本发明提供一种手机外壳喷涂处理方法,步骤一:对手机外壳进行清洁;步骤二:对手机外壳玻壳加热150~400℃,降低比电阻,进行导电;步骤三:对手机外壳内壁采用的可调电压为50~70KV,可调机速为6~20r/min,采用静电16工位以上喷枪内喷涂机,进行粉末状涂料的喷涂,且喷枪的吸粉气流为0.23~0.28Mpa,喷粉气流为0.18~0.2Mpa;步骤四:对喷涂后的手机外壳进行加热,令涂料粉固化成膜;喷枪至少进行三次喷涂;所述步骤四采用大于48工位链条式温控固化机令涂料粉固化成膜;该涂膜在300~350℃时会炭化,便于玻壳清洗回收利用,回收过程中也不会排出有害气体。

一种手机外壳喷涂处理方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种手机外壳喷涂处理方法,属于机械技术领域。
背景技术
一般消费型电子产品如手机或计算机等的外壳通常进行外表面的涂装以达到美化外壳的装饰目的。喷涂时,油漆或油墨喷涂在手机外壳表面,溶剂挥发后形成涂膜。在溶剂类液相法涂敷工艺的成膜技术生产过程中,存在着挥发性有害人体健康的刺激性气味组。成物质,对人体健康有较大的危害,对环境有一定的污染。因此,不利于推广应用。
发明内容
本发明提供一种手机外壳喷涂处理方法,能够克服以上所述缺陷。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:步骤一:对手机外壳进行清洁;步骤二:对手机外壳玻壳加热150~400℃,降低比电阻,进行导电;步骤三:对手机外壳内壁采用的可调电压为50~70KV,可调机速为6~20r/min,采用静电16工位以上喷枪内喷涂机,进行粉末状涂料的喷涂,且喷枪的吸粉气流为0.23~0.28Mpa,喷粉气流为0.18~0.2Mpa;步骤四:对喷涂后的手机外壳进行加热,令涂料粉固化成膜;喷枪至少进行三次喷涂;所述步骤四采用大于48工位链条式温控固化机令涂料粉固化成膜;所述步骤四采用的固化成膜温度为200~220℃。
采用本发明后,在生产过程中没有有害物质气体排出,喷涂不受死角的限制,喷涂的材料能均匀分布。加工后获得的手机外壳内壁的涂膜具有较高的抗擦划强度,在封装节能手机外壳时不易脱膜,常规高低温(170℃)条件下工作不变色不脱膜,而且,该涂膜在300~350℃时会炭化,便于玻壳清洗回收利用,回收过程中也不会排出有害气体。因此,本发明具有实质性技术特点和显著的技术进步,其应用前景非常广阔。
具体实施方式
首先,对手机外壳进行清洁。紧接着,对手机外壳玻壳加热,降低比电阻,进行导电。具体来说,对手机外壳玻壳加热温度为150~400℃。随后,对手机外壳内壁进行喷涂涂料粉。在此过程中的喷涂电压为50~70KV,机速为6~20r/min。为了令喷涂效果更加稳定,可采用静电16工位喷枪内喷涂机,进行粉末状涂料的喷涂。并且,所述喷枪的吸粉气流为0.23~0.28Mpa,喷粉气流为0.18~0.2Mpa。同时,考虑到喷涂的均匀效果,喷枪至少进行三次喷涂。最后,对喷涂后的手机外壳进行加热,令涂料粉固化成膜。具体来说,可采用48工位链条式温控固化机令涂料粉固化成膜,且固化成膜的温度控制在200~220℃。

首先,对手机外壳进行清洁。紧接着,对手机外壳玻壳加热,降低比电阻,进行导电。具体来说,对手机外壳玻壳加热温度为400℃。随后,对手机外壳内壁进行喷涂涂料粉。在此过程中的喷涂电压为70KV,机速为20r/min。为了令喷涂效果更加稳定,可采用静电16工位喷枪内喷涂机,进行粉末状涂料的喷涂。并且,所述喷枪的吸粉气流为0.28Mpa,喷粉气流为0.2Mpa。同时,考虑到喷涂的均匀效果,喷枪至少进行三次喷涂。最后,对喷涂后的手机外壳进行加热,令涂料粉固化成膜。具体来说,可采用48工位链条式温控固化机令涂料粉固化成膜,且固化成膜的温度控制在220℃。最后对喷涂后的节能灯手机外壳进行质监和包装即可完成。
实施例三
首先,对手机外壳进行清洁,便于后续的喷涂。紧接着,对手机外壳玻壳加热,降低比电阻,进行导电。具体来说,对手机外壳玻壳加热温度设定为150℃。随后,对手机外壳内壁进行喷涂涂料粉。
在此过程中的喷涂电压为50KV,机速为15r/min。为了令喷涂效果更加稳定,可采用静电16工位喷枪内喷涂机,进行粉末状涂料的喷涂。并且,所述喷枪的吸粉气流为0.26Mpa,喷粉气流为0.2Mpa。同时,考虑到喷涂的均匀效果,喷枪至少进行三次喷涂。紧接着,对喷涂后的手机外壳进行加热,令涂料粉固化成膜。具体来说,可采用48工位链条式温控固化机令涂料粉固化成膜,且固化成膜的温度控制在200℃。最后对喷涂后的节能灯手机外壳进行质监和包装即可。
通过上述实施例可以看出,本发明具有以下优点:在生产过程中,没有有害物质气体排出;手机外壳内壁的涂膜有抗擦划强度,在封装节能手机外壳时不易脱膜;节能玻璃手机外壳在常规高底温(170℃)工作下不变色不脱膜;节能玻璃手机外壳内的涂膜在300~350℃时会炭化,便于玻壳清洗回收利用,并且没有有害物质气体排出;解决了现有水涂涂粉工艺中难以克服的死角,特别是针对一些手机外壳的异型瓶颈,也能喷涂均匀。

1.一种手机外壳喷涂处理方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:步骤一:对手机外壳进行清洁;步骤二:对手机外壳玻壳加热150~400℃,降低比电阻,进行导电;步骤三:对手机外壳内壁采用的可调电压为50~70KV,可调机速为6~20r/min,采用静电16工位以上喷枪内喷涂机,进行粉末状涂料的喷涂,且喷枪的吸粉气流为0.23~0.28Mpa,喷粉气流为0.18~0.2Mpa;步骤四:对喷涂后的手机外壳进行加热,令涂料粉固化成膜;喷枪至少进行三次喷涂;所述步骤四采用大于48工位链条式温控固化机令涂料粉固化成膜;所述步骤四采用的固化成膜温度为200~220℃。
