Abstract
The invention discloses a backboard shaping die, comprising an upper die assembly, a lower die assembly opposite to the upper die assembly, and a shaping assembly between the upper die assembly and the lower die assembly; a backboard workpiece is disposed on the upper surface of the lower die assembly; the shaping assembly comprises upper die inserts fixed to left and right ends of the upper die assembly and pushers disposed at left and right ends of the backboard workpiece and capable of sliding relative to the lower die assembly; the upper die inserts push the pushers to approach the backboard workpiece. The upper and lower ends of the backboard workpiece are shaped through an upper die plate and a fixing plate, and the left and right sides of the backboard workpiece are shaped through the upper die inserts pushing the pushers; the backboard shaping die is simple in structure, rarely deforms during shaping, and enables better shaping quality of a backboard.

The invention relates to the technical field of relevant molds, in particular to a back plate shaping mold.
Background
The existing back plate shaping mold is complex in structure and easy to deform during shaping. The main reason for the deformation is that in the molding process, the mold fit is not tight enough, which results in product distortion and poor molding quality.

the shaping assembly comprises upper die inserting blocks fixedly arranged at the left end and the right end of the upper die assembly and pushing blocks which are positioned at the left end and the right end of the back plate workpiece and can slide relative to the lower die assembly; and the push block is pushed to approach the back plate workpiece by the upper die insert block.

The embodiment provides a back plate shaping mold, as shown in fig. 1, the back plate shaping mold comprises an upper mold component 1, a lower mold component 2 arranged opposite to the upper mold component 1, and a shaping component 3 arranged on the upper mold component 1 and the lower mold component 2; wherein,

The backboard workpiece 4 is arranged on the upper surface of the fixing plate 24, and the left end and the right end of the backboard workpiece 4 respectively extend out of the fixing plate 24, so that the left end surface and the right end surface of the backboard workpiece 4 can be conveniently shaped through the shaping assembly 3; the positioning pins 201 pass through corresponding positioning holes on the back plate workpiece 4 to position the back plate workpiece 4.
The shaping component 3 comprises an upper mold insert 31 and a push block 33, wherein the upper mold insert 31 is provided with two parts and is fixedly arranged at the left end and the right end of the upper mold component 1 respectively, and the push block 33 is slidably arranged on the lower template 23 and is positioned at the two ends of the fixing plate 24 respectively.
In this embodiment, the upper mold insert block 31 and the push block 33 are provided with slope structures which are matched with each other. A fixed block 35 is arranged on one side of the push block 33 far away from the back plate workpiece 4, and a push-pull spring 32 is arranged between the fixed block 35 and the push block 33. As a preferred technical scheme, two ends of the back plate workpiece 4 are provided with limit stoppers 34 fixedly connected to the lower die assembly 2, and the limit stoppers 34 ensure that the push block 33 slides on the lower die plate 23 stably under the action of the upper die insert block 31 or the push-pull spring 32. Specifically, the limit stop 34 is in an inverted L-shaped structure, and one end of the limit stop extends into the lower template 23 and is fixedly connected with the lower template; the push block 33 is disposed through the limit stopper 34. In this embodiment, the height of the pushing block 33 is equal to the sum of the thickness of the fixing plate 24 and the thickness of the back plate workpiece 4, and the upper mold plate 13 is provided with a slot 131 at a position corresponding to the limit stop 34. When the upper die assembly 1 moves downwards, the limit stop 34 is inserted into the corresponding slot 131 on the upper die plate 13, the upper die insert block 31 is inserted into the gap between the fixed block 35 and the push block 33, and through the mutual matching of the slope structures, the upper die insert block 31 pushes the push block 33 to approach the back plate workpiece 4 so as to shape the left side surface and the right side surface of the back plate workpiece 4. When the upper mold assembly 1 moves upwards, the push block 33 can be reset through the push-pull spring 32.
As a preferred technical solution, a gap is provided between the upper clamp plate 22 and the upper mold plate 13, the upper mold assembly 1 is provided with a return spring 101, one end of the return spring 101 is fixedly arranged on the upper mold base 11, and the other end thereof penetrates through the upper clamp plate 12 and is fixedly connected to the upper mold plate 13. When the upper die assembly 1 moves up and down, the vibration between the upper die assembly 1 and the lower die assembly 2 and the action of the upper die assembly 1 are slowed down through the return spring 101, so that the shaping force is uniform.
The working process of the back plate shaping mold in the embodiment is as follows: placing the backboard workpiece 4 on the fixing plate 24, and inserting the positioning pins 201 into the corresponding positioning holes on the backboard workpiece 4; the upper die assembly 1 moves downwards, the limit stop 34 is inserted into the corresponding slot 131 on the upper die plate 13, meanwhile, the upper die insertion block 31 starts to be inserted into the gap between the corresponding fixed block 35 and the push block 33, the push block 33 starts to slide on the fixed plate 24 and approaches to the back plate workpiece 4, and the push-pull spring 32 is stretched; with the continuous downward movement of the upper die assembly 1, the first spring 202 is compressed, the upper die plate 13 is contacted with two opposite side surfaces of the backboard workpiece 4, then the gap between the upper clamping plate 12 and the upper die plate 13 is gradually reduced, and the upper die plate 13 and the fixing plate 24 shape the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the backboard workpiece 4; with the continuous downward movement of the upper die assembly 1, the upper die insert block 31 continuously pushes the push block 33 to approach the back plate workpiece 4 and contact the left side surface and the right side surface of the back plate workpiece 4, and the push block 33 is acted by the upper die insert block 31, so that the left side surface and the right side surface of the back plate workpiece 4 are shaped; and finishing shaping the back plate workpiece 4 until two opposite side surfaces of the upper clamping plate 12 and the upper die plate 13 are contacted. The upper die assembly 4 moves upwards, the return spring 101 and the first spring 202 gradually return to the free state, the upper die insert block 31 gradually separates from the push block 33, the limit stop 34 gradually separates from the slot 131, the push block 33 returns to the original position under the action of the push-pull spring 32, and the upper clamping plate 12 and the upper die plate 13 return to the original gap.

The back plate reshaping die of claim 1, wherein the upper die assembly (1) comprises an upper die base (11), an upper clamping plate (12) and an upper die plate (13) which are fixedly connected in sequence from top to bottom, the lower die assembly (2) comprises a lower die base (21), a lower clamping plate (22), a lower die plate (23) and a fixing plate (24) which are fixedly connected in sequence from bottom to top, and the back plate workpiece (4) is arranged on the fixing plate (24).

The back plate sizing die as claimed in claim 2, wherein the push block (33) can slide along the lower die plate (23), a fixed block (35) is arranged on one side of the push block (33) away from the back plate workpiece (4), and a push-pull spring (32) is arranged between the fixed block (35) and the push block (33).

The back plate reshaping die according to claim 3, wherein limit stops (34) fixedly connected to the lower die assembly (2) are arranged at two ends of the back plate workpiece (4), and the push block (33) penetrates through the limit stops (34); and a slot (131) is formed in the position, corresponding to the limit stop (34), of the upper template (13).

The back plate reshaping die according to claim 5, wherein a gap is formed between the upper clamping plate (12) and the upper die plate (13), the upper die assembly (1) is provided with a return spring (101), one end of the return spring (101) is fixedly arranged on the upper die holder (11), and the other end of the return spring penetrates through the upper clamping plate (12) and is fixedly connected to the upper die plate (13).

The back plate sizing die as claimed in claim 6, wherein a floating positioning pin is fixedly arranged on the lower die assembly (2), and the floating positioning pin comprises a first spring (202) with one end fixedly arranged on the lower die holder (21) and the other end penetrating through the lower clamping plate (22) and extending into the lower die plate (23), and a positioning pin (201) with one end connected to the first spring (202) and the other end penetrating through the fixing plate (24).
