Abstract
本发明公开了一种节能热水器内胆,包括内胆;所述内胆外套装有空气净化层,所述空气净化层外套装有发热层,所述发热层外套装有电磁波屏蔽层,所述电磁波屏蔽层外套装有防火层;所述内胆的外壁与所述空气净化层内壁贴合,所述空气净化层的外壁与所述发热层的内壁贴合,所述发热层的外壁与所述电磁波屏蔽层的内壁贴合,所述电磁波屏蔽层的外壁与所述防火层的内壁贴合。本发明能够净化热水器空气,同时能够发热保温更加节能,相较于现有技术,本发明更加环保。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种内胆,特别是涉及一种节能热水器内胆。
背景技术
目前市场常用热水器内胆主要有不锈钢内胆、搪瓷内胆,也有使用单层塑料内胆。不锈钢内胆制造工艺复杂,耐酸碱性差,易结垢,焊接缝长,焊接部位受热易氧化腐蚀,漏水;搪瓷内胆加工工艺复杂,技术要求高,脆性大,碰撞、震动容易产生磷爆现象,搪瓷在热水中易脱落,造成污染;普通塑料内胆材料耐热效果差,易变形,含有改性材料,易产生水污染。
发明内容
有鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种不会产生水污染的热水器内胆。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种节能热水器内胆,包括内胆;所述内胆外套装有空气净化层,所述空气净化层外套装有发热层,所述发热层外套装有电磁波屏蔽层,所述电磁波屏蔽层外套装有防火层;所述内胆的外壁与所述空气净化层内壁贴合,所述空气净化层的外壁与所述发热层的内壁贴合,所述发热层的外壁与所述电磁波屏蔽层的内壁贴合,所述电磁波屏蔽层的外壁与所述防火层的内壁贴合;所述空气净化层由下列重量份的原料混合组成:石墨烯2~5,电气石1.6~8,稀土3~6,银粉1.8~4,铜2.5~5,硼硅酸铝3.3~6.3,聚氨脂4~6。采用以上技术方案,本发明通过净化层吸附水中杂质灰尘避免水污染、并吸附甲醛等有害气体。
较佳的,还包括温度传感器和控制器;所述发热层通过导线串联继电器和电源,所述控制器的控制信号输出端连接所述继电器的控制信号输入端,所述温度传感器的信号输出端连接所述控制器的信号输入端,所述温度传感器用于检测所述发热层的温度。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明能够净化热水器空气,同时能够发热保温更加节能,相较于现有技术,本发明更加环保。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1和图2所示,一种节能热水器内胆,包括内胆1,内胆为热水器成熟的配件,在此不再赘述其形状。所述内胆1外套装有空气净化层2,所述空气净化层2外套装有发热层3,所述发热层3外套装有电磁波屏蔽层4,所述电磁波屏蔽层4外套装有防火层5;所述内胆1的外壁与所述空气净化层2内壁贴合,所述空气净化层2的外壁与所述发热层3的内壁贴合,所述发热层3的外壁与所述电磁波屏蔽层4的内壁贴合,所述电磁波屏蔽层4的外壁与所述防火层5的内壁贴合。本实施例中,所述防火层为石棉层。
本实施例中,所述空气净化层2由下列重量份的原料混合组成:石墨烯2份,电气石1.6份,稀土3份,银粉1.8份,铜2.5份,硼硅酸铝3.3份,聚氨脂4份。本实施例中,还包括温度传感器6和控制器7;所述发热层3通过导线串联继电器8和电源9,所述控制器7的控制信号输出端连接所述继电器8的控制信号输入端,所述温度传感器6的信号输出端连接所述控制器7的信号输入端,本实施例中温度传感器6贴合发热层用于检测所述发热层3的温度。
在另一实施例中,所述空气净化层2由下列重量份的原料混合组成:石墨烯5份,电气石8份,稀土6份,银粉4份,铜5份,硼硅酸铝6.3份,聚氨脂4~6份。

1.一种节能热水器内胆,包括内胆(1);其特征在于:所述内胆(1)外套装有空气净化层(2),所述空气净化层(2)外套装有发热层(3),所述发热层(3)外套装有电磁波屏蔽层(4),所述电磁波屏蔽层(4)外套装有防火层(5);所述内胆(1)的外壁与所述空气净化层(2)内壁贴合,所述空气净化层(2)的外壁与所述发热层(3)的内壁贴合,所述发热层(3)的外壁与所述电磁波屏蔽层(4)的内壁贴合,所述电磁波屏蔽层(4)的外壁与所述防火层(5)的内壁贴合;所述空气净化层(2)由下列重量份的原料混合组成:石墨烯2~5,电气石1.6~8,稀土3~6,银粉1.8~4,铜2.5~5,硼硅酸铝3.3~6.3,聚氨脂4~6。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种节能热水器内胆,其特征在于:还包括温度传感器(6)和控制器(7);所述发热层(3)通过导线串联继电器(8)和电源(9),所述控制器(7)的控制信号输出端连接所述继电器(8)的控制信号输入端,所述温度传感器(6)的信号输出端连接所述控制器(7)的信号输入端,所述温度传感器(6)用于检测所述发热层(3)的温度。
