Wherein, only the first control valve 300 and the first water outlet 231 are shown in the drawing, and the arrangement of the second to (N-1) th control valves and the second to (N-1) th water outlets can refer to the first control valve 300 and the first water outlet 231. The controller controls the opening and closing of the first to (N-1) th control valves, respectively.
It should be noted that the first to nth means the first to nth, and the first to (N-1) th means the first to (N-1) th, and each may contain a plurality of, for example, the first to nth filter elements means the first to nth filter elements, and each may be a plurality of. It should be further noted that the integrated waterway 200 is an integrally formed waterway, for example, the integrated waterway 200 is integrally formed by ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) plastic, so that the connection between the waterways is omitted, the volume of the whole waterway is reduced, the space is fully utilized, and the reliability of the waterway system is improved.
According to the cleaning and nursing device 1 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the first to the Nth filter elements are sequentially connected in series on the integrated water path 200, and the controller is used for controlling the on-off of the first to the (N-1) th control valves so as to control the on-off of the first to the (N-1) th water outlets, so that raw water flows through different filter elements in sequence and flows out from the corresponding water outlets, namely, the water can be purified to different degrees and flows out from the corresponding water outlets, and therefore, the water sanitation requirements of different crowds can be met, and the body health of people can be ensured. And, because adopt integrated water route 200, simplified inside water route connection, reduced the volume of whole water route, improved the reliability and the outward appearance wholeness of whole water route.
In addition, according to the cleaning and care device 1 of the embodiment of the present invention, the drain port 221 for outputting the raw water is further provided, so that the raw water which does not reach the requirement (for example, the raw water with too high or too low temperature) can be drained through the drain port 221 before entering the first filter element 110, and thus, not only can comfort and safety be achieved, but also the loss of the filter element due to filtering of the useless water can be avoided, and the service life of the cleaning and care device 1 can be prolonged.
Further, the cleaning and nursing device 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes a raw water temperature detection device 400 and a drain valve 500.
The raw water temperature detection means 400 is provided at the water inlet 211 to detect the temperature of the raw water entering the wash care apparatus 1. The drain valve 500 is used to open and close the drain port 221. The controller communicates with the drain valve 500, and the controller controls the opening and closing of the drain valve 500 according to the raw water temperature detection value of the raw water temperature detection device 400.
The operation of the cleaning care apparatus 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
The raw water is heated by the heating unit and then flows to the cleaning and nursing device 1, when the raw water temperature detection value of the raw water temperature detection device 400 is higher or lower than a preset temperature value, the controller controls the drain valve 500 to be opened, and the raw water is discharged from the drain port 221 and does not enter the first filter element 110.
When the raw water temperature detection value of the raw water temperature detection device 400 is within the preset temperature value range, the controller controls the drain valve 500 to close, the raw water enters the first filter element 110, flows into the second filter element 120 after being filtered by the first filter element 110, and at this time, if the controller controls the first control valve 300 to open and controls the second to (N-1) th control valves to close, the purified water flowing out of the second filter element 120 flows out of the first water outlet 231; if the controller controls the second control valve to open and controls the first control valve 300 and the third to (N-1) -th control valves to close, then the purified water flowing out of the second filter element 120 flows into the third filter element 130, finally flows out of the second water outlet … …, and so on, and the controller controls the raw water to flow out of the corresponding water outlet after flowing through different filter elements by controlling the switches of the first to (N-1) -th control valves.
It can be understood that if the controller controls the various control valves to be opened and controls the remaining control valves to be closed, the raw water flows out of the corresponding water outlets respectively after flowing through the corresponding filter elements, so that the user can obtain water with different purification degrees at the same time.
Thus, according to the cleaning and nursing device 1 of the embodiment of the present invention, by using different types of filter elements, for example, filter elements having functions of filtering impurities, removing chlorine, or sterilizing, harmful substances such as residual chlorine, impurities, and bacteria in water can be removed, and clean sterile water, drug water, or sterilizing water can be provided for a user, thereby solving the problems of secondary infection of bacteria in water due to oral bleeding, cleaning and nursing of female private parts, bathing of infants, and the like.
In summary, according to the cleaning and nursing device 1 of the embodiment of the present invention, water can be purified to different degrees and the purified water can flow out from the corresponding water outlets, so as to meet the water sanitation requirements of different people and ensure the health of people. And, adopt integrated water route 200, simplified inside water route connection, reduced the volume of whole water route, improved the reliability and the outward appearance wholeness of whole water route.
In addition, according to the cleaning and nursing device 1 of the embodiment of the present invention, the water outlet 221 is connected to the water path between the water inlet 211 and the first filter element 110, the raw water temperature detection device 400 is disposed at the water inlet 211, and the controller controls the water discharge valve 500 to open and close the water outlet 221, so that the raw water with the temperature higher than or lower than the preset temperature is discharged before entering the first filter element 110, thereby not only preventing the discomfort of the high and low temperature water to the user and preventing the user from being scalded by the high temperature water, thereby improving the comfort and safety of the cleaning and nursing device 1, but also preventing the filter element from filtering the useless water to cause the loss, and prolonging the service life of the cleaning and nursing device 1.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the controller controls only one of the water discharge valve 500 and the first to (N-1) th control valves to be opened and controls the water discharge valve 500 and the remaining ones of the first to (N-1) th control valves to be closed at the same time. In this way, the controller controls only one of the drain port 221 and the first to (N-1) th water outlets to be opened and the remaining to be closed at the same time, thereby realizing that only one use function is controlled to be operated at the same time. Wherein, the controller can be the circuit board, so does benefit to the realization and integrates, improves the outward appearance wholeness.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, any one or more of the first to (N-1) th water outlets are respectively plural, the corresponding one or more of the first to (N-1) th control valves are respectively plural, the plural control valves respectively open and close the plural water outlets, the controller communicates with the plural control valves, and the controller controls only the drain valve 500 and one of the plural control valves to be opened and controls the drain valve 500 and the remaining plural control valves to be closed at the same time. Therefore, purified water can flow out from different water outlets and only flows out from one water outlet at the same time, and the water purifier is convenient for users to use.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the integrated water circuit 200 further has a primary outlet connected to the first filter element 110 to output the purified water in the first filter element 110, and the drain port 221 shares one water circuit with the primary outlet and one of the first to (N-1) th water outlets, i.e., the drain port 221 shares one water circuit with the primary outlet, or the drain port 221 shares one water circuit with one of the first to (N-1) th water outlets. For example, as shown in fig. 2, the drainage port 221 and the first water outlet 231 share a water path, and the raw water is drained from the first water outlet 231 after the drainage valve 500 is opened, so that the appearance of the cleaning and nursing device 1 is more integral and convenient to install, water marks on walls and the like caused by water flowing out from the water pipe due to improper installation of the water pipe are avoided, and the water pipe is short when being connected to a sewer.
It will be appreciated that the drain 221 may also discharge raw water out of the wash care apparatus 1 through the drain pipe 800 as shown in fig. 1, thereby preventing the raw water from being mixed with the purified water, so that the entire waterway system is more sanitary.
In some embodiments of the present invention, when the raw water temperature detection value of the raw water temperature detection device 400 is less than or equal to a predetermined minimum value, the controller controls the drain valve 500 to be opened and controls the first to (N-1) th control valves to be closed; when the raw water temperature detection value of the raw water temperature detection device 400 is greater than or equal to a predetermined maximum value, the controller controls the drain valve 500 to be opened and controls the first to (N-1) th control valves to be closed; when the raw water temperature detection value of the raw water temperature detection device 400 is greater than a predetermined lowest value and less than a predetermined highest value, the controller controls the drain valve 500 to be closed.
For example, when the raw water temperature is less than or equal to 30 ℃, the controller controls the drain valve 500 to be opened and controls the first to (N-1) th control valves to be closed; when the raw water temperature is higher than 30 ℃ and lower than 48 ℃, the controller controls the drainage valve 500 to close; when the raw water temperature is greater than or equal to 48 ℃, the controller controls the drain valve 500 to be opened and controls the first to (N-1) th control valves to be closed. Therefore, only the raw water with the temperature of more than 30 ℃ and less than 48 ℃ can enter the first filter element 110, and the raw water with the temperature of less than or equal to 30 ℃ and the temperature of more than or equal to 48 ℃ is discharged, so that a user can obtain the purified water with the ideal temperature, and the filter element can be protected.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2, each of the water discharge valve 500 and the first to (N-1) th control valves is a solenoid valve having a valve body inlet and a valve body outlet, the central axes of which are oriented in the vertical direction and coincide with each other. For example, each of the drain valve 500 and the first to (N-1) th control valves is a 180-degree angle solenoid valve, and the valve body inlet and the valve body outlet are simultaneously attached to the integrated water circuit 200, thereby eliminating an additional pipe connection position, and reducing the space occupied by the drain valve 500, the first to (N-1) th control valves, and the integrated water circuit 200 inside the washing and nursing device 1, and achieving a more compact structure.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the integrated waterway 200 is detachably connected to the first to nth cartridges, respectively, the integrated waterway 200 is provided with first to nth waterway water stop devices to seal the integrated waterway 200 after the cartridges are detached, and each of the first to nth cartridges is provided with a cartridge water stop device to seal the cartridge after the cartridge is detached. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first to nth filter elements include a PP (polypropylene) filter element, a PAC (polyaluminium chloride) filter element, and a PES (polyethersulfone resin) filter element connected in series in this order, i.e., the first filter element 110 is a PP filter element, the second filter element 120 is a PAC filter element, and the third filter element 130 is a PES filter element. The first to (N-1) th water outlets include a clean chlorine wash water outlet and a maternal and child wash water outlet, for example, the first water outlet 231 is a clean chlorine wash water outlet, and the second water outlet is a maternal and child wash water outlet, wherein the maternal and child wash water outlets are two and are a child wash water outlet and a private wash water outlet, respectively. The water inlet 211 is connected to the PP cartridge, the water outlet 221 is connected to a water path between the water inlet 211 and the PP cartridge, the clean chlorine wash-out water port is connected to the PAC cartridge, the infant wash-out water port and the private wash-out water port are connected to the PES cartridge, respectively, and the first to (N-1) th control valves include a clean chlorine wash-out water control valve for opening and closing the clean chlorine wash-out water port, an infant wash-out water control valve for opening and closing the infant wash-out water port, and a private wash-out water control valve for opening and closing the private wash-out water port, for example, the first control valve 300 is a clean chlorine wash-out water control valve, and the second control valves are two and are an infant wash-out water control valve and a private wash-out water.
Therefore, raw water enters the PP filter element from the water inlet 211, enters the PAC filter element after being subjected to impurity removal of the PP filter element, is divided into two paths of water flows after being subjected to PAC filter element removal of harmful substances such as residual chlorine, heavy metal ions and the like, wherein one path of water flows to the chlorine-cleaning water outlet and flows out of the chlorine-cleaning water outlet when the chlorine-cleaning water control valve is opened, and the other path of water flows to the PES filter element, is subjected to further sterilization of the PES filter element and then flows to the infant water outlet and the private water outlet respectively, flows out of the infant water outlet when the infant water control valve is opened, and flows out of the private water outlet when the private water control valve is opened. Therefore, a clean water source is provided for a user, sterile water for cleaning and nursing private parts is provided for women, gynecological inflammation is assisted to be treated, and sterile bath water is provided for infants.
It should be understood that the private washing water port can be designed into different structures of infant washing water ports according to actual needs, for example, a medicine adding box is additionally arranged on the private washing water port, so that medicine water or sterilizing water is provided for nursing private parts of women.
Further, the integrated waterway 200 may include an intake waterway 210, a discharge waterway 220, a first series waterway, a second series waterway, a net chlorine wash-out waterway 230, and a maternal and child wash-out waterway.
