本发明公开了一种防紫外线面料,包括面料本体,所述面料本体由尼龙纺织而成,所述面料本体外表面设有耐磨层,所述耐磨层外表面设有防紫外线涂层,所述面料本体内表面设有保暖涂层,所述保暖涂层中设有金属氧化物陶瓷颗粒,所述保暖涂层下方设有绒毛层。本发明耐磨层外表面设有丙烯酸防紫外线涂层,可有效散射紫外线;保暖涂层中设有金属氧化物陶瓷颗粒可以将人体辐射、对流和传导等散出的热能收集起来并尽可能地返回人身,有良好的保暖效果;绒毛层附有羊毛或兔毛,可有效保暖。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料,特别是涉及一种防紫外线面料。
背景技术
随着现代工业革命的发展,大气层中的臭氧层不断的遭到破坏、变薄,过量的紫外线长驱直入,长期照射下,对人类皮肤会造成剧大的伤害。紫外线是电磁波谱中波长从0.01~0.40微米辐射的总称,过量的紫外线引起光化学反应,可使人体机能发生一系列变化,尤其是对人体的皮肤、眼睛以及免疫系统等造成危害。而天气转冷的时候,人们穿衣时一般只注重保暖效果,忽略了紫外线防护,从而导致紫外线晒伤。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种防紫外线面料,保暖的同时防止紫外线对人体的伤害。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种防紫外线面料,包括面料本体,其特征是,所述面料本体由尼龙纺织而成,所述面料本体外表面设有耐磨层,所述耐磨层外表面设有防紫外线涂层,所述面料本体内表面设有保暖涂层,所述保暖涂层中设有金属氧化物陶瓷颗粒,所述保暖涂层下方设有绒毛层。
前述的一种防紫外线面料,其特征是,所述耐磨层为纳米三氧化二铝涂料层。
前述的一种防紫外线面料,其特征是,所述防紫外线涂层为丙烯酸涂层。
前述的一种防紫外线面料,其特征是,所述金属氧化物陶瓷颗粒为氧化铝和氧化镁陶瓷颗粒。
前述的一种防紫外线面料,其特征是,所述绒毛层附有羊毛或兔毛。
前述的一种防紫外线面料,其特征是,所述耐磨层的厚度为0.5mm。
本发明所达到的有益效果:本发明耐磨层外表面设有丙烯酸防紫外线涂层,可有效散射紫外线;保暖涂层中设有金属氧化物陶瓷颗粒可以将人体辐射、对流和传导等散出的热能收集起来并尽可能地返回人身,有良好的保暖效果;绒毛层附有羊毛或兔毛,可有效保暖。

如图1所示,一种防紫外线面料,包括面料本体1,所述面料本体1由尼龙纺织而成,所述面料本体1外表面设有耐磨层2,所述耐磨层2为纳米三氧化二铝涂料层,所述耐磨层2的厚度为0.5mm,可有效达到耐磨损的效果。
所述耐磨层2外表面设有防紫外线涂层3,所述防紫外线涂层3为丙烯酸涂层,可有效散射紫外线。
所述面料本体1内表面设有保暖涂层4,所述保暖涂层4中设有金属氧化物陶瓷颗粒,所述金属氧化物陶瓷颗粒为氧化铝和氧化镁陶瓷颗粒,可以将人体辐射、对流和传导等散出的热能收集起来并尽可能地返回人身,有良好的保暖效果。
所述保暖涂层4下方设有绒毛层5,所述绒毛层5附有羊毛或兔毛,可有效保暖。

1.一种防紫外线面料,包括面料本体,其特征是,所述面料本体由尼龙纺织而成,所述面料本体外表面设有耐磨层,所述耐磨层外表面设有防紫外线涂层,所述面料本体内表面设有保暖涂层,所述保暖涂层中设有金属氧化物陶瓷颗粒,所述保暖涂层下方设有绒毛层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防紫外线面料,其特征是,所述耐磨层为纳米三氧化二铝涂料层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防紫外线面料,其特征是,所述防紫外线涂层为丙烯酸涂层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防紫外线面料,其特征是,所述金属氧化物陶瓷颗粒为氧化铝和氧化镁陶瓷颗粒。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防紫外线面料,其特征是,所述绒毛层附有羊毛或兔毛。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防紫外线面料,其特征是,所述耐磨层的厚度为0.5mm。
