技术领域
本发明属于含磷阻燃剂中间体技术领域,具体涉及硫代磷杂菲含磷衍生物阻燃剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
磷系阻燃剂具有低烟,无毒等优点,是各类阻燃剂中最重要的一类阻燃剂之一。其结构中不含有卤素,可避免卤系阻燃剂的环境问题,具有良好的发展前景。9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-硫化物(DOPS)是新型的阻燃剂中间体。其结构中含有P-H键,对烯烃、环氧键和羰基极具活性,可反应生成许多衍生物。同时硫元素也是一种有效的阻燃元素,在阻燃剂中引入硫元素可以改善阻燃剂的成炭能力,有助于抑制阻燃改性基材的熔滴行为。
本发明利用DOPS结构中的P-H键的反应特性,采用DOPS为原料,与甲基化试剂反应合成一类新型阻燃剂,对其合成反应及物质化学性质作了表征。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种新型含磷阻燃剂及其制备方法,以解决现有技术的不足。
本发明的技术方案:10-甲基-10-氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物-10-硫化物阻燃剂,其特征在于:

所述的DOPS-M为白色固体,熔点是65-68℃。
DOPS-M的制备方法,其特征是:
第一、将9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-硫化物(DOPS)和碳酸二甲酯或硫酸二甲酯按摩尔比1:1~1.2取样。加入有机溶剂作为反应溶剂,用量以使上述反应物能全部溶解为准;
第二、将DOPS和有机溶剂加入三颈瓶中,在冰水浴中控制温度在5℃~10℃左右;在磁力搅拌下,用滴液漏斗缓慢加入碳酸二甲酯;加完后继续反应时间1~3小时;反应结束后真空除去溶剂;粗产品用乙腈等溶剂重结晶。最终产品为白色固体。
上述的反应用有机溶剂包括甲苯、二甲苯、甲醇、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、氯仿等;所述提纯用有机溶剂包含乙腈、氯仿、四氯乙烷、丙酮、二甲亚砜、四氢呋喃和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺等。
本发明的有益效果:
1、在DOPS结构上引入甲基。封闭活性P-H键,制备成一种添加型阻燃剂。
2、该阻燃剂阻燃效果好,且不含卤素,有利于环保。
3、制备方法简单,条件易于控制。
4、应用范围广,能同时适用聚酯、聚碳酸脂、聚酰胺、以及环氧树脂等多种聚合物体系的阻燃,并均能达到良好的阻燃效果。
具体的实施方式:
实施例1
准确称取11.5g(0.05mol)DOPS,4.5g(0.05mol)碳酸二甲酯(DMC)。将DOPS和DMC加入250ml三颈瓶中,加入适量氯仿作为溶剂。在磁力搅拌下,保持反应温度低于5℃,反应1小时后,真空除去溶剂,得到粗产品。用乙腈进行重结晶,最终产物为白色晶体,熔点66℃,产率87%。
实施例2
准确称取11.5g(0.05mol)DOPS,5.4g(0.06mol)碳酸二甲酯(DMC)。将DOPS和DMC加入250ml三颈瓶中,加入适量氯仿作为溶剂。在磁力搅拌下,保持反应温度低于10℃,反应3小时后,真空除去溶剂,得到粗产品。用乙腈进行重结晶,最终产物为白色晶体,熔点66℃,产率88%。
实施例3
准确称取11.5g(0.05mol)DOPS,4.95g(0.055mol)碳酸二甲酯(DMC)。将DOPS和DMC加入250ml三颈瓶中,加入适量氯仿作为溶剂。在磁力搅拌下,保持反应温度低于5℃,反应2小时后,真空除去溶剂,得到粗产品。用乙腈进行重结晶,最终产物为白色晶体,熔点66℃,产率89%。
实施例4
准确称取11.5g(0.05mol)DOPS,6.3g(0.05mol)硫酸二甲酯(DMS)。将DOPS和DMS加入250ml三颈瓶中,加入适量氯仿作为溶剂。在磁力搅拌下,保持反应温度低于5℃,反应1小时后,真空除去溶剂,得到粗产品。用乙腈进行重结晶,最终产物为白色晶体,熔点66℃,产率80%。
实施例5
准确称取11.5g(0.05mol)DOPS,7.56g(0.06mol)硫酸二甲酯(DMS)。将DOPS和DMS加入250ml三颈瓶中,加入适量氯仿作为溶剂。在磁力搅拌下,保持反应温度低于10℃,反应2小时后,真空除去溶剂,得到粗产品。用乙腈进行重结晶,最终产物为白色晶体,熔点66℃,产率81%。
实施例6
准确称取11.5g(0.05mol)DOPS,6.93g(0.055mol)硫酸二甲酯(DMS)。将DOPS和DMS加入250ml三颈瓶中,加入适量氯仿作为溶剂。在磁力搅拌下,保持反应温度低于5℃,反应3小时后,真空除去溶剂,得到粗产品。用乙腈进行重结晶,最终产物为白色晶体,熔点66℃,产率85。

将DOPS 和甲基化试剂按摩尔比 1:1~1.2 取样,加入有机溶剂作为反应溶剂,用量以使上述反应物能全部溶解为准;
第二、将 DOPS 和有机溶剂加入装有氮气进出口的三颈瓶中,在冰水浴中控制温度在5℃~10℃左右;在磁力搅拌下,用滴液漏斗缓慢加入甲基化试剂;加完后继续反应时间 1~3小时;反应结束后真空除去溶剂;粗产品用重结晶溶剂重结晶,最终产品为白色固体;所述的有机溶剂选自氯仿、苯、甲苯、二甲苯或乙腈;所述的甲基化试剂为碳酸二甲酯或硫酸二甲酯。
