本发明是一种镀锌铁件在淤泥中的防腐方法,1)、对镀锌铁件表面清洁、干燥和平整,以确保表面无油脂、锈蚀等杂物;2)、刷涂或辊涂环氧云铁底漆:干膜60um/道;湿膜132um/道,干燥24小时;施工环境要求:温度5~35℃,空气相对湿度小于75%;3)、刷涂或辊涂环氧煤沥青防腐漆:涂三道以上,漆膜厚度为干膜125um/道,湿膜188um/道,干燥42小时;施工环境要求:温度‑5℃~40℃,空气相对湿度25%~75%。镀锌铁件在地下埋设或地表敷设时,不会受到水、淤泥、泥沙和植物根系的浸泡和侵蚀而发生脱落、生锈、分层脱落和断裂等问题。

一种镀锌铁件在淤泥中的防腐方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种镀锌铁件在淤泥中的防腐处理方法,属于金属防腐技术领域。
技术背景
镀锌铁件在安装和使用过程中,不可避免地埋设于地下或地表。安装后受到水、淤泥、泥沙和植物根系的浸泡和侵蚀,时间长久就会造成镀锌铁件镀锌层的脱落,铁件腐蚀生锈,分层脱落甚至断裂等一系列问题,严重影响了镀锌铁件的使用寿命和机械强度,并存在一定的安全隐患。目前尚没有一种解决镀锌铁件在淤泥中的防腐方法和解决措施。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种镀锌铁件在淤泥中的防腐方法,解决镀锌铁件在地下埋设或地表敷设时,由于受到水、淤泥、泥沙和植物根系的浸泡和侵蚀而发生脱落、生锈、分层脱落和断裂等镀锌铁件的防腐问题。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种镀锌铁件在淤泥中的防腐方法,其特征在于按照以下步骤进行处理:
1)、对镀锌铁件表面清洁、干燥和平整,以确保表面无油脂、锈蚀等杂物;
2)、刷涂或辊涂环氧云铁底漆:干膜60um/道;湿膜132um/道,干燥24小时;施工环境要求:温度5~35℃,空气相对湿度小于75%;
3)、刷涂或辊涂环氧煤沥青防腐漆:涂三道以上,漆膜厚度为干膜125um/道,湿膜188um/道,干燥42小时;施工环境要求:温度-5℃~40℃,空气相对湿度25%~75%。
所述的环氧煤沥青防腐漆按照以下方法制备而成:
a)、将作为润湿剂的壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚-10,作为乳化剂的十二烷基苯磺酸钠,作为消泡剂的聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚,作为除草剂的西玛津和作为环氧树脂的丁烯环氧树脂,按照一定质量比加入到高速剪切机中,并在50~70℃条件下缓慢加入一定质量的煤沥青,得到中间产品A;其中润湿剂、乳化剂、消泡剂、除草剂、环氧树脂和煤沥青质量比为1:2:0.5:2:20:30;
b)、在60~75℃、转速2000~4000rpm条件下对中间产品A进行高速剪切乳化40~90min,并在高速剪切乳化过程中缓慢加入一定质量的水,得到中间产品B;其中中间产品A和水的质量比为100:60;
c)、转速30~45rpm的条件下,在产品中间B中加入作为消泡剂的聚二甲基硅氧烷,搅拌5分钟,即得环氧煤沥青防腐漆;其中产品B和步骤c)中使用的消泡剂的质量比为100:0.5。
本发明的积极效果在于:
一、环氧云铁中间漆具有优异的封闭性能,能有效地阻止水汽透过漆膜,具有良好的抗冲击性、柔韧性、耐水性,与多种类型涂料层间附着力强,配套性强。环氧煤沥青防腐漆具有抗植物根茎穿透和抗杂散电流作用,可与阴极保护共用,还具有抗微生物,耐土壤、污水、潮湿、湿热、冷热交替等环境下的腐蚀等作用,常温自干,施工简便。本发明尤其适应于镀锌角钢塔、钢管塔镀锌底座在淤泥中的防腐处理。
二、本发明所使用的环氧煤沥青防腐漆为水性乳液不含任何溶剂,不会对环境造成危害。
并且由于添加了除草剂,能够杀死破坏涂层的草类植物,进一步提高了本发明的防腐效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例进一步说明本发明。
1)、首先对镀锌铁件表面清洁、干燥和平整,以确保表面无油脂、锈蚀等杂物。
2)、刷涂或辊涂环氧云铁底漆:干膜60um/道;湿膜132um/道,干燥24小时。施工环境:温度25~30℃,空气相对湿度小于75%,避免在雨、雪、雾天气中施工,禁止与水接触。
3)、刷涂或辊涂环氧煤沥青防腐漆:为提高防腐性能,需涂三道以上,漆膜厚度为干膜125um/道,湿膜188um/道,干燥42小时。施工环境:温度25~30℃,空气相对湿度小于75%。
其中,步骤3)所用的环氧煤沥青防腐漆按照以下方法制备而成:
a)、将作为润湿剂的壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚-10,作为乳化剂的十二烷基苯磺酸钠,作为消泡剂的聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚,作为除草剂的西玛津和作为环氧树脂的丁烯环氧树脂,按照一定质量比加入到高速剪切机中,并在55℃条件下缓慢加入一定质量的煤沥青,得到中间产品A。
润湿剂、乳化剂、消泡剂、除草剂、环氧树脂和煤沥青质量比为1:2:0.5:2:20:30;
b)、在65℃、转速3000rpm条件下对产品A进行高速剪切乳化90min,并在高速剪切乳化过程中缓慢加入一定质量的水,得到中间产品B。其中中间产品A和水的质量比为100:60。
c)、转速35rpm的条件下,在产品B中加入作为消泡剂的聚二甲基硅氧烷,搅拌5分钟,即得环氧煤沥青防腐漆。其中中间产品B和步骤c)中使用的消泡剂的质量比为100:0.5。
本发明所用的环氧云铁底漆为双组份。组份一由环氧树脂,云母氧化铁、防锈颜料和有机溶剂配制而成;组份二为固化剂。组份一:组份二=100:10(重量比)。
以下通过实验效果进一步说明本发明。
1)、实验实施(小试)
将普通水性环氧煤沥青乳液和本发明实施例所用的环氧煤沥青防腐漆分别涂抹于不锈钢板上,涂抹体积为4cm*4cm*4cm,用模板在中间扣一个2cm*2cm*2cm的小坑,共涂抹8个,其中将普通水性环氧煤沥青乳液涂抹4个,本发明所用的环氧煤沥青防腐漆涂抹4个。
48小时后,做四组平行对照,每个小坑内分别放入2颗野麦种,填上土并浇10ml水,8个月后将土倒出,观察小坑中野麦种生长情况。
2)、实验结果
普通水性环氧煤沥青乳液涂抹的小坑中,野麦存活并生长,8个月后倒出土观察,本组4个小坑中均出现金属表面凹凸不平现象,证明产生了腐蚀。使用本发明环氧煤沥青防腐漆涂抹的一组小坑中,野麦均死亡,8个月后倒出土观察,小坑无凹凸不平现象。
3)、讨论
经上述小试验证后,申请人玲珑金矿自2013年3月开始使用本发明的方法解决镀锌铁件在地下埋设或地表敷设时的防腐问题。共实验镀锌角钢塔3座、钢管塔镀锌底座3座,均埋于淤泥中,2016年3月检查,没有产生镀锌层脱落,铁件腐蚀生锈或者分层脱落、断裂等问题,后续将继续跟踪。

Claims (2)

1.一种镀锌铁件在淤泥中的防腐方法,其特征在于按照以下步骤进行处理:
1)、对镀锌铁件表面清洁、干燥和平整,以确保表面无油脂、锈蚀等杂物;
2)、刷涂或辊涂环氧云铁底漆:干膜60um/道;湿膜132um/道,干燥24小时;施工环境要求:温度5~35℃,空气相对湿度小于75%;
3)、刷涂或辊涂环氧煤沥青防腐漆:涂三道以上,漆膜厚度为干膜125um/道,湿膜188um/道,干燥42小时;施工环境要求:温度-5℃~40℃,空气相对湿度25%~75%。
2.如权利要求1所述的镀锌铁件在淤泥中的防腐方法,其特征在于所述的环氧煤沥青防腐漆按照以下方法制备而成:
a)、将作为润湿剂的壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚-10,作为乳化剂的十二烷基苯磺酸钠,作为消泡剂的聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚,作为除草剂的西玛津和作为环氧树脂的丁烯环氧树脂,按照一定质量比加入到高速剪切机中,并在50~70℃条件下缓慢加入一定质量的煤沥青,得到中间产品A;其中润湿剂、乳化剂、消泡剂、除草剂、环氧树脂和煤沥青质量比为1:2:0.5:2:20:30;
