本发明涉及一种污水箱,尤其涉及一种生活污水箱。
背景技术
目前,在船上生活工作的人员所产生的生活污水,通常是直排入海,这样会对海水造成污染,从而影响生态环境。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种生活污水箱,结构简单,使用方便,可避免对海水造成污染,避免影响生态环境。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种生活污水箱,包括顶部开口的箱体,所述箱体的顶部开口处设有密封盖体,所述密封盖体处设有进水口,所述进水口连接有进水管道,所述箱体为长方体结构,所述箱体内的四个侧壁上设有纵横交错的加强筋,所述箱体内由上而下依次设有大颗粒过滤网和小颗粒过滤网,所述箱体的侧壁上在大颗粒过滤网的上侧设有第一密封门,所述箱体的侧壁上在小颗粒过滤网的上侧设有第二密封门,所述箱体内侧壁上部设有液位检测报警器,所述箱体的底部侧面设有出水口,所述箱体的底部设有滚轮。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述箱体由金属材料制成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的生活污水箱的有益效果如下:
(1)采用生活污水箱,不仅结构简单,结构稳定,强度好,而且使用方便。
(2)将生活污水箱放在船上使用,可以方便收集盛放船上工作人员产生的生活污水,避免对海水造成污染,避免影响生态环境。

请参考图1-2,所述的生活污水箱包括顶部开口的箱体1,所述箱体1为长方体结构。所述箱体1的顶部开口处设有密封盖体2,所述密封盖体2处设有进水口2a,所述进水口2a连接有进水管道。所述箱体1内的四个侧壁上设有纵横交错的加强筋1a,从而可增加箱体1的强度。所述箱体1内由上而下依次设有大颗粒过滤网3和小颗粒过滤网4,大颗粒过滤网3用于过滤大颗粒物质,小颗粒过滤网4用于过滤泥沙类小颗粒物质。所述箱体1的侧壁上在大颗粒过滤网3的上侧设有第一密封门5,从而方便清理大颗粒物。所述箱体1的侧壁上在小颗粒过滤网4的上侧设有第二密封门6,从而方便清理小颗粒物。所述箱体1的内侧壁上部设有液位检测报警器7,污水装满则报警,提示换箱。所述箱体1的底部侧面设有出水口1b,从而方便将生活污水排出。所述箱体1的底部设有滚轮1c,从而方便移动箱体1。所述箱体1由金属材料制成,从而使用寿命长。
将生活污水箱放在船上使用,可以方便收集盛放船上工作人员产生的生活污水,避免对海水造成污染,避免影响生态环境。

1.一种生活污水箱,其特征在于,包括:顶部开口的箱体,所述箱体的顶部开口处设有密封盖体,所述密封盖体处设有进水口,所述进水口连接有进水管道,所述箱体为长方体结构,所述箱体内的四个侧壁上设有纵横交错的加强筋,所述箱体内由上而下依次设有大颗粒过滤网和小颗粒过滤网,所述箱体的侧壁上在大颗粒过滤网的上侧设有第一密封门,所述箱体的侧壁上在小颗粒过滤网的上侧设有第二密封门,所述箱体内侧壁上部设有液位检测报警器,所述箱体的底部侧面设有出水口,所述箱体的底部设有滚轮。
