本发明公开了一种类Ｕ型吸液纸尿裤，包括类Ｕ型的复合芯体、立体护围，所述复合芯体通过设置在外表的包面层包裹，所述立体护围与包面层分别由复合面层材料构成，位于复合芯体的上部设有第一Ｕ型导流层，位于复合芯体的下部设有第二Ｕ型导流层。本发明的有益效果是：纸尿裤通过设置有类Ｕ型的复合芯体以及具有隆起部复合面层材料，让复合芯体通过导流层充分吸收来自包面层四周渗透的尿液，让吸满尿液的复合芯体膨胀自如，加快包面层表面的干爽，减少对婴儿皮肤包裹般的束缚，同时隆起部之间的间隙有利于尿液的导流和快速下渗，并有助于透气，使纸尿裤内部干爽不闷热，而且隆起部与婴儿臀部皮肤接触柔软舒适，避免婴儿臀部皮肤不适。

一种类Ｕ型吸液纸尿裤
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纸尿裤，尤其是一种带有类Ｕ型复合芯体并且具有隆起部复合面层材料的纸尿裤。
背景技术
市场上传统纸尿裤的棉芯贴合在纸尿裤底层的PE膜上，并且通过棉芯表层的渗漏进行吸收，在吸液后由于面包层膨胀，婴儿在穿戴时臀部感到束缚，造成穿着不适和皮肤敏感，同时棉芯表层紧贴婴儿臀部皮肤，使表层难以干爽，而且一般纸尿裤的面层使用两层或两层以上的面层材料粘结而成，由于面层过于平整，导致婴儿在使用过程中，尿液无法快速导流和下渗至芯体中，潮湿的纸尿裤面层与婴儿的臀部皮肤摩擦，容易对婴儿的皮肤造成不适和出现皮疹，因此需要对纸尿裤及其面层材料做出结构性的改进。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本发明提供一种类Ｕ型吸液纸尿裤。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种类Ｕ型吸液纸尿裤，其特征在于：包括类Ｕ型的复合芯体、设置在复合芯体两侧的立体护围，所述复合芯体通过设置在外表的包面层包裹，所述立体护围与包面层分别由复合面层材料构成，位于复合芯体的上部设有用于加速液体渗漏的第一Ｕ型导流层，位于复合芯体的下部设有防止液体渗漏的第二Ｕ型导流层。
其中：所述第一Ｕ型导流层的左右两侧叠置在第二Ｕ型导流层两侧的围边上，位于包面层底部两侧分别设有用于粘贴固定的折边，所述复合芯体通过包面层底部的折边固定在次层无纺布上。
其中：所述复合面层材料包括第一面层材料和第二面层材料，所述第一面层材料和第二面层材料通过若干个阵列成蜂窝状的热合点连接，且所述第一面层材料形成若干个整齐有序排列的隆起部。
其中：所述隆起部的外观呈椭圆状。
其中：所述隆起部的外观呈六边形蜂窝状。
其中：所述隆起部的截面外观呈半圆状。
其中：所述隆起部的高度为0.5-2毫米。
其中：所述隆起部的宽度为5-6毫米。
其中：所述热合点的直径为0.6-1.5毫米。
其中：所述第一面层材料和第二面层材料的幅宽为120-180毫米。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图6，一种类Ｕ型吸液纸尿裤，包括类Ｕ型的复合芯体1、设置在复合芯体1两侧的立体护围2，所述复合芯体1通过设置在外表的包面层3包裹，所述立体护围2与包面层3分别由复合面层材料构成，位于复合芯体1的上部设有用于加速液体渗漏的第一Ｕ型导流层4，即覆盖复合芯体1的上表面，位于复合芯体1的下部设有防止液体渗漏的第二Ｕ型导流层5，即覆盖复合芯体1的下表面。纸尿裤通过设置有类Ｕ型的复合芯体1，避免尿液单靠包面层表面吸收以及尿液往两侧渗漏，让复合芯体1通过第一Ｕ型导流层4和第二Ｕ型导流层5充分吸收来自包面层3四周渗透的尿液，让吸满尿液的复合芯体1膨胀自如，加快包面层3表面的干爽，减少对婴儿皮肤包裹般的束缚。
在本发明中：所述第一Ｕ型导流层4的左右两侧叠置在第二Ｕ型导流层5两侧的围边51上，位于包面层3底部两侧分别设有用于粘贴固定的折边31，所述复合芯体1通过包面层3底部的折边31固定在次层无纺布6上。
进一步地：所述复合面层材料包括第一面层材料7和第二面层材料8，所述第一面层材料7和第二面层材料8通过若干个阵列成蜂窝状的热合点9连接，且所述第一面层材料7形成若干个整齐有序排列的隆起部10。其中，所述隆起部10的外观呈椭圆状。其中，所述隆起部10的外观呈六边形蜂窝状。其中，所述隆起部10的截面外观呈半圆状。其中，所述隆起部10的高度为0.5-2毫米。其中，所述隆起部10的宽度为5-6毫米。其中，所述热合点9的直径为0.6-1.5毫米。其中，所述第一面层材料7和第二面层材料8的幅宽为120-180毫米。尿液从相邻的隆起部10之间导流并快速下渗透至纸尿裤的芯体中，凸起的隆起部10质感柔软舒适，避免婴儿臀部皮肤不适，而且有助于透气，使纸尿裤内部干爽不闷热。

1.一种类Ｕ型吸液纸尿裤，其特征在于：包括类Ｕ型的复合芯体（1）、设置在复合芯体（1）两侧的立体护围（2），所述复合芯体（1）通过设置在外表的包面层（3）包裹，所述立体护围（2）与包面层（3）分别由复合面层材料构成，位于复合芯体（1）的上部设有用于加速液体渗漏的第一Ｕ型导流层（4），位于复合芯体（1）的下部设有防止液体渗漏的第二Ｕ型导流层（5）。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种类Ｕ型吸液纸尿裤，其特征在于：所述第一Ｕ型导流层（4）的左右两侧叠置在第二Ｕ型导流层（5）两侧的围边（51）上，位于包面层（3）底部两侧分别设有用于粘贴固定的折边（31），所述复合芯体（1）通过包面层（3）底部的折边（31）固定在次层无纺布（6）上。
