Abstract

本专利申请涉及2013年11月27日提出的题为“螺丝锁定装置(Screw-LockingDevice)”的美国临时专利申请第61/909,657号的正式专利申请,并在此要求其优先权。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有螺纹的母套筒,该套筒向插入的螺钉提供普通扭矩(prevailing torque)的构件。更具体地说,本发明涉及一种套筒,其中螺钉以稍稍嵌进去(sub-flush)的方式被接纳在套筒内且在螺钉与套筒之间要求电接触。
现有技术
在电子领域中有很多情况使用螺钉组件,在螺钉与其接纳的内螺纹母套筒之间要求有可靠的电接触。一个例子是调谐螺钉,它是无线电话配电分站无线组件的电路的一部分。这些螺钉必须为无头螺钉且被上下调节许多次,每次仍被锁定在适当位置。目前,实现这种锁定功能通过诸如粘合的辅助操作,或者采用锁紧螺母或负载弹簧的元件对螺钉施加普通扭矩来进行。
然而这些解决方案是有问题的,主要有几个原因。粘合需要的辅助操作可以是非常零乱的。粘合剂的固化时间也拖慢生产,得到的结果往往不一致。除此之外,调整性及维修时的拆卸受限制。
锁紧螺母的使用与粘合一样需要辅助操作,因此也不理想。锁紧螺母不能用于稍稍嵌进去的螺钉,而且向下将螺钉与锁紧螺母锁定时会无意中改变所希望的螺钉位置,而螺钉是必须精确定位的。
使用传统的尼龙锁紧螺母在电子调谐螺钉环境中有严苛的限制。在传统的锁定套筒中,尼龙锁定垫圈位于螺母或套筒的顶部,与螺钉摩擦接合向螺钉施加普通扭矩。在摩擦接合时,尼龙材料会弹性且塑性变形,进入螺钉的螺纹结构。这对电子调谐螺钉是不能接受的,因为在螺钉与套筒之间必须是金属对金属的接触,以消除不想要的电容效应。除此之外,在螺钉进入套筒的整个行程中必须存在施加的普通扭矩。
曾经尝试另一个解决方案,是使用轴向弹簧螺钉,该轴向弹簧螺钉使用螺纹张力以提供摩擦锁定效应,然而这些零件难以制造且昂贵,且不能多次重复使用。
因此,本技术领域有需要提供能解决这些问题的电子调谐螺钉组件。
发明内容
本发明被设计成满足本技术领域的上述需求,提供一种普通扭矩作用于螺钉的更好的调谐螺钉组件,所述调谐螺钉组件以稍稍嵌进去的方式安装,而且螺钉与套筒之间电接触。本发明的一个实施例提供了一个解决方案,其使用圆盘形状的冲制尼龙垫圈,该垫圈安装在套筒的顶部。圆盘具有向内延伸的柄脚,当螺钉被螺入套筒时柄脚沿一侧被垂直地往下推入套筒中抵住螺纹。这导致尼龙的垂直条纹抵靠套筒的内螺纹,从而提供普通扭矩。
本发明的方案提供了所要的性能要求:对于大部分的内套筒直径而言,内螺纹与外螺纹之间存在金属对金属的接触;在套筒内的任何高度均提供了一致的螺纹普通扭矩;以及在操作时所提供的锁定功能适用于任何一种标准螺纹螺钉,而且是可改变的。
在这方面,在详细说明本发明的至少一个实施例之前,应理解的是本发明并不限于应用到下文所述或附图所示的构造细节以及组合件的配置。本发明能够具有其他实施例,并以不同方式实现。此外,应理解的是本文使用的用语和术语是为了描述起见,不应被视为限制。
因此,本领域的技术人员将理解本公开内容所基于的概念可以容易作为用于进行本发明的若干用途的其他结构、方法及系统的设计基础。因此,重要的是在没有偏离本发明的主旨和范围的情况下,应将权利要求视为包括那样的等效构造。

具体实施方式
现参照图1,图中示出了本发明的处于装配状态的锁定垫圈15,锁定垫圈15被安装在套筒11的顶部。垫圈能通过任何适当的方法保持在套筒的顶部,包括压入配合、粘合、或者将在套筒的顶缘上锤击垫圈而卡住。可使用多个垫圈。适宜材料的一个例子是尼龙。
如图2所示,施加在套筒上的每个垫圈包括面向内的柄脚17。图中可见本实施例的垫圈被接纳在围绕内螺纹套筒11的顶部的沟槽19中。图3进一步显示,当将螺钉13插入套筒的内螺纹时,柄脚17变成弯折,随后在螺钉的外螺纹与套筒的内螺纹之间沿着套筒的内壁纵向地设置伸延。柄脚在内外螺纹之间的过盈配合向螺钉的螺纹提供了所要的普通扭矩,而且还压迫螺钉的螺纹抵靠套筒的壁,确保良好的电接触。
手动进给或使用振动皿的自动进给都能将本发明的垫圈与套筒装配起来。另一种方法是把垫圈材料做成连续的进料条,冲制成所要的形状,再依据螺母体本身的直径而被放置在适当位置。
因此,上文仅说明本发明的原理。再者,由于本领域的技术人员将容易想到许多的修改和变化,所以不希望将本发明限定于本文所图示的及所描述的确切结构和运作,并且相应地,所有适当的修改和等同物可诉诸落入本发明的范围之内。

Claims (4)

1.一种螺丝锁定装置,所述螺丝锁定装置包括:
圆形垫圈,所述垫圈包括外周套环和中心开口;
所述垫圈包括柄脚,所述柄脚与所述套环成一体且沿径向延伸到所述中心开口,所述柄脚可充分地变形,在所述柄脚与所述套环的会合处弯折而不会扭曲所述套环;其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
具有螺纹和顶部的套筒,所述螺纹位于所述套筒的内部,并且所述顶部安装有一个或多个所述垫圈;
其中,所述垫圈被构造成当螺钉被插入所述套筒的所述螺纹中时,所述柄脚变成弯折,并且在所述螺钉被进一步推前时,所述垫圈的所述柄脚在所述套筒的所述螺纹与所述螺钉的螺纹之间沿着所述套筒的内壁纵向地伸延;并且
其中,所述柄脚由所述螺钉沿一侧垂直地往下推入到所述套筒中抵住所述螺纹,由此所述柄脚压迫所述螺钉的螺纹抵靠所述套筒的所述壁,以确保良好的电接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述垫圈的所述套环定位于围绕所述套筒的顶部的沟槽中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述垫圈的所述套环通过压入配合或粘合保持在所述套筒的顶部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述垫圈由尼龙制成。
