Abstract

本发明是在一个缸体内配置一对以串连形式与 花键轴联结的柱塞,并通过柱塞上的曲线形沟槽与配 置在缸体上的转销联结,在两柱塞作开合运动的同时 被迫旋转,将动力由花键轴直接输出的内燃机机芯 新装置。
本发明与曲轴式内燃机机芯相比较,获得多一个 接受爆炸力的面,从而使初始推力增加一倍。同时, 减少了连杆曲轴机构,使内燃机结构更简单。

Description

内燃机是使燃料在密闭的气缸内燃烧作功的热功转换之机器。现在占主导地位的曲轴式内燃机热效率不高(约在46~48%之间)。提高内燃机热效率对节能有重大效益。
本发明旨在提高热效率,同时使内机结构更简单。
下面结合附图说明本发明的结构和工作过程。
1、本发明的结构。两柱塞(3)以串连的形式与花键轴(5)作滑动联结,置缸体(1)内,并以曲线形沟槽与转销(2)作滑动联结;转销(2)通过轴承(6)与缸体联结;柱塞上联结有起密封作用的油环(8)、活塞环(9)、内活塞环(13)、隔环圈(12)和螺母(11)。柱塞(3)上的曲线形沟槽的导程角在45~60度范围,它的功能是在花键轴转动360度时使柱塞开合两次,以完成内燃机的工作行程。
2、工作过程。柱塞(3)作相向运动对空气进行压缩;压缩结束后喷油系(或点火系)(4)工作,爆炸过程开始。爆炸力作用的结果,使柱塞(3)作背向运动,并在转销(2)的作用下旋转,将动力从花键轴(5)输出。通过进排气系统(10)的控制,可获得四行程、二行程的工作程序。整机运行的连续性和平稳性,由惯性系(7)保证。
本发明的特点:
1、一对柱塞作开合运动,使原来曲轴式机芯加在缸盖上的反作用力直接加在输出轴上,这就使内燃机获得两倍于曲轴机芯的初始推力。这是本发明能提高热效率的根本点。
2、本发明没有连杆、曲轴机构,因此结构更简单,体积更小。从而减少了制造用材,降低成本。
3、本发明保持了曲轴式机芯单缸装机和多缸组合的优点,并且还可以在圆周上排缸。

Claims (1)

  1. 串连在同一花键轴上的一对柱塞在密闭的缸体内作开合运动,并在柱塞曲线形沟槽与缸体上的转销相互作用下迫使柱塞旋转,从而带动花键轴旋转,将动力由花键轴输出,其特征是:
    1、在花键轴(5)上串连一对柱塞(3),置于密闭的缸体(1)内;
    2、两柱塞之间形成的腔体为燃烧室;
    3、两柱塞上有曲线形沟槽,导程角为45~60度;
    4、联结在缸体上的转销(2)直接卡入两柱塞上的曲线形沟槽;
    5、曲线形沟槽的作用是在花键轴转动一周时使柱塞开合两次。
    6、柱塞上联结有起密封作用的油环(8)、活塞环(9)、内活塞环(18)、隔环圈(12)和螺母(11)。
