Fig. 4 is a block diagram of a device for creating an operation record according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. The device can be implemented by software and/or hardware, and is generally integrated in an intelligent terminal, the embodiment is suitable for the case of creating a file operation record, as shown in fig. 4, the specific structure of the device is as follows, including: a photo file forming module 41 and a photo file storing module 42, wherein,
the photo file forming module 41 is configured to start a camera of the intelligent terminal to take a photo after detecting that an operator triggers a corresponding operation of an object to be operated in the intelligent terminal, so as to form a photo file;
and the photo file storage module 42 is used for naming and storing the photo files in a set mode.
In this embodiment, the device firstly starts a camera of the intelligent terminal to photograph an operator of an object to be operated after detecting that the operator triggers a corresponding operation on the object to be operated through a photo file forming module 41, so as to form a photo file containing scene information of the operator; the photo files are then named and stored in a set manner by the photo file storage module 42.

after detecting that an operator triggers corresponding operation of an object to be operated in an intelligent terminal, if the browsing attribute of the object to be operated is a storage operation record and the record storage mode is secret storage, starting a camera and a GPS (global positioning system) of the intelligent terminal at a background, and taking pictures of a scene where the operator of the object to be operated is located to form at least two picture files containing geographical position information; or,
after detecting that an operator triggers corresponding operation of an object to be operated in an intelligent terminal, if the browsing attribute of the object to be operated is a stored operation record and the record storage mode is non-secret storage, popping up a prompt box to prompt the operator of the object to be operated to store the operation record, starting a camera and a GPS of the intelligent terminal by a foreground, and taking a picture of a scene where the operator is located to form at least two picture files containing geographical position information.
Further, the photo file storage module 42 may be specifically configured to:
and selecting a photo file with the most clear photo content identification from the at least two photo files, naming the photo file in a form of including an operation mode, an operation place and operation time of the object to be operated, a storage path of the object to be operated and a name of the object to be operated, and storing the photo file.
Furthermore, the camera of the intelligent terminal is a rotatable camera or a front camera. Correspondingly, the photo file forming module may be specifically configured to:

The device for creating the operation record provided by the fourth embodiment of the invention firstly starts a camera of an intelligent terminal to photograph an operator of an object to be operated after detecting that the operator triggers corresponding operation on the object to be operated through an operation record forming module, so as to form a photo file; and then naming and storing the photo file in a set mode through an operation record storage module. By utilizing the device, the scene where the operator operates the operation object in the intelligent terminal or the picture information of the operator is recorded, so that the operation dynamic of the operator operating the operation object in the intelligent terminal is recorded, a user can know when and where the user operates the files and the application programs in the intelligent terminal belonging to the user, and the user experience of the intelligent terminal is further improved.

Fig. 5 is a block diagram of a device for creating an operation record according to an embodiment of the present invention. The embodiment of the present invention is optimized based on the fourth embodiment, and as shown in fig. 5, the specific structure of the apparatus includes: besides the browsing attribute obtaining module 50, the storage mode setting module 51, the GPS starting module 55, the photo file forming module 56, and the photo file storing module 57, the method further includes: a folder creation module 52, an access password setting module 53, an operation detection module 54, and an operation processing response module 58. judging whether the object to be operated is encrypted, if so, prompting an operator to input an operation password, and responding to the operation processing of the object to be operated after the operation password is determined to be input correctly; and if not, directly responding to the operation processing of the object to be operated.
In this embodiment, the apparatus first obtains the browsing attribute of the object to be operated through a browsing attribute obtaining module 50; when the browsing attribute is the saving operation record, the saving mode setting module 51 prompts the user to set the record saving mode to be secret saving or non-secret saving; then, an operation record folder is created for the object to be operated under the set directory through a folder creation module 52, so as to store the photo file during operation record; the user is prompted by the access password setting module 53 to set an access password for the created operation recording folder, so that the operation recording folder is allowed to be accessed only after the password is verified; secondly, the operation detection module 54 detects whether the operator triggers an access operation, a browse attribute change operation, a cut operation, a copy operation or a delete operation on the object to be operated in the intelligent terminal; after detecting that the operator triggers corresponding operations on the object to be operated in the intelligent terminal through the GPS start module 55, the photo file formation module 56, and the photo file storage module 57, the camera and the GPS are started to photograph the operator, so as to form a photo file containing geographical location information, the photo file is named in a set manner and then stored, and finally, the operation processing response module 58 responds to the related operations on the file to be operated.
The device for creating the operation record provided by the fifth embodiment of the invention further improves relevant modules required in the process of creating the operation record. The device is used for recording the picture information of the operator for operating the files and the application programs in the intelligent terminal in a more humanized manner, so that the operation dynamics of the operator for operating the operation object in the intelligent terminal are recorded, and the user can grasp which people perform which operation on the operation object in the intelligent terminal belonging to the user when and where.
Further, a fifth embodiment of the present invention further provides an intelligent terminal, where the intelligent terminal integrates any one of the operation record creating devices provided in the fourth and fifth embodiments of the present invention.
In this embodiment, the intelligent terminal provided in the fifth embodiment of the present invention mainly integrates the creation device of the operation record provided in the above embodiment, and based on the intelligent terminal, when creating and saving the operation record of the object to be operated, the creation device of the operation record provided in this embodiment may be used to obtain and save the photo information of the operator when the operation object is operated in the intelligent terminal, thereby realizing recording of the operator who operates the operation object in the intelligent terminal or the scene information where the operator is located, so that the user can accurately grasp the operation dynamics of the file and the application program in the intelligent terminal by other people.

Claims (20)

1. A method for creating an operation record, comprising:
after detecting that an operator triggers corresponding operation of an object to be operated in the intelligent terminal, starting a camera of the intelligent terminal to take a picture to form a picture file;
and naming and storing the photo files in a set mode.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein after detecting that an operator triggers a corresponding operation of an object to be operated in the intelligent terminal, the method further comprises:
the global positioning system GPS is activated to form a photo file containing geographical location information.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein before the detecting that the operator triggers the corresponding operation of the object to be operated in the intelligent terminal, the method further comprises:
acquiring the browsing attribute of the object to be operated;
when the browsing attribute of the object to be operated is the saving operation record, prompting a user to set a record saving mode to be secret saving or non-secret saving;
correspondingly, the camera that starts intelligent terminal shoots, forms the photo file, specifically includes:
if the browsing attribute of the object to be operated is the storage operation record and the record storage mode is secret storage, starting a camera and a GPS of the intelligent terminal by a background, and taking a picture of a scene where an operator of the object to be operated is located to form at least two picture files containing geographical position information; or,
and if the acquired browsing attribute of the object to be operated is the storage operation record and the record storage mode is non-secret storage, popping up a prompt box to prompt an operator of the object to be operated to store the operation record, starting a camera and a GPS of the intelligent terminal by a foreground, and taking a picture of a scene where the operator is located to form at least two picture files containing geographical position information.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein naming and storing the photo files in a set manner specifically comprises:
and selecting a photo file with the most clear photo content identification from the at least two photo files, naming the photo file in a form of including an operation mode, an operation place and operation time of the object to be operated, a storage path of the object to be operated and a name of the object to be operated, and storing the photo file.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the camera of the intelligent terminal is a front-facing camera or a rotatable camera.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the starting of the camera of the intelligent terminal for photographing specifically comprises:
and starting a camera of the intelligent terminal to photograph the face of the operator of the object to be operated.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein before the detecting that the operator triggers the corresponding operation of the object to be operated in the smart terminal, the method further comprises:
and if the acquired browsing attribute of the object to be operated is a storage operation record, creating an operation record folder for the object to be operated under a set directory so as to store the photo file.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein after creating an operation record folder for the object to be operated under the set directory, the method further comprises:
and prompting a user to set an access password for the operation record folder, so as to allow the operation record folder to be accessed after the password verification is passed.
9. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein after detecting that the operator triggers the corresponding operation of the object to be operated in the intelligent terminal, the method further comprises:

judging whether the object to be operated is encrypted, if so, prompting an operator to input an operation password, and responding to the operation processing of the object to be operated after the operation password is determined to be input correctly; and if not, directly responding to the operation processing of the object to be operated.
11. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the detecting that the operator triggers a corresponding operation of the object to be operated in the smart mobile terminal comprises:
and detecting that an operator triggers the access operation, the browsing attribute changing operation, the cutting operation, the copying operation or the deleting operation of the object to be operated in the intelligent mobile terminal.
12. An operation record creation apparatus, comprising:
the photo file forming module is used for starting a camera of the intelligent terminal to shoot after detecting that an operator triggers corresponding operation of an object to be operated in the intelligent terminal to form a photo file;
and the photo file storage module is used for naming and storing the photo files in a set mode.
13. The apparatus of claim 12, further comprising:
and the GPS starting module is used for starting a Global Positioning System (GPS) after detecting that an operator triggers corresponding operation of an object to be operated in the intelligent terminal so as to form a photo file containing geographical position information.
14. The apparatus of claim 13, further comprising:
the browsing attribute acquisition module is used for acquiring the browsing attribute of the object to be operated before the detection that the operator triggers the corresponding operation of the object to be operated in the intelligent terminal;
the storage mode setting module is used for prompting a user to set a record storage mode to be secret storage or non-secret storage when the browsing attribute of the object to be operated is the storage operation record;
correspondingly, the photo file forming module is specifically configured to:
after detecting that an operator triggers corresponding operation of an object to be operated in an intelligent terminal, if the browsing attribute of the object to be operated is a storage operation record and the record storage mode is secret storage, starting a camera and a GPS (global positioning system) of the intelligent terminal at a background, and taking pictures of a scene where the operator of the object to be operated is located to form at least two picture files containing geographical position information; or,
after detecting that an operator triggers corresponding operation of an object to be operated in an intelligent terminal, if the browsing attribute of the object to be operated is a stored operation record and the record storage mode is non-secret storage, popping up a prompt box to prompt the operator of the object to be operated to store the operation record, starting a camera and a GPS of the intelligent terminal by a foreground, and taking a picture of a scene where the operator is located to form at least two picture files containing geographical position information.
15. The apparatus of claim 14, wherein the photo file storage module is specifically configured to:
and selecting a photo file with the most clear photo content identification from the at least two photo files, naming the photo file in a form of including an operation mode, an operation place and operation time of the object to be operated, a storage path of the object to be operated and a name of the object to be operated, and storing the photo file.
