一种双螺杆螺钉,包括内螺杆和外螺杆,外螺杆的侧面设有第一外螺纹,外螺杆的顶部设有外螺帽,外螺帽的顶部中央设有内六角孔,内六角孔的底部中央设有容腔,内螺杆的顶部设有内螺帽,内螺帽置于容腔内,内螺帽的顶部中央设有十字凹槽,内螺杆贯穿外螺杆,且其侧面设有第二外螺纹,外螺杆上设有与第二外螺纹配合的内螺纹。

[0013]采用本发明进行工件的制作时,首先旋转埋入外螺杆I,外螺杆I的长度以埋入后不出现裂缝为准,不一定埋入后续的母材或肩板上,然后在外螺杆I内旋转埋入内螺杆2,内螺杆2的底部从外螺杆I伸出并埋入后续的母材或肩板上,内螺杆2可设置地尽量细些,防止连接出现裂缝,内螺杆2在外螺杆I的保护下,具有较好的抗折弯性。
