用于垃圾桶内垃圾抑菌杀虫丸,涉及杀虫剂制备技术领域,由以下原料组成:苦参35份、黄柏68份、蒲公英24份、马兰草13份、千里光24份、椰子油13份、棕榈油1525份、橄榄油1020份、氢氧化钠3040份、顺丁烯二酸24份、硫酸亚铁35份、壳聚糖68份、紫苏24份、丁香24份、薄荷35份、藿香68份、生石灰100140份、粘接剂1525份。本发明的有益效果为:本发明采用的原材料丰富廉价,制作工艺简便,原料配比合理,原料易得,中草药制备,无毒无害,产品的综合性能较优异,抑菌且具备驱逐蚊虫,效果显著,减少病害的产生,适应各种场合。

技术领域
本发明涉及杀虫剂制备技术领域,具体涉及一种用于垃圾桶内垃圾抑菌杀虫丸及其制备方法。
背景技术
垃圾桶又名废物箱或垃圾箱,就是装放垃圾的地方,垃圾桶多数以塑胶制,用时放入塑料袋,当垃圾一多便可扎起袋丢掉,多数垃圾桶都有盖以防垃圾的异味四散,有些垃圾桶可以以脚踏开启,垃圾桶是人们生活中“藏污纳垢”的容器,也是社会文化的一种折射,家居的垃圾桶多数放于厨房,以便放置厨余,市政垃圾桶存在于各个角落,然而,众所周知,垃圾桶内垃圾一般都是各式各样,而且垃圾处理也是有一定时间的间隔,因此垃圾在实际的存放中,在不同的滋生细菌和吸引蚊虫,很容易造成人身体危害。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种配方合理,制备方法简单,使用效果明显的用于垃圾桶内垃圾抑菌杀虫丸及其制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
用于垃圾桶内垃圾抑菌杀虫丸,其特征在于,由以下组分的原料制成:
苦参3-5份、黄柏6-8份、蒲公英2-4份、马兰草1-3份、千里光2-4份、椰子油1-3份、棕榈油15-25份、橄榄油10-20份、氢氧化钠30-40份、顺丁烯二酸2-4份、硫酸亚铁3-5份、壳聚糖6-8份、紫苏2-4份、丁香2-4份、薄荷3-5份、藿香6-8份、生石灰100-140份、粘接剂15-25份。
各原料的优选重量份为:苦参4份、黄柏7份、蒲公英3份、马兰草2份、千里光3份、椰子油2份、棕榈油20份、橄榄油15份、氢氧化钠35份、顺丁烯二酸3份、硫酸亚铁4份、壳聚糖7份、紫苏3份、丁香3份、薄荷4份、藿香7份、生石灰120份、粘接剂20份。
所述的粘接剂为椿胶,椿胶本身具备一定的气味,此种气味对于蚊虫驱逐有很大作用,同时具备粘接效果,便于丸状物的产生。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种制备本发明用于垃圾桶内垃圾抑菌杀虫丸的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将原料中的苦参、黄柏、蒲公英、马兰草和千里光切段后,至于煎锅中,兑入2-3倍清水,煮沸并恒温煎煮30-40min后,取出分离,得固体药渣A和液体药液A,备用;
2)将原料中的紫苏、丁香、薄荷和藿香进行切段后,至于煎锅中,兑入1-2倍的清水,煮沸并恒温煎煮60-80min后,取出分离,得固体药渣B和液体药液B,备用;
3)选用以烘干机,将步骤1中的固体药渣A和步骤2中的固体药渣B进行混合后,烘干磨粉,得到药粉,备用;
4)将原料中的氢氧化钠、顺丁烯二酸、硫酸亚铁和壳聚糖进行混合合并后,升温至60-80℃,然后将步骤1和步骤2中的液体药液A和液体药液B,加入其中,持续搅拌20-30min后,得到混合药液,备用;
5)选用一搅拌罐,将原料中的生石灰加入其中,然后将原料中的椰子油、棕榈油和橄榄油依次加入其中,加入步骤4中的混合药液加入其中,充分搅拌后得到糊状料;
6)将上述糊状料与步骤3中的药粉和原料中的粘接剂进行合并后,充分搅拌后,制成颗粒直径为5-15mm的丸状物,即可得到。
本发明在使用时:将新替换的垃圾袋内直接加入本品,即可。
本发明中:
原料中采用苦参、黄柏、蒲公英、马兰草和千里光这些具备抑菌杀菌效果的原料进行煎煮后,得到固液相与采用紫苏、丁香、薄荷和藿香这些军备驱逐蚊虫效果的原料进行合并后,有效的起到抑菌杀菌作用,并且采用氢氧化钠、顺丁烯二酸、硫酸亚铁和壳聚糖此类具备协同作用的原料进行合并,效果更加显著,并且与生石灰进行合并粘接后,制备成丸状,包装方便同时,使用也相对简单。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明采用的原材料丰富廉价,制作工艺简便,原料配比合理,原料易得,中草药制备,无毒无害,产品的综合性能较优异,抑菌且具备驱逐蚊虫,效果显著,减少病害的产生,适应各种场合。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
称取苦参3kg、黄柏6kg、蒲公英2kg、马兰草1kg、千里光2kg、椰子油1kg、棕榈油15kg、橄榄油10kg、氢氧化钠30kg、顺丁烯二酸2kg、硫酸亚铁3kg、壳聚糖6kg、紫苏2kg、丁香2kg、薄荷3kg、藿香6kg、生石灰100kg、粘接剂15kg。
实施例2
称取苦参4kg、黄柏7kg、蒲公英3kg、马兰草2kg、千里光3kg、椰子油2kg、棕榈油20kg、橄榄油15kg、氢氧化钠35kg、顺丁烯二酸3kg、硫酸亚铁4kg、壳聚糖7kg、紫苏3kg、丁香3kg、薄荷4kg、藿香7kg、生石灰120kg、粘接剂20kg。
制备上述实施例1和实施例2的方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将原料中的苦参、黄柏、蒲公英、马兰草和千里光切段后,至于煎锅中,兑入2-3倍清水,煮沸并恒温煎煮30-40min后,取出分离,得固体药渣A和液体药液A,备用;
2)将原料中的紫苏、丁香、薄荷和藿香进行切段后,至于煎锅中,兑入1-2倍的清水,煮沸并恒温煎煮60-80min后,取出分离,得固体药渣B和液体药液B,备用;
3)选用以烘干机,将步骤1中的固体药渣A和步骤2中的固体药渣B进行混合后,烘干磨粉,得到药粉,备用;
4)将原料中的氢氧化钠、顺丁烯二酸、硫酸亚铁和壳聚糖进行混合合并后,升温至60-80℃,然后将步骤1和步骤2中的液体药液A和液体药液B,加入其中,持续搅拌20-30min后,得到混合药液,备用;
5)选用一搅拌罐,将原料中的生石灰加入其中,然后将原料中的椰子油、棕榈油和橄榄油依次加入其中,加入步骤4中的混合药液加入其中,充分搅拌后得到糊状料;
6)将上述糊状料与步骤3中的药粉和原料中的粘接剂进行合并后,充分搅拌后,制成颗粒直径为5-15mm的丸状物,即可得到。

苦参3-5份、黄柏6-8份、蒲公英2-4份、马兰草1-3份、千里光2-4份、椰子油1-3份、棕榈油15-25份、橄榄油10-20份、氢氧化钠30-40份、顺丁烯二酸2-4份、硫酸亚铁3-5份、壳聚糖6-8份、紫苏2-4份、丁香2-4份、薄荷3-5份、藿香6-8份、生石灰100-140份、粘接剂15-25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于垃圾桶内垃圾抑菌杀虫丸,其特征在于,各原料的优选重量份为:苦参4份、黄柏7份、蒲公英3份、马兰草2份、千里光3份、椰子油2份、棕榈油20份、橄榄油15份、氢氧化钠35份、顺丁烯二酸3份、硫酸亚铁4份、壳聚糖7份、紫苏3份、丁香3份、薄荷4份、藿香7份、生石灰120份、粘接剂20份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于垃圾桶内垃圾抑菌杀虫丸,其特征在于:所述的粘接剂为椿胶。
4.制备权利要求1或2中用于垃圾桶内垃圾抑菌杀虫丸的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将原料中的苦参、黄柏、蒲公英、马兰草和千里光切段后,至于煎锅中,兑入2-3倍清水,煮沸并恒温煎煮30-40min后,取出分离,得固体药渣A和液体药液A,备用;
2)将原料中的紫苏、丁香、薄荷和藿香进行切段后,至于煎锅中,兑入1-2倍的清水,煮沸并恒温煎煮60-80min后,取出分离, 得固体药渣B和液体药液B,备用;
3)选用以烘干机,将步骤1中的固体药渣A和步骤2中的固体药渣B进行混合后,烘干磨粉,得到药粉,备用;
4)将原料中的氢氧化钠、顺丁烯二酸、硫酸亚铁和壳聚糖进行混合合并后,升温至60-80℃,然后将步骤1和步骤2中的液体药液A和液体药液B,加入其中,持续搅拌20-30min后,得到混合药液,备用;
5)选用一搅拌罐,将原料中的生石灰加入其中,然后将原料中的椰子油、棕榈油和橄榄油依次加入其中,加入步骤4中的混合药液加入其中,充分搅拌后得到糊状料;
6)将上述糊状料与步骤3中的药粉和原料中的粘接剂进行合并后,充分搅拌后,制成颗粒直径为5-15mm的丸状物,即可得到。
