Abstract
一种空气净化涂料,其特征在于,由以下组份:助剂,填料,乳液,去离子水配制而成。该发明以性能优质的乳液作为成膜物质,组分中添加一定比例的功能性二氧化钛粉体,有效降低室内空气中的有害成分,如甲醛、氮氧化合物等,在光照强度良好的条件下,对室内装修产生的空气污染有明显效果。对涂料配方进行优化,按照一定的比例添加分散剂,流平剂,消泡剂等,使得涂料施工性能佳,涂膜耐洗刷,耐碱性,是室内空气净化的最佳解决方案之一。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,特别是一种空气净化涂料。
背景技术
面对日益严重的大气污染形势,2011年国家室内环境与室内环保产品质量监督检验中心开展了“首次全国室内空气大调查”。结果显示,有67%的家庭装修后室内空气中污染物浓度超过《民用建筑工程室内环境污染控制规范》(GB50325—2001)所规定的限值,污染物主要来自室内装修材料,如地板、涂料及各种黏结剂等长期缓慢释放的甲醛及挥发性有机化合物。国家提出“积极支持大气污染治理装备、产品、服务企业的发展,有效推动节能环保、新能源等战略性新兴产业发展”。
针对目前的生活环境现状,涂料作为与生活息息相关的配套行业,相关企业也纷纷推出“净味”“、消除甲醛”“、负氧离子”等概念的建筑涂料产品,但是使用效果有限且缺乏统一的产品性能检测方法。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种空气净化涂料,该涂料,施工方便,涂膜耐洗刷,耐老化,而且具有净化空气等特点。
本发明解决技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种空气净化涂料,其特征在于,由以下配方按照下列重量比配制而成:
助剂4-5份
填料30-45份
乳液7-15份
去离子水30-60份。
进一步地,所述助剂由pH值调节剂、分散剂、消泡剂、防腐剂、流平剂、增稠剂,按照重量比为1:1.2:1.2:1:1:1.5组成。
进一步地,所述的填料包括钛白粉,功能性纳米TiO2,重质碳酸钙,按照重量比为1.5:1.5:1混合而成。
本发明的有益效果是:该发明以性能优质的乳液作为成膜物质,组分中添加一定比例的功能性二氧化钛粉体,有效降低室内空气中的有害成分,如甲醛、氮氧化合物等,在光照强度良好的条件下,对室内装修产生的空气污染有明显效果。对涂料配方进行优化,按照一定的比例添加分散剂,流平剂,消泡剂等,使得涂料施工性能佳,涂膜耐洗刷,耐碱性,是室内空气净化的最佳解决方案之一。

乳液10份
去离子水45.5份。

pH值调节剂0.6份
分散剂0.72份
消泡剂0.72份
防腐剂0.6份
流平剂0.6份
增稠剂0.9份
填料35份
乳液12份
去离子水48.5份。

1.一种空气净化涂料,其特征在于,由以下配方按照下列重量比配制而成:
助剂4-5份
填料30-45份
乳液7-15份
去离子水30-60份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化涂料,其特征在于,所述助剂由pH值调节剂、分散剂、消泡剂、防腐剂、流平剂、增稠剂,按照重量比为1:1.2:1.2:1:1:1.5组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化涂料,其特征在于,所述的填料包括钛白粉,功能性纳米TiO2,重质碳酸钙,按照重量比为1.5:1.5:1混合而成。
