In the related technology, it is pointed out that all current mobile phones on the market use international universal standard size earphones, for example, 3.5mm standard earphones, and because the contact position of the earphone plug of the standard earphone and the contact in the earphone jack on the mobile phone is fixed, the setting position of the contact cannot be adjusted to move inwards, and the size of the whole elastic sheet cannot be shortened, so that for a large screen, compared with the mobile phone, on the premise that the size of the mobile phone shell is fixed, the structural part in the mobile phone shell needs to be correspondingly thinned and shortened to avoid the elastic sheet, and the overall strength of the mobile phone shell is greatly weakened.

Further, the spring portion 21 is provided on the holder case 1 and a part of the spring portion 21 is springable in a radial direction of the earphone jack 11, for example, in one example of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the spring portion 21 may be a plate condition, and one end (e.g., an inner end shown in fig. 1 to 4) of the spring portion 21 may be fixedly connected to the holder case 1 and the other end (e.g., an outer end shown in fig. 1 to 4) may be springable in a radial direction of the earphone jack 11, for example, in another example of the present invention (this example is not shown), the spring portion 21 may be a plate condition with both ends of the spring portion 21 fixedly connected to the holder case 1 and a central portion may be springable in a radial direction of the earphone jack 11.
Further, at least a part of the contact portion 22 is located in the earphone jack 11, that is, only a part of the contact portion 22 may be located in the earphone jack 11, and the contact portion 22 may also be located in the earphone jack 11 entirely, thereby ensuring that the earphone plug is in contact with the contact portion 22 after being inserted into the earphone jack 11, wherein the contact portion 22 is disposed on one side of the elastic portion 21 adjacent to the center line of the earphone jack 11, and the longitudinal dimension of the contact portion 22 in the axial direction of the earphone jack 11 is smaller than the transverse dimension of the contact portion 22 in the circumferential direction of the earphone jack 11, that is, the longitudinal width of the contact portion 22 is shorter in the insertion direction of the earphone plug into the earphone jack 11, and the transverse length of the contact portion 22 is longer in the circumferential direction of the earphone plug.
Therefore, according to the earphone seat 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, the contact portion 22 is processed into a flat structure that is short in the insertion direction, so that the overall size of the contact portion 22 in the insertion direction is effectively reduced on the premise that the contact portion 22 can be well contacted and conducted with an earphone plug, and meanwhile, the overall size of the elastic sheet assembly 2 in the insertion direction can be correspondingly reduced, so that the manufacturing cost can be reduced. In particular, when the elastic sheet assembly 2 is located at the outer end of the earphone jack 11, that is, when the contact portion 22 is disposed adjacent to the outermost end (insertion port) of the earphone jack 11, the overall longitudinal length of the elastic sheet assembly 2 is reduced by reducing the longitudinal dimension of the contact portion 22, so that when the earphone base 100 is used in a terminal device (e.g., a mobile phone), the strength structural member in the housing of the terminal device (e.g., a mobile phone) does not need to be thinned again and again to avoid the elastic sheet assembly 2, thereby equivalently improving the structural strength of the housing, and particularly for some terminal devices with a large screen occupation ratio, the structural strength can be obviously improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the elastic sheet assemblies 2 are multiple sets and are located on the same axial section of the earphone jack 11, that is, the multiple sets of elastic sheet assemblies 2 are all located on a certain plane perpendicular to the axis of the earphone jack 11, so that the contact portions 22 of the multiple sets of elastic sheet assemblies 2 can simultaneously contact with the same ring surface of the earphone plug, thereby further improving the contact yield with the earphone plug. For example, in the examples shown in fig. 1 to 4, the elastic sheet assemblies 2 are two sets and are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the earphone jack 11 in the diameter direction.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the surface of the contact portion 22 is formed as a smooth curved surface protruding toward the center line of the earphone jack 11, that is, the surface of the contact portion 22 has no sharp ridges, so that the contact portion 22 can guide the earphone jack 11 and prevent the earphone plug from being scratched when the earphone plug is inserted into the earphone jack 11.
Preferably, referring to fig. 2, the contact portion 22 is formed in a semi-ellipsoidal shape, that is, the surface of the contact portion 22 is formed as a semi-ellipsoidal curved surface that is convex toward the center line direction of the earphone jack 11, wherein the short diameter of the contact portion 22 is a longitudinal dimension and the long diameter of the contact portion 22 is a transverse dimension. Thus, the contact portion 22 is easily processed, and the contact portion 22 having a longitudinal dimension smaller than a transverse dimension is easily secured.
For example, in some specific examples of the invention, the minor diameter of the semi-ellipsoidal contact portion 22 can be 0.25mm to 0.3mm, for example the minor diameter can be 0.28mm, while the major diameter of the semi-ellipsoidal contact portion 22 can be 0.40 mm. Therefore, the earphone jack 11 is suitable for being plugged with a standard 3.5mm earphone plug and has good compatibility. Here, in general, in order to ensure contact yield and processing realizability, the maximum outer diameter (0.4mm) of the contact portion 22 is not generally reduced so as not to cause a problem that the punch strength is weakened and processing is impossible.
In summary, the applicant has creatively found that the longitudinal dimension of the entire dome assembly 2 can be reduced by shortening the entire longitudinal dimension of the contact portion 22 by making the contact portion 22 into a flat shape without moving the contact portion 22 inward, that is, while the arrangement position of the contact portion 22 is fixed. The terminal device may be a music player (e.g., MP3, MP4, etc.), a mobile phone, or a computer.
Other configurations of the terminal device according to the embodiment of the present invention, such as a control panel and a screen, and operations thereof, are known to those of ordinary skill in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
According to the terminal device of the embodiment of the present invention, by providing the earphone socket 100 of the first aspect embodiment, the overall performance of the terminal device is improved.
