本发明涉及的一种带有阻燃织物层的抗菌面料，它从上至下依次包括抗菌面料层（1）、防火面料层（2）以及防水面料层（3），所述抗菌面料层（1）包括中间抗菌面料（1.1），所述中间抗菌面料（1.1）的上表面设置有错位布置的上装饰矩阵块（1.2），所述中间抗菌面料（1.1）的下表面设置有错位布置的下装饰矩阵块（1.3）。本发明带有阻燃织物层的抗菌面料具有多种功能，它同时具备抗菌、防火以及防水的功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种带有阻燃织物层的抗菌面料，属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高，人们对于面料的各种功能需要越来越高，传统的抗菌面料只具备单一的功能，因此寻求一种具有多种功能的抗菌面料尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种具有多种功能的抗菌面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：
一种带有阻燃织物层的抗菌面料，它从上至下依次包括抗菌面料层、防火面料层以及防水面料层，所述抗菌面料层包括中间抗菌面料，所述中间抗菌面料的上表面设置有错位布置的上装饰矩阵块，所述中间抗菌面料的下表面设置有错位布置的下装饰矩阵块，其中上装饰矩阵块与下装饰矩阵块也形成错位布置，所述上装饰矩阵块为上层抗菌包，所述下装饰矩阵块为下层抗菌包，所述中间抗菌面料为银纤维制成，所述上装饰矩阵块与下装饰矩阵块分别与中间抗菌面料之间设置有竖向布置的竖向透气孔，所述竖向透气孔内弥散有竹炭纤维颗粒，所述上装饰矩阵块与下装饰矩阵块内设置有横向透气孔，所述竖向透气孔与横向透气孔连通，所述上装饰矩阵块与下装饰矩阵块的横向透气孔内填充有纳米二氧化钛纤维，所述防水面料层包括防水面料层本体，所述防水面料层本体的中间设置有一层防水膜，所述防水面料层本体的外层设置有横向间隔布置的导流凸条，所述防水膜与导流凸条之间的防水面料层本体内设置有横向间隔布置的疏水导流孔。防火面料层以及防水面料层之间还设置有阻燃织物层，阻燃织物层由腈氯纶纤维、棉纤维混纺成抗静电阻燃纱线，织造时织入导电纤维制成所述的抗静电阻燃织物；所述的导电纤维为有机导电纤维；所述的腈氯纶纤维、棉纤维、导电纤维的重量比为50:10:1；所述的抗静电阻燃纱线的细度为27tex。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
本发明抗菌面料具有多种功能，它同时具备抗菌、防火以及防水的功能。

参见图1~图3，本发明涉及的一种带有阻燃织物层的抗菌面料，它从上至下依次包括抗菌面料层1、防火面料层2以及防水面料层3，所述抗菌面料层1包括中间抗菌面料1.1，所述中间抗菌面料1.1的上表面设置有错位布置的上装饰矩阵块1.2，所述中间抗菌面料1.1的下表面设置有错位布置的下装饰矩阵块1.3，其中上装饰矩阵块1.2与下装饰矩阵块1.3也形成错位布置，所述上装饰矩阵块1.2为上层抗菌包，所述下装饰矩阵块1.3为下层抗菌包，所述中间抗菌面料1.1为银纤维制成，所述上装饰矩阵块1.2与下装饰矩阵块1.3分别与中间抗菌面料1.1之间设置有竖向布置的竖向透气孔1.4，所述竖向透气孔1.4内弥散有竹炭纤维颗粒。所述上装饰矩阵块1.2与下装饰矩阵块1.3内设置有横向透气孔1.5，所述竖向透气孔1.4与横向透气孔1.5连通。所述上装饰矩阵块1.2与下装饰矩阵块1.3的横向透气孔1.5内填充有纳米二氧化钛纤维。上装饰矩阵块1.2之间设置填充矩阵块1.6，下装饰矩阵块1.3之间也设置填充矩阵块1.6。所述防水面料层3包括防水面料层本体3.1，所述防水面料层本体3.1的中间设置有一层防水膜3.2，所述防水面料层本体3.1的外层设置有横向间隔布置的导流凸条3.3，所述防水膜3.2与导流凸条3.3之间的防水面料层本体3.1内设置有横向间隔布置的疏水导流孔3.4。
防火面料层以及防水面料层之间还设置有阻燃织物层，阻燃织物层由腈氯纶纤维、棉纤维混纺成抗静电阻燃纱线，织造时织入导电纤维制成所述的抗静电阻燃织物；所述的导电纤维为有机导电纤维；所述的腈氯纶纤维、棉纤维、导电纤维的重量比为50:10:1；所述的抗静电阻燃纱线的细度为27tex。

1.一种带有阻燃织物层的抗菌面料，其特征在于它从上至下依次包括抗菌面料层（1）、防火面料层（2）以及防水面料层（3），所述抗菌面料层（1）包括中间抗菌面料（1.1），所述中间抗菌面料（1.1）的上表面设置有错位布置的上装饰矩阵块（1.2），所述中间抗菌面料（1.1）的下表面设置有错位布置的下装饰矩阵块（1.3），其中上装饰矩阵块（1.2）与下装饰矩阵块（1.3）也形成错位布置，所述上装饰矩阵块（1.2）为上层抗菌包，所述下装饰矩阵块（1.3）为下层抗菌包，所述中间抗菌面料（1.1）为银纤维制成，所述上装饰矩阵块（1.2）与下装饰矩阵块（1.3）分别与中间抗菌面料（1.1）之间设置有竖向布置的竖向透气孔（1.4），所述竖向透气孔（1.4）内弥散有竹炭纤维颗粒，所述上装饰矩阵块（1.2）与下装饰矩阵块（1.3）内设置有横向透气孔（1.5），所述竖向透气孔（1.4）与横向透气孔（1.5）连通，所述上装饰矩阵块（1.2）与下装饰矩阵块（1.3）的横向透气孔（1.5）内填充有纳米二氧化钛纤维，所述防水面料层（3）包括防水面料层本体（3.1），所述防水面料层本体（3.1）的中间设置有一层防水膜（3.2），所述防水面料层本体（3.1）的外层设置有横向间隔布置的导流凸条（3.3），所述防水膜（3.2）与导流凸条（3.3）之间的防水面料层本体（3.1）内设置有横向间隔布置的疏水导流孔（3.4），防火面料层以及防水面料层之间还设置有阻燃织物层，阻燃织物层由腈氯纶纤维、棉纤维混纺成抗静电阻燃纱线，织造时织入导电纤维制成所述的抗静电阻燃织物；所述的导电纤维为有机导电纤维；所述的腈氯纶纤维、棉纤维、导电纤维的重量比为50:10:1；所述的抗静电阻燃纱线的细度为27tex。
