Abstract

一种吊顶结构，其包括至少一根龙骨，多个架设在每一根龙骨上的面板。每一根所述龙骨为槽形并包括两条相对设置的侧边。每一条侧边分别设置有多个具有鳍片的开口。所述面板包括一个本体以及四条从本体边缘垂直延伸出的安装条。每一条安装条都包括一条倒钩条。所述倒钩条朝面板的本体的方向延伸。所述鳍片的延伸方向与倒钩条的延伸方向相反。该吊顶结构由于所述龙骨与面板的结构设置使得在该面板在安装时只需要直接将所述面板的安装条插入所述鳍片之间即可，利用该鳍片与倒钩条的固有弹性，即可固定该面板与龙骨之间的相对位置，一个人即可操作也不需要任何工具，从而可以减小工作量也增加了工作效率。

本发明涉及建筑建材领域，特别是一种吊顶结构。
背景技术
吊顶在日常的建筑装修中已经成为一项不可或缺的项目，其既是房屋居住环境的顶部装修，也是天花板的装修，是室内装饰的重要部分之一。吊顶具有保温，隔热，隔声，吸声的作用，也是电气、通风空调、通信和防火、报警管线设备等工程的隐蔽层，因此成为现代装修的重点工程。
不同的领域具有不同的吊顶，在一些将吊顶当作顶部装修的区域，而在一些需要装设平面结构的吊顶的区域，如卫生间，厨房等，都是需要平整的吊顶结构。因此，这些区域的吊顶的结构简单，安装方便以及节省人力成为用户共同关注的目标。
发明内容
有鉴于此，本发明提供了一种结构简单的吊顶结构，以解决上述问题。
一种吊顶结构，其包括至少一根龙骨，多个架设在每一根龙骨上的面板。每一根所述龙骨为槽形并包括两条相对设置的侧边。每一条侧边分别设置有多个具有鳍片的开口。所述面板包括一个本体以及四条从本体边缘垂直延伸出的安装条。每一条安装条都包括一条倒钩条。所述倒钩条朝面板的本体的方向延伸。所述鳍片的延伸方向与倒钩条的延伸方向相反。两块所述面板的安装条插设在所述龙骨的两侧边之间。
进一步地，所述龙骨由钢材制成。
进一步地，所述面板由铝合金制成。
进一步地，所述两条侧边上的鳍片之间的最小距离为安装条的厚度的两倍。
进一步地，所述倒钩条的延伸长度小于所述鳍片的长度。
进一步地，所述倒钩条的延伸长度等于所述鳍片的长度。

与现有技术相比，该吊顶结构由于所述龙骨与面板的结构设置使得在该面板在安装时只需要直接将所述面板的安装条插入所述鳍片之间即可，利用该鳍片与倒钩条的固有弹性，即可固定该面板与龙骨之间的相对位置，一个人即可操作也不需要任何工具，从而可以减小工作量也增加了工作效率。

具体实施方式
以下基于附图对本发明的具体实施例进行进一步详细说明。应当理解的是，此处对本发明实施例的说明并不用于限定本发明的保护范围。
请参阅图1及图2，其为本发明提供的一种吊顶结构100的结构示意图。所述吊顶结构100包括至少一根龙骨10，多个架设在每一根龙骨10上的面板20。当然可以想到的是，所述吊顶结构100还包括其他的一些功能组件，如灯具，换气机，甚至还可能包括暖风机，冷风机等，此为本领域技术人员所习知的技术，在此不再赘述。
所述的每一根所述龙骨10为槽形并包括两条相对设置的侧边101。每一条侧边101分别设置有多个的开口102，每一个开口102具有一个鳍片103。所述龙骨10可以由钢材制成。在制造时，所开口102由冲压机冲压而成，同时在冲压的时候形成所述鳍片103
如图3所示，所述面板20包括一个本体201以及四条从本体201边缘垂直延伸出的安装条202。每一条安装条202都包括一条倒钩条203。所述面板20可以由铝合金制成。所述倒钩条203朝面板20的本体201的方向延伸。
为了能将所述面板20的倒钩条203挂设在所述鳍片103上，所述两条侧边101上的鳍片103之间的最小距离为安装条202的厚度的两倍，所述倒钩条的延伸长度小于或等于所述鳍片的长度。同时，所述龙骨10的两侧边101之间用于插设两块面板20的安装条202，所述安装条202的高度小于或等于所述龙骨10的侧边101的高度。
与现有技术相比，该吊顶结构100由于所述龙骨10与面板20的结构设置使得在该面板20在安装时只需要直接将所述面板20的安装条202插入所述鳍片103之间即可，利用该鳍片103与倒钩条203的固有弹性，即可固定该面板20与龙骨10之间的相对位置，一个人即可操作也不需要任何工具，从而可以减小工作量也增加了工作效率。

1.一种吊顶结构，其特征在于：所述吊顶结构包括至少一根龙骨，多个架设在每一根龙骨上的面板，每一根所述龙骨为槽形并包括两条相对设置的侧边，每一条侧边分别设置有多个具有鳍片的开口，所述面板包括一个本体以及四条从本体边缘垂直延伸出的安装条，每一条安装条都包括一条倒钩条，所述倒钩条朝面板的本体的方向延伸，所述鳍片的延伸方向与倒钩条的延伸方向相反，两块所述面板的安装条插设在所述龙骨的两侧边之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的吊顶结构，其特征在于：所述龙骨由钢材制成。
3.如权利要求1所述的吊顶结构，其特征在于：所述面板由铝合金制成。
4.如权利要求1所述的吊顶结构，其特征在于：所述两条侧边上的鳍片之间的最小距离为安装条的厚度的两倍。
5.如权利要求1所述的吊顶结构，其特征在于：所述倒钩条的延伸长度小于所述鳍片的长度。
