技术领域
本发明涉及一种螃蟹饲料。
背景技术
螃蟹是一种味道鲜美而且容易被人体吸收的食品,深为人们喜爱。螃蟹的食品种类较多,各种动物和植物,只要它能嚼的都可吃,这恰恰也影响了螃蟹的肉质的鲜嫩和味道。加之目前市场上很多螃蟹的动物性饲料多采用新鲜货冷冻的小杂鱼及鱼粉为主要原料,存在破坏鱼类资源和容易污染水源等缺点,这些饲料在水中容易变成糊状,不符合螃蟹喜爱成型食品的饮食习惯。而采用植物性饲料为主要原料,虽然能够节约成本、避免破坏鱼类资源等缺点,但其中缺乏足够的蛋白质和钙,且螃蟹对食物中的蛋白质和钙的转化率低,导致螃蟹不能尽快脱壳生长,螃蟹体内蛋白质含量大大降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种营养结构均衡、适口性佳、不易水解污染水源的新型绿色饲料。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种螃蟹饲料,包括以下重量配比的组分:瘦猪肉50-70份,肥猪肉20-30份,鱼鳞粉10-20份,鱼骨粉5-10份,菜籽粕10-20份,醋糟20-30份,蒜5-7份,鱼肝油2-3份。
为了使得螃蟹蜕壳的顺利进行,促进螃蟹的生长发育,本发明螃蟹饲料优选组分的重量配比为:瘦猪肉50-70份,肥猪肉20-30份,鱼鳞粉10-20份,鱼骨粉5-10份,菜籽粕10-20份,醋糟20-30份,蒜5-7份,鱼肝油2-3份,蜕壳素0.1-0.2份,维生素C0.1-0.2份。
本发明的最佳组分重量配比为:瘦猪肉60份,肥猪肉25份,鱼鳞粉15份,鱼骨粉8份,菜籽粕15份,醋糟25份,蒜6份,鱼肝油2份,蜕壳素0.1份,维生素C0.2份。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:通过动物性饲料与植物性饲料的复配,并添加鱼骨粉和鱼鳞粉,提供满足螃蟹生长发育的丰富蛋白质和钙,利用鱼肝油增加对钙的吸收。同时利用肥猪肉增加原料之间的粘结性,不易水解,从而避免对水质的污染。通过添加蒜,增加螃蟹的天然抗病毒能力。同时采用菜籽粕,提供植物性蛋白的同时,由于其特有的清香味,提高饲料的适口性。添加醋糟,既能增加饲料中的多种营养物质,又能废物利用,降低成本,绿色环保。通过添加维生素C和蜕壳素,使得螃蟹蜕壳的顺利进行,促进螃蟹的生长发育。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1
螃蟹饲料各原料重量配比:瘦猪肉60份,肥猪肉25份,鱼鳞粉15份,鱼骨粉8份,菜籽粕15份,醋糟25份,蒜6份,鱼肝油2份,蜕壳素0.1份,维生素C0.2份。
制备方法:取各组分混合打浆后,90-110℃下蒸50-60min,冷却、制粒后,烘干即得本发明螃蟹饲料。
实施例2
螃蟹饲料各原料重量配比:瘦猪肉50份,肥猪肉20份,鱼鳞粉10份,鱼骨粉5份,菜籽粕10份,醋糟20份,蒜5份,鱼肝油2份。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
螃蟹饲料各原料重量配比:瘦猪肉70份,肥猪肉30份,鱼鳞粉20份,鱼骨粉10份,菜籽粕20份,醋糟30份,蒜7份,鱼肝油3份,蜕壳素0.2份,维生素C0.2份。
制备方法同实施例1。
应用实施例
将200只螃蟹按照日龄、体重、健康状况相同的原则将螃蟹平均分为试验组与对照组两组,分开喂养,试验组喂本发明的螃蟹饲料,对照组喂传统螃蟹饲料,平均每只螃蟹每天投食0.15kg,试验期为90天,与对照组相比,试验组各项技术参数指标如下表所示:

2.根据权利要求1所述的螃蟹饲料,其特征在于,包括以下重量配比的组分:瘦猪肉50-70份,肥猪肉20-30份,鱼鳞粉10-20份,鱼骨粉5-10份,菜籽粕10-20份,醋糟20-30份,蒜5-7份,鱼肝油2-3份,蜕壳素0.1-0.2份,维生素C0.1-0.2份。
