Abstract
本发明公开了一种秸秆资源的利用方法,其特征在于利用农作物秸秆为秸秆原料,在碱性水浴环境中能水解出秸秆纤维与秸秆肥料母液,所述秸秆肥料母液为碱性,所述秸秆纤维可作为秸秆纸、秸秆碳、秸秆纤维水泥基复合材料的制作原料。所述秸秆纤维经过碱性溶液水浴处理后,纤维含量较高,相比秸秆原料更适合于秸秆造纸、秸秆纤维复合材料以及秸秆碳领域。所述农作物秸秆需经过清洗、干燥,干燥方式可以是自然暴晒或人工加热等,目的在于减少其水分、酸性物质含量及方便运输。所述秸秆肥料母液含有大量木质素、半纤维素及氮磷化合物等,通过PH值调节为弱碱性后,可被放线菌、酵母菌、细菌等微生物菌群发酵为秸秆化肥。本发明提供的一种充分利用秸秆资源的方法,无污染废物排放,具有环保、节约资源等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及资源利用领域,特别是涉及一种秸秆资源的利用方法。
背景技术
农作物秸秆在我国的利用率相对较低,大部分秸秆资源被荒废或者就地焚烧,对生态环境造成了严重破坏。秸秆属于可再生生物质资源,含有大量的植物纤维与氮磷化合成分。植物纤维含碳量高,具有与普通合成纤维相似的强度且密度小,可用作为造纸、制碳、纤维建材的原料。氮肥、磷肥是农业生产中常见的化肥。因此,科学地综合利用秸秆资源,提取其中植物纤维与制作化肥对于社会经济的可持续发展具有重大意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种充分利用秸秆资源的方法,无污染废物排放,具有环保、节约资源的优点。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:一种秸秆资源的利用方法,其特征在于利用农作物秸秆为秸秆原料,在碱性水浴环境中能水解出秸秆纤维与秸秆肥料母液,所述秸秆肥料母液为碱性,所述秸秆纤维可作为秸秆纸、秸秆碳、秸秆纤维水泥基复合材料的制作原料。
所述秸秆纤维经过碱性溶液水浴处理后,纤维含量较高,相比秸秆原料更适合于秸秆造纸、秸秆纤维复合材料以及秸秆碳领域。
所述农作物秸秆需经过清洗、干燥,干燥方式可以是自然暴晒或人工加热等,目的在于减少其水分、酸性物质含量及方便运输。
所述秸秆肥料母液含有大量木质素、半纤维素及氮磷化合物等,通过PH值调节为弱碱性后,可被放线菌、酵母菌、细菌等微生物菌群发酵为秸秆化肥。

实施例1一种秸秆资源综合利用方法
将秸秆原料放入100摄氏度的5%NaOH溶液中蒸煮4小时以上,过滤出秸秆纤维,将剩余母液通过调节PH值、菌群发酵转化为肥料,通过粉碎机将秸秆纤维粉碎制浆,再经过适当的洗涤、筛选、除杂、漂白、干燥等系列工序,满足不同纸张种类的质量要求。
实施例2一种秸秆资源综合利用方法
将秸秆原料放入100摄氏度的5%NaOH溶液中蒸煮半小时,过滤出秸秆纤维,将剩余母液通过调节PH值、菌群发酵转化为肥料,通过粉碎机将秸秆纤维粉碎并与粘合剂、助燃剂混合成型,放入高温窑炉进行碳化烧制。秸秆纤维粉末也可与含碳量高的干燥锯末混合,一起与粘合剂、助燃剂混合成型,进行碳化处理。
实施例3一种秸秆资源综合利用方法
将秸秆原料放入100摄氏度的5%NaOH溶液中蒸煮半小时,过滤出秸秆纤维,将剩余母液通过调节PH值、菌群发酵转化为肥料,以合适的纤维长度及纤维掺入量与砂浆基体在聚乙二醇等固体分散剂的作用下进行复合,完成水化过程,制作出所需的新型秸秆纤维建材,如:秸秆纤维预制板,秸秆纤维混凝土等。
本发明的有益效果是:一种秸秆资源的利用方法,具有充分利用秸秆资源的优点,同时,本发明在制作过程中污染废物排放。

1.一种秸秆资源的利用方法,其特征在于利用农作物秸秆为秸秆原料,在碱性水浴环境中能水解出秸秆纤维与秸秆肥料母液,所述秸秆肥料母液为碱性,所述秸秆纤维可作为秸秆纸、秸秆碳、秸秆纤维水泥基复合材料的制作原料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种秸秆资源的利用方法,其特征在于所述农作物秸秆需经过清洗、干燥,干燥方式可以是自然暴晒或人工加热等,目的在于减少其水分、酸性物质含量及方便运输。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种秸秆资源的利用方法,其特征在于所述秸秆肥料母液含有大量木质素、半纤维素及氮磷化合物等,通过PH值调节为弱碱性后,可被放线菌、酵母菌、细菌等微生物菌群发酵为秸秆化肥。
