invention may be implemented in hardware, software, or a combination of hardware and software, or may be implemented in a centralized fashion in a computer system or in a distributed fashion where different elements are spread across several interconnected computer systems.
