本发明涉及一种多导联肌电电极,其特征在于,包括:支架,起支撑作用;多组电极头,设置在所述支架上;其中,所述支架具有电极支架和支撑脚,所述多组电极成对依次排列在所述电极支架上,所述支撑脚有两组,分别设置在所述电极支架的两端,支撑所述电极支架。本发明的多导联肌电电极,由于具有电极支架,电极成对的依次收纳在电极支架之中,因此,导线在使用时不会缠绕在一起,便于医护人员进行观察和操作。另外,由于支架将电极支起,使得电极线在使用时处于悬空状态,不会接触到受测者的皮肤,不会给受测者带来不舒适的感觉。

多导联肌电电极
技术领域
本发明涉及一种多导联肌电电极,属于医疗器械领域。
背景技术
肌电图(electromyography)(英文简称EMG),应用电子学仪器记录肌肉静止或收缩时的电活动,及应用电刺激检查神经、肌肉兴奋及传导功能的方法。
通过此检查可以确定周围神经、神经元、神经肌肉接头及肌肉本身的功能状态。
通过测定运动单位电位的时限、波幅,安静情况下有无自发的电活动,以及肌肉大力收缩的波型及波幅,可区别神经源性损害和肌源性损害,诊断脊髓前角急、慢性损害(如脊髓前灰质炎、运动神经元疾病),神经根及周围神经病变(例如肌电图检查可以协助确定神经损伤的部位、程度、范围和预后)。另外对神经嵌压性病变、神经炎、遗传代谢障碍神经病、各种肌肉病也有诊断价值。此外,肌电图还用于在各种疾病的治疗过程中追踪疾病的恢复过程及疗效。
当需要对多块肌肉进行肌电检测时,需要使用多对电极,但是多对电极后面的导线的数量较多,常常会缠绕在一起,一方面不整齐,影响对电极的观察,另一方面,导线缠绕也可能会影响检测信号的传输。因此急需一种能够有效的整理导线的电极。另外,现有的电极线在电极吸附的时候处于散乱状态,因此会接触到受测者的皮肤,尤其是气温较低的时候,会给受测者带来不舒适的感觉。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种多导联肌电电极,以解决上述问题。
本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种多导联肌电电极,其特征在于,包括:支架,起支撑作用;
多组电极头,设置在支架上;其中,支架具有电极支架和支撑脚,多组电极成对依次排列在电极支架上,支撑脚有两组,分别设置在电极支架的两端,支撑电极支架。
进一步,本发明的多导联肌电电极,还可以具有这样的特征:其中,支架的两侧具有电极卡槽,电极卡在电极卡槽中。
进一步,本发明的多导联肌电电极,还可以具有这样的特征:其中,电极卡槽中具有数字灯,与电极的对数相对应。
进一步,本发明的多导联肌电电极,还可以具有这样的特征:其中,电极后面的导线收纳于电极支架中。
发明的有益效果
本发明的多导联肌电电极,由于具有电极支架,电极成对的依次收纳在电极支架之中,因此,导线在使用时不会缠绕在一起,便于医护人员进行观察和操作。另外,由于支架将电极支起,使得电极线在使用时处于悬空状态,不会接触到受测者的皮肤,不会给受测者带来不舒适的感觉。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图来说明本发明的具体实施方式。
图1是多导联肌电电极的整体结构示意图。如图1所示,多导联肌电电极具有电极支架11、支撑脚12和电极头13。
电极支架11为四棱柱形。在使用时,电极支架11摆放时,其长度方向与肌电图的受测者的脊椎方向一致。如图2所示,在四棱柱的两个侧面上开有多个电极卡槽14。分布在四棱柱两侧相对的两个电极头13作为一组,多组电极头13在不使用时卡在电极卡槽中。
电极支架11的前后两端具有四个支撑脚12。四个支撑脚12先向两侧横向延伸一段后再向下伸长,使得两个相对应的支撑脚12分开的宽度能够跨越俯卧状态下受测者的左右两侧,在使用中稳固的支撑多组电极,使电极支架11,使得使用中的电极线不与受测者的皮肤相接触。
图2是多导联肌电电极的使用状态图,为了更好的呈现电极卡槽14以及电极线16的形状,省去了第一组电极及其电极线。如图2所示,电极13在使用时可以从电极卡槽14中取出,并向外牵拉,将电极固定在肌肉位置后,电极线处于悬挂状态中,不会触碰到受测者。
图3是图2中A区域的局部放大图,如图3所示,在电极卡槽14中设置有数字指示灯15,用于区别和标记电极。当电极13从电极卡槽14上取下时,相应的数字指示灯15会亮起,显示这对电极已经被取出使用。
本电极尤其适用于对背部肌肉的肌电检测,以下以对背部肌肉进行肌电检测为例来说明本发明的多导联肌电电极的使用过程,受测者俯卧在病床上,将多导联肌电电极放在受测者的背部上方,四个支撑脚12两两分布于受测者的身体左右两侧,支撑电极支架11,使电极支架11悬空。
然后将多导联肌电电极与肌电检测仪接通。取下电极13,贴于受测者待测的背部肌肉上。此时与电极13对应的数字指示灯亮起,指示正在使用中的电极是哪一对,并在肌电检测仪上建立与数字指示灯的数字相对应的检测数据通道。当医护人员对电极进行观察时,能够容易的将位于肌肉上的电极与检测仪中的检测通道对应起来,便于进行观察。

1.一种多导联肌电电极,其特征在于,包括:
支架,起支撑作用;
多组电极,设置在所述支架上;
其中,所述支架具有电极支架和支撑脚,
所述多组电极成对依次排列在所述电极支架上,
所述支撑脚有两组,分别设置在所述电极支架的两端,支撑所述电极支架。
2.如权利要求1所述的多导联肌电电极,其特征在于:
