Each of the shoe insoles comprises an insole body and a plurality of massaging elements, wherein a supporting plane is designed on the top face of the insole body, and a plurality of deformed holes are formed in the supporting plane; the massaging elements are convexly arranged on the bottom face of the insole body in a mode of integrally molding, and the massaging elements correspond to the deformed holes; a deformed space is formed in each of the massaging elements, and corresponding to the bottom wall of the deformed space, a convex portion is arranged in each of the massaging elements; and the top edges of the convex portions extend towards the deformed holes and are not exposed out of the deformed holes. Therefore, the various massaging elements, corresponding to the supporting planes on action force application parts between foot bottoms and shoe soles, become deformed when action force is applied to the supporting planes by the foot bottoms of a user, so that the convex portions can protrude the supporting planes to massage the force-application parts of the foot bottoms as the effect of acupuncture, and subsequently, acupuncture point reflecting regions in the foot bottoms are stimulated so as to promote blood circulation in the foot bottoms; and in addition, an effect of decomposing can be effectively achieved.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an insole, and more particularly, to an insole having functions of massaging acupuncture points and reducing pressure on the sole of a user.
Background
According to research, the sole of the human body is the convergence of nerve endings of all organs, namely, each part on the sole is distributed with a reflecting area reflecting the state of each organ, and the reflecting area of the sole is properly massaged and stimulated, thereby having proper health care effect on the organs of the human body. Accordingly, for many years, in the health-care and health-care service market, a service commonly called foot reflex massage, namely foot massage, exists in China or abroad, the theoretical basis of the foot reflex massage is that proper stimulation of foot peripheral nerves can reflect the delicate interaction of central nerves of the brain, improve blood circulation, regulate endocrine and balance autonomic nerves, and then, according to clinical experiments, the combination of two feet of a human body is a miniature of three-dimensional distribution of human organ tissues, and the correctness of the theoretical basis is proved through the verification of stimulation reflex.
Most people living in urban areas in the society nowadays have to live and work in limited narrow and small spaces every day, so that the living pressure is high, the workload is intensive, and under the condition of long-term lack of movement, the blood circulation is unsmooth due to the tightness of the body, the metabolism is further disordered, the cell function is reduced, and the symptoms such as waist soreness and back pain, fifty shoulders, aching pain of four limbs, hypertension, headache or dizziness become common symptoms of most urban people. Generally speaking, the feet of a person are farthest away from the brain and the heart, when the person stands, the blood circulation is easy to go downwards and difficult to go upwards due to the influence of gravity, and when the body or the feet have no obvious pain or symptoms, the person generally does not notice the problem that the blood circulation system of the person gradually declines, therefore, in the past, the two feet positioned at the lower part are easy to accumulate some harmful substances which are difficult to metabolize in the body, and the smoothness of the blood circulation system and the normal metabolism are further influenced after the long-term use, so that the nerve reflex is also abnormal, and various physiological functions of the human body are gradually degenerated, and at this time, because the sole reflex area is properly pressed, the foot massage device can stimulate and improve blood circulation, has quite obvious results on regulating endocrine and balancing autonomic nerve, this is why "foot massage" is popular in urban areas and is an important reason for an effective method of pressure relief.
At present, a plurality of public facilities (such as parks) in urban areas are mostly provided with foot massage footpaths for people to use, generally, stones used on the foot massage footpaths are cobblestones, when people use the foot massage footpaths, the people need to step on the foot massage footpaths with bare feet, and must constantly move back and forth to stimulate the acupuncture points of the sole of the foot with irregularly arranged cobblestones, and in addition, because the sharp ends of the cobblestones are all upwards erected on the foot massage footpath which is an open public area, although the foot massage footpath can be used by any person, no special personnel is needed to regularly clean and maintain, which not only worries about sanitation, but also makes users step on too sharp cobblestones carelessly, when the sole of the foot is accidentally injured, serious bacterial infection is more likely to occur, and the health and the safety of the user are threatened.
Therefore, it is an important subject to be discussed herein how to design an insole that can provide a good massage effect when people walk or exercise, and can promote blood circulation of the sole of the foot to effectively achieve a pressure reduction effect.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the fact that the conventional insole cannot have the functions of massaging acupuncture points and reducing pressure, the inventor designs an insole with the functions of massaging acupuncture points and reducing pressure after a plurality of experiments and tests according to practical experience of many years, and can effectively improve the problems.
The invention provides an insole with functions of massaging acupuncture points and reducing pressure, which can be positioned at a position corresponding to a sole in a shoe (such as a leather shoe, a cloth shoe, a work shoe, a jogging shoe and the like), and comprises an insole body and a plurality of massage elements, wherein the insole body is integrally formed by latex materials, the top surface of the insole body is provided with a supporting plane, the configuration of the supporting plane is matched with that of the sole of a human body, and the supporting plane is provided with a plurality of deformation holes; the massage elements are integrally and convexly arranged on the bottom surface of the cushion body, the massage elements respectively correspond to the deformation holes, the massage elements are in a conical shape, a deformation space is formed in the massage elements, the top of the deformation space is communicated with the deformation holes, a protruding portion is arranged on the wall surface of the bottom of the massage element corresponding to the deformation space, the top edge of the protruding portion extends towards the direction of the deformation holes, and the protruding portion is not exposed outside the deformation holes.
Thus, after the user wears the shoes, the sole of the user is attached to the supporting plane, when the user walks or exercises, because the sole applies acting force to the supporting plane, each massage element corresponding to the supporting plane at the position where the acting force is applied between the sole (or the supporting plane) and the sole deforms and shortens downwards, the aperture of each deformation hole corresponding to each massage element is enlarged, and simultaneously, the top edge of the bulge part is exposed outside the deformation hole and protrudes above the supporting plane, acupuncture-like sole massage is carried out on the force application part of the sole, and then the reflecting area of sole acupuncture points is stimulated, so that the blood circulation of the sole of the user is promoted, the tight state of the foot and the sole is relaxed, and the effect of pressure reduction is effectively achieved.
The massage element of the present invention is configured as a cone, with the diameter of the top of the massage element being greater than the diameter of the bottom of the massage element.
The aperture of the deformation hole of the invention is larger than the diameter of the convex part.
The supporting plane of the invention is also provided with a plurality of air holes, each air hole penetrates through the cushion body, and the air holes and the deformation holes are staggered, so that moisture and hot air between the insole and the sole can be exhausted through the air holes when the massage elements are deformed, otherwise, fresh cold air can be sucked between the insole and the sole after the massage elements are restored to the original state, so that the effect of ventilation between the insole and the sole can be performed, and the heat dissipation and dehumidification effects of the sole can be effectively improved.
The massage elements of the invention are in the shape of cones with different heights, and the height of each massage element positioned at the position adjacent to the inner side in the middle of the cushion body is greater than that of the rest massage elements, so as to maintain the stability of the sole standing on the supporting plane.
The insole of the invention also comprises a breathable layer, wherein the breathable layer is made of breathable materials (such as breathable skin or breathable fabric), the breathable layer is arranged on the supporting plane, the configuration of the breathable layer is matched with the supporting plane, and the area of the breathable layer is larger than that of the supporting plane, so that the breathable effect between the sole and the supporting plane is improved.
The bottom surface of the pad body is convexly provided with a supporting element corresponding to the position of the heel so as to effectively absorb the force applied by the heel and further effectively exert the shock absorption and buffering effects on the heel.
The bottom surface of the pad body is provided with a plurality of cutting lines, so that a user can cut according to the size of the sole of the foot.
