随着城市的建设和发展,交通、工业和建筑带来的噪音越来越严重,极大地干扰了人们的工作、学习和睡眠,为此,许多的房屋装修、建筑工程上采用了许多的隔音设施。一般的物体都具有隔音效果,声音是一种波状能量,需要介质才能传播,在同一中介质中传播时,介质的密度越大,传播速度越快。在不同介质中传播时,即从一种介质穿过两种介质的临界接触面进入另一种介质,此时,声能的传递实质是振动幅度的传递,因此声能会产生损耗,当两种介质的密度相差越大,则声能的损耗越大。由于与空气密度相差越大的材料一般为高密度的材料,密度越高,隔音效果就越好。在生活中车辆和工地生产的噪声给人们的生活和工作带来了很大的影响,甚至给人们的健康带来危害,为此许多的房屋装修、建筑工程上采用了许多的隔音设施,目前市面上的隔音板都是采用单层设计,造价偏高,这种隔音板的吸音与隔音效果都不怎么理想,长时间的使用会受到腐蚀影响缩短了使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种强度高、隔音效果好和防辐射性能高的建筑板。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种建筑板,包括有板身,所述板身内部设置有隔音保温层,所述隔音保温层内部设置有真空层,所述隔音保温层上表面设置有泡沫板,所述泡沫板内部设置有一个以上的共振球,所述泡沫板上表面设置有第一玻璃纤维棉层,所述隔音保温层下表面设置有第二玻璃纤维棉层,所述第一玻璃纤维棉层上表面设置有防辐射层,所述防辐射层上表面设置有第一木质板层,所述第二玻璃纤棉层下表面设置有第二木质板层,所述隔音保温层由按重量份数配比的秸秆22-28份和双氧水5-8份制成,所述泡沫板由按重量份数配比的酚酞树脂10-12份、二氯乙烷6-12份、烷基磺酸钠8-10份和间苯二胺6-9份制成,所述共振球由按重量份数的植物纤维12-16份制成,所述第一玻璃纤维棉层和第二玻璃纤棉层由按重量份数配比的石灰石20-30份、玻璃废料24-28份和碳酸钠10-16份制成,所述防辐射层由按重量份数配比的石墨12-18份、氧化铁14-18份和铁粉16-20份制成,所述第一木质板层和第二木质板层由按重量份数的木材22-28份和碳酸钠10-16份制成。
进一步的,所述板身内部设置有硅藻泥,可以吸收声波,提高建筑板的隔音效果。
进一步的,所述板身内部设置有一条以上的钢筋,提高建筑板的强度。
进一步的,所述共振球与泡沫板之间设置有弹簧,防止共振球震动时发出噪音。
进一步的,所述第一木质板层上表面和第二木质板层下表面设置有防滑纹,利于建筑板的搬运。
板身的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将秸秆22-28份放入气流粉碎机制成碎料,再将碎料放入大锅中,加入双氧水5-8份,加热到85-90℃,持续2-3小时,备用;
2)将步骤1)中的材料送入成型机中制成隔音保温层,再将隔音保温层内部制成真空层,备用;
3)将酚酞树脂10-12份、二氯乙烷6-12份、烷基磺酸钠8-10份和间苯二胺6-9份送入浇注机中,制成泡沫板,备用;
4)将植物纤维12-16份送入研磨机中研磨成粉末,再送入大锅中,加热90-100℃,持续1-2小时,煮成浆液,再送入成型机中制成共振球,备用;
5)将步骤4)中的共振球嵌入泡沫板中,备用;
6)将石灰石20-30份、玻璃废料24-28份和碳酸钠10-16份送入熔融炉中,制成熔融物,搅拌均匀,送入成型机中制成第一玻璃纤维棉层和第二玻璃棉层,备用;
7)将石墨12-18份、氧化铁14-18份和铁粉16-20份送入熔融炉中,制成熔融物,搅拌均匀,送入成型机中制成防辐射层,备用;
8)将木材22-28份送入气流粉碎机中粉碎成粉末,再将粉末与碳酸钠10-16份混合,放入熔融炉中融合,最后送入成型机中制成木质板层,备用;
9)将步骤2)、步骤3)、步骤5)、步骤6)、步骤7)和步骤8)制成的材料进行粘合,即可制得建筑板。
本发明的有益效果为:该建筑板内部的隔音保温层采用秸秆制成,不但隔音保温好,而且成本低,建筑板内部设置有带共振球的泡沫板,还设置有真空层和玻璃纤维棉层,进一步提高了隔音效果;通过设置有防辐射层,不但防止太阳能辐射的传入,提高了建筑板的隔热效果,而且能提高建筑板的强度。

具体实施方式
实施例一:
参照图1所示,一种建筑板,包括有板身1,所述板身1内部设置有隔音保温层2,所述隔音保温层2内部设置有真空层3,所述隔音保温层2上表面设置有泡沫板4,所述泡沫板4内部设置有一个以上的共振球5,所述泡沫板4上表面设置有第一玻璃纤维棉层6,所述隔音保温层2下表面设置有第二玻璃纤维棉层7,所述第一玻璃纤维棉层6上表面设置有防辐射层8,所述防辐射层8上表面设置有第一木质板层9,所述第二玻璃纤棉层7下表面设置有第二木质板层10。
所述板身1内部设置有硅藻泥(未图示),可以吸收声波,提高建筑板的隔音效果。
所述板身1内部设置有一条以上的钢筋(未图示),提高建筑板的强度。
所述共振球5与泡沫板4之间设置有弹簧(未图示),防止共振球5震动时发出噪音。
所述第一木质板层9上表面和第二木质板层10下表面设置有防滑纹(未图示),利于建筑板的搬运。
板身的制造方法:
1)将秸秆22份放入气流粉碎机制成碎料,再将碎料放入大锅中,加入双氧水5份,加热到85℃,持续2小时,备用;
2)将步骤1)中的材料送入成型机中制成隔音保温层2,再将隔音保温层2内部制成真空层3,备用;
3)将酚酞树脂10份、二氯乙烷6份、烷基磺酸钠8份和间苯二胺6份送入浇注机中,制成泡沫板4,备用;

6)将石灰石20份、玻璃废料24份和碳酸钠10份送入熔融炉中,制成熔融物,搅拌均匀,送入成型机中制成第一玻璃纤维棉层6和第二玻璃棉层7,备用;
7)将石墨12份、氧化铁14份和铁粉16份送入熔融炉中,制成熔融物,搅拌均匀,送入成型机中制成防辐射层8,备用;
8)将木材22份送入气流粉碎机中粉碎成粉末,再将粉末与碳酸钠10份混合,放入熔融炉中融合,最后送入成型机中制成第一木质板层9和第二木质板层10,备用;
9)将步骤2)、步骤3)、步骤5)、步骤6)、步骤7)和步骤8)制成的材料进行粘合,即可制得建筑板。
实施例二:
参照图1所示,一种建筑板,包括有板身1,所述板身1内部设置有隔音保温层2,所述隔音保温层2内部设置有真空层3,所述隔音保温层2上表面设置有泡沫板4,所述泡沫板4内部设置有一个以上的共振球5,所述泡沫板4上表面设置有第一玻璃纤维棉层6,所述隔音保温层2下表面设置有第二玻璃纤维棉层7,所述第一玻璃纤维棉层6上表面设置有防辐射层8,所述防辐射层8上表面设置有第一木质板层9,所述第二玻璃纤棉层7下表面设置有第二木质板层10。
所述板身1内部设置有硅藻泥(未图示),可以吸收声波,提高建筑板的隔音效果。
所述板身1内部设置有一条以上的钢筋(未图示),提高建筑板的强度。
所述共振球5与泡沫板4之间设置有弹簧(未图示),防止共振球5震动时发出噪音。

板身的制造方法:
1)将秸秆25份放入气流粉碎机制成碎料,再将碎料放入大锅中,加入双氧水6.5份,加热到87.5℃,持续2.5小时,备用;
2)将步骤1)中的材料送入成型机中制成隔音保温层2,再将隔音保温层2内部制成真空层3,备用;
3)将酚酞树脂11份、二氯乙烷9份、烷基磺酸钠9份和间苯二胺7.5份送入浇注机中,制成泡沫板4,备用;
4)将植物纤维14份送入研磨机中研磨成粉末,再送入大锅中,加热95℃,持续1.5小时,煮成浆液,再送入成型机中制成共振球5,备用;
5)将步骤4)中的共振球5嵌入泡沫板中,备用;
6)将石灰石25份、玻璃废料26份和碳酸钠13份送入熔融炉中,制成熔融物,搅拌均匀,送入成型机中制成第一玻璃纤维棉层6和第二玻璃棉层7,备用;
7)将石墨15份、氧化铁16份和铁粉18份送入熔融炉中,制成熔融物,搅拌均匀,送入成型机中制成防辐射8,备用;
8)将木材25份送入气流粉碎机中粉碎成粉末,再将粉末与碳酸钠13份混合,放入熔融炉中融合,最后送入成型机中制成第一木质板层9和第二木质板层10,备用;
9)将步骤2)、步骤3)、步骤5)、步骤6)、步骤7)和步骤8)制成的材料进行粘合,即可制得建筑板。
实施例三:
参照图1所示,一种建筑板,包括有板身1,所述板身1内部设置有隔音保温层2,所述隔音保温层2内部设置有真空层3,所述隔音保温层2上表面设置有泡沫板4,所述泡沫板4内部设置有一个以上的共振球5,所述泡沫板4上表面设置有第一玻璃纤维棉层6,所述隔音保温层2下表面设置有第二玻璃纤维棉层7,所述第一玻璃纤维棉层6上表面设置有防辐射层8,所述防辐射层8上表面设置有第一木质板层9,所述第二玻璃纤棉层7下表面设置有第二木质板层10。
所述板身1内部设置有硅藻泥(未图示),可以吸收声波,提高建筑板的隔音效果。
所述板身1内部设置有一条以上的钢筋(未图示),提高建筑板的强度。
所述共振球5与泡沫板4之间设置有弹簧(未图示),防止共振球5震动时发出噪音。

3)将酚酞树脂12份、二氯乙烷12份、烷基磺酸钠10份和间苯二胺9份送入浇注机中,制成泡沫板4,备用;
4)将植物纤维16份送入研磨机中研磨成粉末,再送入大锅中,加热100℃,持续2小时,煮成浆液,再送入成型机中制成共振球5,备用;
5)将步骤4)中的共振球5嵌入泡沫板4中,备用;
6)将石灰石30份、玻璃废料28份和碳酸钠16份送入熔融炉中,制成熔融物,搅拌均匀,送入成型机中制成第一玻璃纤维棉层6和第二玻璃棉层7,备用;
7)将石墨18份、氧化铁18份和铁粉20份送入熔融炉中,制成熔融物,搅拌均匀,送入成型机中制成防辐射层8,备用;
8)将木材28份送入气流粉碎机中粉碎成粉末,再将粉末与碳酸钠16份混合,放入熔融炉中融合,最后送入成型机中制成第一木质板层9和第二木质板层10,备用;
9)将步骤2)、步骤3)、步骤5)、步骤6)、步骤7)和步骤8)制成的材料进行粘合,即可制得建筑板。
实验例:
选用实施例一、实施例二、实施例三的样品和普通建筑板,分为四组,比较各组建筑板的性能。
对比结果见下表:
由此可见,实施例二中的建筑板性能最好,能达到最佳实施效果。
本发明的有益效果为:该建筑板内部的隔音保温层采用秸秆制成,不但隔音保温好,而且成本低,建筑板内部设置有带共振球的泡沫板,还设置有真空层和玻璃纤维棉层,进一步提高了隔音效果;通过设置有防辐射层,可防止太阳能辐射的传入,提高了建筑板的隔热效果。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (5)

1.一种建筑板,其特征在于:包括有板身,所述板身内部设置有隔音保温层,所述隔音保温层内部设置有真空层,所述隔音保温层上表面设置有泡沫板,所述泡沫板内部设置有一个以上的共振球,所述泡沫板上表面设置有第一玻璃纤维棉层,所述隔音保温层下表面设置有第二玻璃纤维棉层,所述第一玻璃纤维棉层上表面设置有防辐射层,所述防辐射层上表面设置有第一木质板层,所述第二玻璃纤棉层下表面设置有第二木质板层,所述隔音保温层由按重量份数配比的秸秆22-28份和双氧水5-8份制成,所述泡沫板由按重量份数配比的酚酞树脂10-12份、二氯乙烷6-12份、烷基磺酸钠8-10份和间苯二胺6-9份制成,所述共振球由按重量份数的植物纤维12-16份制成,所述第一玻璃纤维棉层和第二玻璃纤棉层由按重量份数配比的石灰石20-30份、玻璃废料24-28份和碳酸钠10-16份制成,所述防辐射层由按重量份数配比的石墨12-18份、氧化铁14-18份和铁粉16-20份制成,所述第一木质板层和第二木质板层由按重量份数的木材22-28份和碳酸钠10-16份制成。
