Abstract

本发明提供一种无线通信设备,其包括壳体和基板,该壳体上开设一间隔槽,该间隔槽将该壳体划分为间隔设置的辐射区和接地区,该辐射区包括馈入点、第一接地点和第二接地点,该第一接地点及第二接地点均与基板电连接后通过接地区系统接地,电流由馈入点经辐射区,并通过第二接地点及接地区系统接地以形成电流回路,从而使无线通信设备工作于低频频段;电流由该馈入点经辐射区,并通过第一接地点及接地区系统接地形成电流路径,从而使无线通信设备工作于高频频段。该无线通信设备将壳体的一部分作为天线的辐射区,其设计合理,具有良好的通信效果。

无线通信设备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种无线通讯设备,尤其涉及一种金属外壳作为天线的无线通讯设备。
背景技术
具有金属外壳的无线通信设备在消费市场上备受关注,其原因不仅是金属外壳对于电子装置散热有帮助,同时其具有强耐力以抵制外部的冲击或划痕的优势,使得越来越多的金属外壳被应用于无线通信设备中。然而,金属外壳会对置于无线通信设备内部的天线造成屏蔽,降低了无线通信设备的通信特性。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种将天线整合在金属壳体上且能保持良好通信效果的无线通信设备。
一种无线通信设备,其包括壳体和基板,该壳体上开设一间隔槽,该间隔槽将该壳体划分为间隔设置的辐射区和接地区,该辐射区包括馈入点、第一接地点和第二接地点,该第一接地点及第二接地点均与基板电连接后通过接地区系统接地,电流由馈入点经辐射区,并通过第二接地点及接地区系统接地以形成电流回路,从而使无线通信设备工作于低频频段;电流由该馈入点经辐射区,并通过第一接地点及接地区系统接地形成电流路径,从而使无线通信设备工作于高频频段。
本发明的无线通信设备将壳体的一部分作为天线的辐射区,并在辐射区设置馈入点、第一接地点和第二接地点,该辐射区天与基板电连接以得到低频频段和高频频段,从而获得到良好的天线特性。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本发明的无线通信设备100可以是手机、掌上电脑等,本实施方式以手机为例加以说明。该无线通信设备100包括壳体10和基板(图未示),在本实施例中,该壳体10为金属材质,其宽度为75mm;该基板为该无线通信设备100的系统电路板。该壳体10的一部分作为天线结构20。
该壳体10进一步包括相对平行的第一边11和第二边12。
该壳体10上开设一间隔槽23,从而将该壳体10划分为间隔设置的接地区21和辐射区22。该接地区21、辐射区22和间隔槽23构成所述天线结构20。本实施方式中,该辐射区22的宽度约为10mm,该间隔槽23为宽度为1.3mm,其内部填充非导电材料以电性隔离该接地区21及辐射区22。该辐射区22上设置馈入点223、第一接地点224和第二接地点225。该第二接地点225距该壳体10的第一边11的距离为21mm,该基板包括一匹配电路31(参见图2),该第二接地点225串联该匹配电路31后接入接地区21。该无线通信设备100于第二接地点225的两侧分别设置一第一置放元件221及一第二置放元件222,本实施方式中,该第一置放元件221及第二置放元件222分别为音频插座、USB连接器,该第一置放元件221、第二置放元件222均与基板电连接。该第一接地点224距该壳体10的第二边12的距离为14mm,该第一接地点224与基板电连接后接入该接地区21。该馈入点223距离该第二边12的距离为18mm,该馈入点223与基板电性连接。该第一置放元件221、第二置放元件222统称为连接元件。该接地区21可通过螺钉锁固或弹片连接等方式与基板电性连接,以作为该无线通信设备100的系统接地。
请参阅图2,该匹配电路31包括第一引脚311、开关312、第二引脚313、第一负载L1、第二负载L2和第三负载L3,该第一引脚311与基板上的系统接地点电连接,该开关312一端与该第一引脚311连接,另一端可切换地电性连接于该第一负载L1、第二负载L2及第三负载L3,该第一负载L1、第二负载L2和第三负载L3并联后与该第二引脚313连接,该第二引脚313电连接于该第二接地点225。第一负载L1、第二负载L2和第三负载L3统称为负载。
请结合参阅图3和图4,该无线通信设备100工作时,通过开关312切换该第一负载L1、第二负载L2、第三负载L3以获得不同的低频频段,本实施方式中,第一负载L1、第二负载L2、第三负载L3为电感,其电感值分别为12n、8.2n、4.7n时,当该开关312于不同电感之间切换时,可获得700MHZ至900MHZ的低频频段。当电感足够大时,该匹配电路31可视为通路,其可影响无线通信设备100的高频频段。
该辐射区22从馈入点223获得电流,流过辐射区22的电流经第二接地点225并通过该匹配电路31后接入系统接地以形成电流回路,以便天线结构20工作于700MHZ至900MHZ的频段;流过辐射区22的电流经第一接地点224后通过基板接入系统接地形成电流回路,如此形成电流路径,以便天线结构20工作于1710MHZ至2690MHZ的高频频段。由图3及图4可以看出,该无线通信设备100在700MHZ至900MHZ及1710MHZ至2690MHZ的频段内均满足天线设计的要求。
本发明的无线通信设备100将该壳体10的一部分作为天线的辐射区22,从而将天线整合在金属壳体上。此外,该天线结构20通过调节匹配电路31的负载调整低频频段,从而获得到良好的天线特性。

Claims (7)

1.一种无线通信设备,其包括壳体和基板,其特征在于:该壳体上开设一间隔槽,该间隔槽将该壳体划分为间隔设置的辐射区和接地区,该辐射区包括馈入点、第一接地点和第二接地点,该第一接地点及第二接地点均与基板电连接后通过接地区系统接地,电流由馈入点经辐射区,并通过第二接地点及接地区系统接地以形成电流回路,从而使无线通信设备工作于低频频段;电流由该馈入点经辐射区,并通过第一接地点及接地区系统接地形成电流路径,从而使无线通信设备工作于高频频段。
2.如权利要求1所述的无线通信设备,其特征在于:该间隔槽内填充非导电材料以电性隔离该辐射区和该接地区。
3.如权利要求1所述的无线通信设备,其特征在于:该基板上设置匹配电路,其包括第一引脚、开关、第二引脚,该第一引脚与基板电连接,该开关一端连接该第一引脚,另一端连接负载,该第二引脚一端连接该负载,另一端连接于该第二接地点。
4.如权利要求3所述的无线通信设备,其特征在于:该负载包括第一负载、第二负载和第三负载,该第一负载、第二负载、第三负载并联于开关及第二引脚之间。
5.如权利要求1所述的无线通信设备,其特征在于:该无线通信设备还包括一第一置放元件和一第二置放元件,该第一置放元件和第二置放元件分别设置于该第二接地点的两侧,并均与基板电连接。
6.如权利要求1所述的无线通信设备,其特征在于:该壳体包括第一边和第二边,该第二接地点距离该第一边的距离为21mm,该第一接地点距离该第二边的距离为14mm,该馈入点距离该第二边的距离为18mm。
7.如权利要求1所述的无线通信设备,其特征在于:该接地区通过螺钉锁固或弹片连接与基板电性连接,作为该无线通信设备的系统接地。
