在所述容器内加入酒精含量为60％的2000份白酒与原料药混合，密封容器口，室温下浸泡6-8天；
开封所述容器口，将原料药与白酒的混合物通过过滤机进行过滤、沉淀，得到一种补肾壮骨地黄酒。
本发明，以传统的中医理论为基础，制备了一种补肾壮骨地黄酒，符合中医辩证思想，用药君臣佐使分明，配合得当，所用中草药为药理试验范围，而且每位中草药均无毒副作用，符合卫生部规定药食与保健两用品种，安全性高，疗效显著，可以长期使用，具有消炎镇痛软坚散结、舒筋通络、补肾壮骨、降血糖、血压、血脂等功效，同时能够增强人体的免疫功能。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作出详细的说明。
本发明的主要原料党参、黄芪、白术、甘草、山药、当归、熟地黄、何首乌、茯苓、泽泻、陈皮、山茱萸、五味子、川芎、牛膝、龙骨、牡蛎、牡丹皮、狗脊、五加皮、玄参、红花、丹参、覆盆子、钩藤。其中：
党参：性平、味甘、归脾、肺经；功能：补中益气、健脾益肺；主治：脾肺虚弱，气短心悸、食少便溏，虚喘咳嗽、内热消渴。
黄芪：性微温、味甘、归肺、脾经；功能：补气固表、止汗、托毒、生肌、利尿退肿；主治：气血虚弱、神倦食少、久泻脱肛、表虚自汗不止、血虚受风、肌肤麻木、痈疽疮毒不溃或溃久不敛、皮肤水肿。
白术：性温、味苦、甘、归脾、胃经；功能：补脾益气，
燥失利水、止汗、安胎：主治：脾虚少食、腹胀泄泻、痰饮眩悸水肿、自汗、胎动不安。
甘草：性平、味甘、归心、肺、脾、胃经；功能：补脾益气、清热解毒，祛痰止咳、缓急止痛、调和诸药；主治：脾胃虚弱、倦怠无力、心悸气短、咳嗽痰多、脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛、痈肿疮毒、并可缓解药物毒性、烈性。
山药：性平、味甘、归脾、肺、肾经；功能：补脾养胃、生津益肺、补肾涩精；主治：脾虚食少、久泻不止、肺虚喘咳、肾虚遗精、带下、尿频、虚热消渴。
当归：性温、味甘、辛、归肝、心、脾经；功能：补血活血、调经止痛、润汤通便；主治：补血、月经不调、经闭、通经、崩漏、产后腹痛、血虚便秘、跌仆损伤、痈疽疮疡。
熟地黄：性微温、味甘、归肝、肾经；功能：补血滋阴、益经填髓；主治：血虚萎黄、心悸怔忡、月经不调、崩漏下血、肝肾阴虚、腰膝酸软、蒸骨潮热、盗汗遗精、内热消渴、眩晕、耳鸣、须发早白。
何首乌：性微温、味苦、涩、归肝、肾经；功能：养血滋阴、润肠通便、截疟、祛风、解毒；主治：血虚头昏目眩、心悸、失眠、肝肾阴虚之腰膝酸软、须发早白、耳鸣、遗精、肠燥便秘、久疟体恤、风疹瘙痒、疮痈、瘰疬、痔疮。
巴戟天：性微温、味甘、辛、归肾、肝经；功能：补肾阳、强筋骨、祛风湿；主治：阳痿遗精、宫冷不孕、月经不调、少腹冷痛、风湿痹痛、筋骨痿软。
茯苓：性平、味甘、淡、归心、脾、肺、肾经；功能：利水渗湿、健脾和胃、宁心安神；主治：水肿尿少、痰饮眩悸、脾虚食少、便溏泄泻、心神不安、惊悸失眠。
泽泻：性寒、味甘、归肾、膀胱经；功能：利小便、清湿热；主治：小便不利、水肿胀满、泄泻尿少、痰饮眩晕、热淋涩痛、高血脂。
陈皮：性温、辛味、入脾、肺经；功能：理气健脾、燥湿化痰；主治：胸脘胀满、食少吐泻、咳嗽痰多。
五加皮：性温、味辛、苦、归肝、肾经；功能：祛风湿、补益肝肾、强筋壮骨、利水消肿；主治：风湿痹病、筋骨痿软、小儿行迟、体虚乏力、水肿、脚气。
狗脊：性温、味苦、甘、归肝、肾经；功能：祛风湿、补肝肾、强腰膝；主治：风湿痹痛、腰膝酸软、下肢无力。
山茱萸：微温、味酸、涩、归肝、肾经；功能：补益肝肾、涩精固锐；主治：眩晕耳鸣、腰膝酸痛、阳痿遗精、遗尿尿频、崩漏带下、大汗虚脱、内热消渴。
覆盆子：性微温、味甘、酸、入肝、肾经；功能：益肾固精缩尿、养肝明目；主治：遗精滑精、遗尿尿频、阳痿早泄、目暗昏花。
五味子：性温、味酸、甘、归肺、心、肾经；功能：收敛固涩、益气生津、补肾宁心；主治：久咳虚喘、梦遗滑精、遗尿尿频、久泻不止、自汗、盗汗、津伤口渴、短气脉虚、内热消渴、心悸失眠。
川芎：性温、味辛、归肝、胆、心包经；功能：活血行气、祛风止痛；主治：月经不调、经闭通经、腹痛、胸胁刺痛、跌扑肿痛、头痛、风湿痹痛。
牛膝：性平、味苦、酸、归肝、肾经；功能：补肝肾、强筋骨、逐瘀通经、引血下行；主治：腰膝酸痛、筋无力、经闭瘕、肝阳眩晕。
丹参：性微寒、味苦、归心、肝经；功能：祛瘀止痛、活血通经、清心除烦、胸痹心痛、脘腹胁痛、瘕瘕积聚、热痹疼痛、心烦不眠、月经不调、通经闭经、疮疡肿痛。
红花：性温、味辛、归心、肝经；功能：活血通经、散瘀止痛；主治：经闭、通经、恶露不行、瘕痞块、跌打损伤、疮疡肿痛。
牡蛎：性微寒、味咸、归肝、胆、肾经；功能：平肝息风、养阴；主治：收敛固涩、治疗虚汗、滞下、遗精、软坚散结、可治疗结肿、包块、痰火瘰疬。
龙骨：性平、味甘、涩、无毒、归心、肝、肾、大肠经；功能：镇惊安神、平肝潜阳、固涩、收敛；主治：惊痫癫狂、心悸怔忡、失眠健忘、头晕目眩、自汗盗汗、遗精遗尿、崩漏带下、久泻久痢、溃疡不久不收口及湿疮。
玄参：性微寒、味甘、苦、咸、归肺、胃、肾经；功能：清热凉血、滋阴降火、解毒散结；主治：温热病热和营血、身热、烦渴、舌绛、发斑、骨蒸劳嗽、虚烦不寤、津伤便秘、目涩昏花、咽喉肿痛、瘰疬痰核、痈疽疮毒。
牡丹皮：性微寒、味苦、辛、归心、肝、肾经；功能：清热凉血、活血散瘀；主治：温毒发斑、吐血衄血、夜热早凉、无汗骨蒸、经闭通经、痈肿疮毒、跌扑伤痛。
桑寄生：性平、味苦、甘、归肝、肾经；功能：补肝肾、强筋骨、祛风湿、安胎元；主治：风湿痹痛、腰膝酸软、筋骨无力、崩漏经多、妊娠漏血、胎动不安、高血压。
上述诸药相生相克的配伍，符合中医辨证施治的基本原则。
下面举例本发明提供的一种补肾壮骨地黄酒，其药效成分由以下质量份数的原料药制成：党参30、黄芪20、白术20、甘草30、山药20、当归20、熟地黄30、何首乌20、茯苓20、泽泻20、陈皮30、山茱萸20、五味子20、川芎20、牛膝20、龙骨30、牡蛎30、牡丹皮20、狗脊20、五加皮20、玄参20、红花20、丹参20、覆盆子20、钩藤20。
实施例二：
一种补肾壮骨地黄酒，其药效成分由以下质量份数的原料药制成：党参25、黄芪20、白术20、甘草30、山药20、当归20、熟地黄30、何首乌20、茯苓20、泽泻20、陈皮30、山茱萸20、五味子20、川芎20、牛膝20、龙骨30、牡蛎30、牡丹皮20、狗脊20、五加皮20、玄参20、红花20、丹参20、覆盆子20、钩藤20。
实施例三：
党参30、黄芪20、白术20、甘草30、山药20、当归20、熟地黄30、何首乌20、茯苓20、泽泻20、陈皮30、山茱萸20、五味子20、川芎20、牛膝20、龙骨30、牡蛎30、牡丹皮20、狗脊20、五加皮20、玄参20、红花20、丹参20、覆盆子20、钩藤20。
上述三种实施例仅为本发明提供的一种补肾壮骨地黄酒几种较佳的具体实施例，其中，实施例三的效果最佳。但是，本发明并不限于上述三种具体的实施例。即本发明提供的一种补肾壮骨地黄酒，其药效成分由以下质量份数的原料药制成：党参20-40、黄芪10-30、白术10-30、甘草20-40、山药10-30、当归10-30、熟地黄20-40、何首乌10-30、茯苓10-30、泽泻10-30、陈皮20-40、山茱萸10-30、五味子10-30、川芎10-30、牛膝10-30、龙骨20-40、牡蛎20-40、牡丹皮10-30、狗脊10-30、五加皮10-30、玄参10-30、红花10-30、丹参10-30、覆盆子10-30、钩藤10-30。
本发明还提供了一种补肾壮骨地黄酒的制备方法，包括以下步骤：将质量份数为：党参20-40、黄芪10-30、白术10-30、甘草20-40、山药10-30、当归10-30、熟地黄20-40、何首乌10-30、茯苓10-30、泽泻10-30、陈皮20-40、山茱萸10-30、五味子10-30、川芎10-30、牛膝10-30、龙骨20-40、牡蛎20-40、牡丹皮10-30、狗脊10-30、五加皮10-30、玄参10-30、红花10-30、丹参10-30、覆盆子10-30、钩藤10-30的原料洗净后放入容器内；

本发明提供的一种补肾壮骨地黄酒可以有效的缓解或消除腰膝酸软、骨质疏松、肾虚、神疲健忘等病症，并起到舒筋通络、补肾壮骨、降血糖、血压、血脂的作用。下面提供几种典型症状的治疗实验数据加以说明：
(一)针对腰膝酸软的症状。
1、实验组服用本发明提供的补肾壮骨地黄酒，一日2次，一次30ml，配合运动疗法和饮食疗法：对照组服用治疗腰膝酸软药物、进行运动及饮食调理。两组对象一般资料、性别、年龄、病程以及病种分布等无明显差异，人数均为50人，且两组均30天为1疗程，疗程结束后评定疗效。
2、治疗标准及评定方法。
根据症状、体征等项进行评分。显效：治疗3个疗程，且观察10天，症状明显改善或消除；有效：治疗3个疗程，且经观察10天症状有改善；无效：不符合以上标准者。
3、治疗结果
一个疗程后实验组显效25例，有效15例，无效10例，总有效率为80％，显效率50％，对照组显效24例，有效11例，无效15例，总有效率为70％，显效率48％；实验组与对照组组间总疗效有显著性差异，实验组总有效率为80％，明显优于对照组70％，且显效率实验组与对照组几乎持平，提示实验组疗效较好。
(二)针对肾虚的症状。
1、实验组服用本发明提供的补肾壮骨地黄酒，一日2次，一次30ml，配合运动疗法和饮食疗法；对照组服用现有普通治疗肾虚的药。两组对象一般资料，性别、年龄、病程以及病种分布等无明显差异，人数均为50人，且两组均30天为1疗程，疗程结束后评定疗效。
2、治疗标准及评定方法。
根据症状、体征等项进行评分。显效：主要症状大部分消失，肾经指标基本恢复正常；有效：主要症状大部分消失，肾经指标有所改善；无效：不符合以上标准者。
3、治疗结果
一个疗程后实验组显效32例，有效14例，无效4例，总有效率为92％，显效率64％，对照组显效26例，有效16例，无效8例，总有效率为84％，显效率52％；实验组与对照组组间总疗效有显著性差异，实验组总有效率为92％，明显优于对照组84％，提示实验组疗效较好。
根据上述资料组间可比性分析表明，在两组间一般资料，性别、年龄、病程以及病种分布等无明显差异情况下，实验组治疗效率较高，提示治疗组疗效较好。此外，未见明显不良反应发生，说明本产品无任何毒副作用，安全可靠。
本发明不局限于上述最佳实施方式，任何人应该得知在本发明的启示下作出的结构变化，凡是与本发明具有相同或相近的技术方案，均落入本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种补肾壮骨地黄酒，其特征在于，其药效成分由以下质量分数的原料药制成：党参20-40、黄芪10-30、白术10-30、甘草20-40、山药10-30、当归10-30、熟地黄20-40、何首乌10-30、茯苓10-30、泽泻10-30、陈皮20-40、山茱萸10-30、五味子10-30、川芎10-30、牛膝10-30、龙骨20-40、牡蛎20-40、牡丹皮10-30、狗脊10-30、五加皮10-30、玄参10-30、红花10-30、丹参10-30、覆盆子10-30、钩藤10-30。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种补肾壮骨地黄酒，其特征在于，其药效成分由以下质量份数的原料药制成：党参20-40、黄芪10-30、白术10-30、甘草20-40、山药10-30、当归10-30、熟地黄20-40、何首乌10-30、茯苓10-30、泽泻10-30、陈皮20-40、山茱萸10-30、五味子10-30、川芎10-30、牛膝10-30、龙骨20-40、牡蛎20-40、牡丹皮10-30、狗脊10-30、五加皮10-30、玄参10-30、红花10-30、丹参10-30、覆盆子10-30、钩藤10-30。

4.一种补肾壮骨地黄酒，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
将质量份数为党参党参党参20-40、黄芪10-30、白术10-30、甘草20-40、山药10-30、当归10-30、熟地黄20-40、何首乌10-30、茯苓10-30、泽泻10-30、陈皮20-40、山茱萸10-30、五味子10-30、川芎10-30、牛膝10-30、龙骨20-40、牡蛎20-40、牡丹皮10-30、狗脊10-30、五加皮10-30、玄参10-30、红花10-30、丹参10-30、覆盆子10-30、钩藤10-30的原料洗净后放入容器内；
在所述容器内加入酒精含量为60％的2000份白酒与原料药混合，密封容器口，室温下浸泡6-8天；
开封所述容器口，将原料药与白酒的混合物通过过滤机进行过滤、沉淀，得到一种补肾壮骨地黄酒。
