技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料，特别是涉及一种防紫外线面料。
背景技术
随着现代工业革命的发展，大气层中的臭氧层不断的遭到破坏、变薄，过量的紫外线长驱直入，长期照射下，对人类皮肤会造成剧大的伤害。紫外线是电磁波谱中波长从0.01~0.40微米辐射的总称，过量的紫外线引起光化学反应，可使人体机能发生一系列变化，尤其是对人体的皮肤、眼睛以及免疫系统等造成危害。而天气转冷的时候，人们穿衣时一般只注重保暖效果，忽略了紫外线防护，从而导致紫外线晒伤。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷，提供一种防紫外线面料，保暖的同时防止紫外线对人体的伤害。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供一种防紫外线面料，包括面料本体，其特征是，所述面料本体由尼龙纺织而成，所述面料本体外表面设有耐磨层，所述耐磨层外表面设有防紫外线涂层，所述面料本体内表面设有保暖涂层，所述保暖涂层中设有金属氧化物陶瓷颗粒，所述保暖涂层下方设有绒毛层。
前述的一种防紫外线面料，其特征是，所述耐磨层为纳米三氧化二铝涂料层。
前述的一种防紫外线面料，其特征是，所述防紫外线涂层为丙烯酸涂层。
前述的一种防紫外线面料，其特征是，所述金属氧化物陶瓷颗粒为氧化铝和氧化镁陶瓷颗粒。
前述的一种防紫外线面料，其特征是，所述绒毛层附有羊毛或兔毛。
前述的一种防紫外线面料，其特征是，所述耐磨层的厚度为0.5mm。
本发明所达到的有益效果：本发明耐磨层外表面设有丙烯酸防紫外线涂层，可有效散射紫外线；保暖涂层中设有金属氧化物陶瓷颗粒可以将人体辐射、对流和传导等散出的热能收集起来并尽可能地返回人身，有良好的保暖效果；绒毛层附有羊毛或兔毛，可有效保暖。

如图1所示，一种防紫外线面料，包括面料本体1，所述面料本体1由尼龙纺织而成，所述面料本体1外表面设有耐磨层2，所述耐磨层2为纳米三氧化二铝涂料层，所述耐磨层2的厚度为0.5mm，可有效达到耐磨损的效果。
所述耐磨层2外表面设有防紫外线涂层3，所述防紫外线涂层3为丙烯酸涂层，可有效散射紫外线。
所述面料本体1内表面设有保暖涂层4，所述保暖涂层4中设有金属氧化物陶瓷颗粒，所述金属氧化物陶瓷颗粒为氧化铝和氧化镁陶瓷颗粒，可以将人体辐射、对流和传导等散出的热能收集起来并尽可能地返回人身，有良好的保暖效果。
所述保暖涂层4下方设有绒毛层5，所述绒毛层5附有羊毛或兔毛，可有效保暖。
