Abstract

本发明公开一种卡爪包括卡片,卡套,卡套是在带有卡片的钢片上浇注成型,卡爪插入在快插接头内,所述卡片从钢带上的冲切分离不设在卡套与快插接头的接触面上。本发明的卡爪结构可靠,可以减少快插管路连接的漏水现象,使用在家用净水器上可以减少因漏水造成人民群众家庭财产损失。

卡爪
本发明涉及家用净水器技术领域,更具体地说,是涉及一种水处理的管路连接快插卡爪。
背景技术
目前,国际、国内公知的快插卡爪是由卡片和塑料卡套组成。当管路插入快插接头时,卡爪上的塑料卡套在接头外壳的作用下使卡片夹持管路外表面,形成止退功能,防止管路脱了和泄漏。但是,很多情况是卡爪的止退效果不理想,因卡片与管路外表面都是同直径的圆弧面,弧线接触上正力小,止退效果差。
另一方面,现有的卡爪斜契容易打滑,其原因是:卡片倒扣止退功能设计不佳,在塑料卡套与快插连接器的外壳斜契配合接触面上有卡片与钢片分离的冲断毛刺,影响卡爪的夹持力。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题:针对现有技术之不足,提供一种卡爪,该卡爪不仅能很好地夹持管路,而且能将管路夹持牢固可靠,防止松脱和泄漏,以克服现有的快插卡爪卡接不牢固的缺点。
本发明的技术方案是:卡爪,包括卡片,卡套,卡套是在带有卡片的钢片上浇注成型,卡爪插入在快插接头内,所述卡片从钢带上的冲切分离不设在卡套与快插接头的接触面上。
所述卡片包括夹持端、内嵌端,在夹持端两侧设有尖齿。
夹持端与管路松脱方向逆向的角度为β,β小于30°。
所述卡套包括裙部、爪部,所述卡片嵌入在爪部内,所述爪部的端部外壁为钩状,所述爪部设有若干沟槽从而形成多个爪块。
所述快插接头的内壁设有楔面,所述爪块的钩状端部外壁抵压在快插接头的楔面上。
一种卡爪的浇注冲切去废料方法,包括以下步骤:S1)在钢片上冲剪卡片内型面P和外型面Q,相邻外型面Q之间以筋条连接,形成卡片的雏形;S2)在卡片的雏形上浇注塑料形成卡套,卡片的雏形位于卡套的爪部内,卡套外圆直径小于由外型面Q所在外圆的最大直径,对应筋条处的爪部设有沟槽;S3)在卡套的爪部沟槽内将卡片的筋条切除。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明的卡爪结构可靠,可以减少快插管路连接的漏水现象,使用在家用净水器上可以减少因漏水造成人民群众家庭财产损失。

下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
参见图1-5,本发明提供一种卡爪,包括卡片2,卡套1,卡套在带有卡片的钢片7上浇注成型,卡爪插入在快插接头8内,所述卡片包括夹持端、内嵌端,在夹持端两侧设有尖齿,夹持端与管路松脱方向逆向形成卡片弯折止退角β,β小于30°;卡片从钢带上的冲切分离不在卡套与快插接头的接触面上。如图1所示,卡爪的一端伸入快插接头8内,PE管5穿过卡爪的内孔伸入到快插接头8里,在快插接头8与PE管5之间设置密封圈6。
所述卡套1包括裙部11、爪部12,所述卡片2嵌入在爪部12内,所述爪部的端部外壁为钩状,所述爪部设有若干沟槽14从而形成多个爪块。裙部11的外壁设置易于手指夹压卡套的握持缘13。在卡套爪部内,卡片设置与管路松脱方向相反的折叠边22。
所述快插接头的内壁设有楔面,使快插接头的内腔形成内壳轮廓面3和内壳斜楔面4,所述爪块的钩状端部外壁抵压在快插接头的楔面上。楔面的斜契角为a,卡爪的卡片夹持端形成倒扣片,通过卡爪上塑料卡套与快插连接器的外壳形成的斜契配合,使卡爪牢牢地夹持上下PE管。
快插连接器的具体工作原理是:下PE管通过卡爪插到连接器内并与密封圈形成密封连接,上PE管同样通过快插连接器上卡爪(图中未剖开)连接并与上密封圈形成密封连接,这样实现了水路的接驳连接。为了防止由于水压引起的上下PE管从快插连接器脱了,在卡爪上设有倒扣卡片,可以通过卡爪上塑料卡套与快插连接器的外壳形成的斜契配合,斜契角为a,使卡爪牢牢地夹持上下PE管。
本发明在卡片上形成尖齿,并在卡爪的轴向设计了与管路松脱方向逆向的角度为β的卷边,使净水器的管路连接在卡爪的作用下夹持更加牢固可靠、防止松脱和泄漏,从而达到能够改善目的。
上述卡爪的浇注冲切去废料方法,包括以下步骤:S1)在钢片上冲剪卡片内型面P和外型面Q,相邻外型面Q之间以筋条连接,形成卡片的雏形;S2)在卡片的雏形上浇注塑料形成卡套,卡片的雏形位于卡套的爪部内,卡套外圆直径小于由外型面Q所在外圆的最大直径,对应筋条处的爪部设有沟槽14;S3)在卡套的爪部沟槽内将卡片的筋条21切除。
本发明为了避免在卡套的外壁切断钢片废料,卡片与钢片的连接条不设在外型面Q的外圆上,而是设置在爪部的沟槽14区域内,去废料裁切时,在塑料卡套的沟槽14内将卡片从钢带上冲切分离,使塑料卡套与快快插装置的外壳斜面上光滑接触。

2.根据权利要求1所述的卡爪,其特征在于:所述卡片包括夹持端、内嵌端,在夹持端两侧设有尖齿。
3.根据权利要求2所述的卡爪,其特征在于:夹持端与管路松脱方向逆向的角度为β,β小于30°。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的卡爪,其特征在于:所述卡套包括裙部、爪部,所述卡片嵌入在爪部内,所述爪部的端部外壁为钩状,所述爪部设有若干沟槽从而形成多个爪块。
5.根据权利要求4所述的卡爪,其特征在于:所述快插接头的内壁设有楔面,所述爪块的钩状端部外壁抵压在快插接头的楔面上。
6.一种卡爪的浇注冲切去废料方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:S1)在钢片上冲剪卡片内型面P和外型面Q,相邻外型面Q之间以筋条连接,形成卡片的雏形;S2)在卡片的雏形上浇注塑料形成卡套,卡片的雏形位于卡套的爪部内,卡套外圆直径小于由外型面Q所在外圆的最大直径,对应筋条处的爪部设有沟槽;S3)在卡套的爪部沟槽内将卡片的筋条切除。
