Abstract
本发明公开一种安神洁发保健枕巾的制作方法，属于家庭床上纺织用品加工领域。该方法是将普通枕巾通过由远志、百合、柏子仁、苍术配置的保健液处理后，再经加入甘菊花精油的保健液处理一次，然后经加入茶皂素的保健液处理一次制成成品的。本发明能明显改善睡眠质量，可安神益智、促进脑部新陈代谢、美容养颜、明目，辅助治疗失眠多梦、盗汗自汗、倦怠嗜卧、头身重痛；还有洁发护发之功效，能松发、去头屑、止痒。

本发明属于家庭床上纺织用品加工领域，具体地涉及一种安神洁发保健枕巾的制作方法。
背景技术
随着社会经济的不断发展，消费者对产品的需求越来越高，毛巾作为生活的必需品，在追求其实用性的同时注重其功能性，传统的毛巾生产工艺流程一般是纺纱、上机织造、染色、缝纫，但是以此种工艺生产的毛巾无保健功能，以现有技术生产的毛巾越来越不能满足大众的高层次需求。
随着人们生活节奏的日益加快，生活压力越来越大，睡眠质量差、经常性头痛、脑部血液循环不畅、记忆力减退等现象频频出现，尤其是一些经常外出的商务人士，目前市场上有很多改善睡眠的保健枕，但其使用范围小，具有局限性，对于一个经常外出的人士，不可能把一个体积大的枕头带在身边，给人们带来很多不便。
发明专利CN 103040285 A公开一种薰衣草安神洁发保健枕巾，旨在为人们提供一种可以改善脑部血液循环、促进睡眠、健脑、养脑等功效的枕巾，该发明是将薰衣草颗粒、决明子颗粒、五灵脂、当归、甘草、苍耳子粉碎混合，均匀的散放到轻薄纱布上，压成薄片状，放入封闭的全棉布套中，将其缝合，固定在全棉布套中。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种安神洁发保健枕巾的制作方法，该方法制备的枕巾可显著改善睡眠质量，且具有洁发护发、滋润肌肤的功效。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用以下技术方案予以实现：
一种安神洁发保健枕巾的制作方法，其具体包括以下步骤：
⑴配置保健液：取远志3-5kg、百合3-5kg、柏子仁3-5kg、苍术3-5kg分别粉碎成40-80目，混合后浸入40-60kg水中，在80-90℃下浸提3-4h，收集第一次滤液，残渣中加入30-45kg水，在75-80℃下浸提2-3h，收集第二次滤液，残渣中加入15-20kg水，在70-75℃下浸提1-2h，收集第三次滤液，合并三次滤液，浓缩至合并滤液总体积的1/3，浓缩液中加入1.5-2％的活性炭脱色，脱色液和60-70％的酒精按3:2的体积比混合均匀，得到保健液A，备用；
⑵第一次处理：将普通枕巾浸泡在上述保健液A中12-24h，取出后放入蒸汽室内，蒸20-30min；
⑶第二次处理：在上述保健液A中加入其体积1-2％的甘菊花精油制成保健液B，将第一次处理过的枕巾浸泡在上述保健液B中24-48h，取出后放入蒸汽室内，蒸30-45min；
⑷第三次处理：在上述保健液B中加入其质量1-2％的茶皂素制成保健液C，将第二次处理过的枕巾浸泡在上述保健液C中10-12h，取出后放入蒸汽室内，蒸15-25min，取出后置于非金属密闭容器中5-7天；
⑸灭菌和包装：取出后在太阳下晾2-4h，进行灭菌处理和整形包装，入库。
本发明的有益效果：本发明使用天然中草药远志、百合、柏子仁、苍术能明显改善睡眠质量，可安神益智、促进脑部新陈代谢、美容养颜、明目，辅助治疗失眠多梦、盗汗自汗、倦怠嗜卧、头身重痛；使用的甘菊花精油气味甘香，具有帮助睡眠，润泽肌肤的功效；使用的茶皂素有洁发护发之功效，具有发松、光滑、去头屑、止痒等作用。

实施例1
一种安神洁发保健枕巾的制作方法，其具体包括以下步骤：
⑴配置保健液：取远志3-5kg、百合3-5kg、柏子仁3-5kg、苍术3-5kg分别粉碎成40-80目，混合后浸入40-60kg水中，在80-90℃下浸提3-4h，收集第一次滤液，残渣中加入30-45kg水，在75-80℃下浸提2-3h，收集第二次滤液，残渣中加入15-20kg水，在70-75℃下浸提1-2h，收集第三次滤液，合并三次滤液，浓缩至合并滤液总体积的1/3，浓缩液中加入1.5-2％的活性炭脱色，脱色液和60-70％的酒精按3:2的体积比混合均匀，得到保健液A，备用；
