本发明公开了一种透镜水槽式太阳能海水淡化保障船,包括船体,所述船体的中部固定有船体甲板,船体甲板与船体之间固定有凝水室隔板、蒸发室隔板、隔成凝水仓、蒸发仓,凝水仓在蒸发仓的左边,凝水仓内固定有冷凝管,船体的外侧面设置有过滤器,冷凝管的下端与过滤器相连,冷凝管的上端与海水水泵相连,凝水仓的左上方通过甲板设置有出气管,海水水泵出水管与透镜水槽相通,透镜水槽的右端通过聚热管通到蒸发室内的喷淋管上,喷淋管上安装有多个喷头,凝水仓和蒸发室之间有通道相连通,通道中设置有引风机;设置在船体两侧船沿上有太阳能电池板、气缸。使用本发明的一种透镜水槽式太阳能海水淡化保障船,占地少,成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能海水淡化技术领域,更具体的说涉及一种透镜水槽式太阳能海水淡化保障船。
背景技术
我国有很多海岛,由于面积小,没有淡水,淡水是人生活必不可少的,进行海水淡化是最有效方法,现在有很多太阳能海水淡化装置,热效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种透镜水槽式太阳能海水淡化保障船,它可以设置在海岛,是一种小型海水淡化装置,将海水进行太阳能透镜水槽和聚焦二次加热,效果好。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种透镜水槽式太阳能海水淡化保障船系统,包括船体,其特征在于:所述船体的中部固定有船体甲板,船体甲板与船体之间固定有凝水室隔板、蒸发室隔板、隔成凝水仓、蒸发仓,凝水仓在蒸发仓的左边,凝水仓内固定有冷凝管,船体的外侧面设置有过滤器,冷凝管的下端与过滤器相连,冷凝管的上端与海水水泵相连,凝水仓的左上方通过甲板设置有出气管,海水水泵出水管与透镜水槽相通,透镜水槽的右端通过聚热管通到蒸发室内的喷淋管上,喷淋管上安装有多个喷头,凝水仓和蒸发室之间有通道相连通,通道中设置有引风机;设置在在船体两侧船沿上有太阳能电池板、气缸。
所述的半圆形透镜水槽上面为平面,下面为抛物面由透明材料玻璃制成做成的箱体结构,内装海水,所述的聚热管位于半圆形透镜水槽抛物面的焦点上,所述的聚热管为吸光材料制成,
在凝水仓的上方船体甲板中开有雨水孔。
所述的太阳能电池板一端与船体的船沿铰接,太阳能电池板另一侧下方与气缸铰接,能随着太阳的移动而转动,气缸另一端与船体铰接;所述的船体和隔板由砼制成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:占用陆地少,成本小。

本发明是一种透镜水槽式太阳能海水淡化保障船,包括船体1,其特征在于:所述船体1的中部固定有船体甲板16,船体甲板16与船体1之间固定有凝水室隔板5、蒸发室隔板7、隔成凝水仓4、蒸发仓10,凝水仓4在蒸发仓10的左边,凝水仓4内固定有冷凝管3,船体1的外侧面设置有过滤器2,冷凝管3的下端与过滤器2相连,冷凝管3的上端与海水水泵18相连,凝水仓4的左上方通过甲板16设置有出气管19,海水水泵18出水管与透镜水槽15相通,透镜水槽15的右端通过聚热管14通到蒸发室10内的喷淋管8上,喷淋管8上安装有多个喷头9,凝水仓4和蒸发室10之间有通道相连通,通道中设置有引风机6;设置在在船体1两侧船沿上有太阳能电池板13、气缸12。
所述的半圆形透镜水槽15上面为透明平面,下面为透明抛物线面做成的箱体结构,内装海水,所述的聚热管6位于半圆形透镜水槽5抛物面的焦点上,表面喷有吸光涂料。。
所述的太阳能电池板13一端与船体1的船沿铰接,太阳能电池板13另一侧下方与气缸12铰接,能随着太阳的移动而转动,气缸12另一端与船体1铰接;所述的船体1和隔板16由砼制成。
在凝水仓4的上方船体甲板16中开有雨水孔17。
本发明是一种透镜水槽式太阳能海水淡化保障船,工作原理是:海水从过滤器2过滤后经冷凝管3预热,然后通过海水水泵18压到透镜水槽15中被太阳能加热,然而流入聚热管14加热到90度左右,经喷淋管8由各海水喷头9喷出到蒸发室10中,由抽气机6不断抽气,蒸发室10压力降低,海水气化同时被抽气机6抽入凝水室4,被冷凝管3冷凝成淡水,空气从排气管19排出;为进一步扩大淡水产量,天下雨时,太阳能电池板13和船体甲板16收集的雨水通过雨水孔17流入凝水室4。

1.一种透镜水槽式太阳能海水淡化保障船,包括船体(1),其特征在于:所述船体(1)的中部固定有船体甲板(16),船体甲板(16)与船体(1)之间固定有凝水室隔板(5)、蒸发室隔板(7),分别将船仓隔成凝水仓(4)、蒸发仓(10),凝水仓(4)在蒸发仓(10)的左边,凝水仓(4)内固定有冷凝管(3),船体(1)的外侧面设置有过滤器(2),冷凝管(3)的下端与过滤器(2)相连,冷凝管(3)的上端与海水水泵(18)相连,凝水仓(4)的左上方通过甲板(16)设置有出气管(19),海水水泵(18)出水管与透镜水槽(15)相通,透镜水槽(15)的右端通过聚热管(14)通到蒸发室(10)内的喷淋管(8)上,喷淋管(8)上安装有多个喷头(9),凝水仓(4)和蒸发室(10)之间有通道相连通,通道中设置有引风机(6);设置在在船体(1)两侧船沿上有太阳能电池板(13)、气缸(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种透镜水槽式太阳能海水淡化保障船,其特征在于:所述的半圆形透镜水槽(15)上面为平面,下面为抛物面,由透明材料玻璃制成,所述的聚热管(14)位于半圆形透镜水槽(15)抛物面的焦点上,所述的聚热管(14)为吸光材料制成。
3.根据权利要求1一种透镜水槽式太阳能海水淡化保障船,其特征在于:所述的太阳能电池板(13)一端与船体(1)的船沿铰接,太阳能电池板(13)另一侧下方与气缸(12)铰接,能随着太阳的移动而转动,气缸(12)另一端与船体(1)铰接;所述的船体(1)和隔板(16)由砼制成。
