技术领域
本发明涉及尿不湿技术领域，特别是涉及一种导流式尿不湿。
背景技术
中国市场主要为婴儿纸尿裤，中国每年有近2000万的婴儿出生，使用尿裤的0岁至2岁的婴儿达到4000多万。而根据国家统计局的数据，2008年全国60岁以上人口达到1.599亿人，占总人口的12%，65岁以上的老年人口达到1.096亿人占总人口的8.3%，成人和婴儿是尿不湿的两大用户。
目前的尿不湿虽然已经在亲水性和透气性上做了很大的改进，但是当使用者尿液过满且来不及更换时，尿不湿就会发生尿液渗漏的现象，造成皮肤红肿等情况。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种导流式尿不湿，吸水能力更佳，可以快速吸收尿液，避免局部堵塞现象，帮助闷热湿气的排出，还吸收多余的尿液，当尿不湿中尿液过满且来不及更换时，可以起到储存尿液的作用，保证使用者的干爽舒适。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的一个技术方案是：提供一种导流式尿不湿，包括：主体部分以及设于主体部分两端的搭接部分，所述主体部分包括依次设置的表面层、中间层和底膜层，所述中间层包括导流层、吸收芯层和隔液层，导流层、吸收芯层和隔液层通过热熔合方式连接在一起，表面层和底膜层通过粘胶纤维连接在中间层的上下两个表面，所述吸收芯层和隔液层之间沿纵向方向还粘连有多根导液细管。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述主体部分和搭接部分连接在一起呈“工”字型设置。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述搭接部分设有带魔术贴的无纺布连接带。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述表面层为一层或多层亲水无纺布，底膜层为聚烯烃透气微孔膜。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述导流层为热风无纺布，吸收芯层包括两层亲水无纺布以及被两层亲水无纺布包裹的绒毛浆层，隔液层为超薄聚氨酯透气膜。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述热风无纺布的纤维沿纵向排列。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述导液细管由高分子吸水树脂制成。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明导流式尿不湿吸水能力更佳，可以快速吸收尿液，避免局部堵塞现象，帮助闷热湿气的排出，还吸收多余的尿液，当尿不湿中尿液过满且来不及更换时，可以起到储存尿液的作用，保证使用者的干爽舒适。

一种导流式尿不湿，包括：主体部分1以及设于主体部分1两端的搭接部分2，所述主体部分1和搭接部分2连接在一起呈“工”字型设置，可以实现尿不湿与穿戴者最大程度的贴合。
所述搭接部分2设有带魔术贴3的无纺布连接带4，通过搭接部分2上的无纺布连接带4可以将主体部分1的两端搭接在一起，这样更加便于使用者的穿戴。
所述主体部分1包括依次设置的表面层11、中间层12和底膜层13，表面层11和底膜层13通过粘胶纤维连接在中间层12的上下两个表面。
其中，表面层11为一层或多层亲水无纺布，可以引导尿液向中间层渗透，同时可以保证肌肤的透气干爽。
所述底膜层13为聚烯烃透气微孔膜，具有防水透气效果，避免尿液外渗。
所述中间层12包括导流层121、吸收芯层122和隔液层123，导流层121、吸收芯层122和隔液层123通过热熔合方式连接在一起，增强了中间层12的强度和韧性，保证高效的亲水性能。
所述导流层121为热风无纺布，所述热风无纺布的纤维沿纵向排列，可以保证尿液被快速、均匀、有效地吸收，避免局部堵塞现象。
所述吸收芯层122包括两层亲水无纺布6以及被两层亲水无纺布6包裹的绒毛浆层7，整体的吸水能力更佳，可以快速吸收尿液。

所述吸收芯层122和隔液层123之间沿纵向方向还均布有多根导液细管5，所述导液细管5由高分子吸水树脂制成。
高分子吸水树脂具有高效的吸水性能，在一定压力下，吸收的水分也不易被挤出，因此可以用来吸收多余的尿液，当尿不湿中尿液过满且来不及更换时，可以起到储存尿液的作用，保证使用者的干爽舒适。
本发明导流式尿不湿的有益效果是：
