in the same embodiment, further: the cloud platform is further provided with a review mechanism user subsystem, and a review mechanism user can call internal data of a hydropower station information data storage unit corresponding to a hydropower station user establishing a review cooperation agreement with the user through the review mechanism user subsystem for review according to the authorization condition of the background database. In the same embodiment, further: the cloud platform is also provided with a hydropower station maintenance user subsystem, a hydropower station maintenance user can log in the hydropower station maintenance user subsystem through any terminal, and the hydropower station information data stored by the hydropower station user corresponding to the authority range of the hydropower station maintenance user is called, so that the condition of the hydropower station can be monitored in real time conveniently, and the hydropower station maintenance user can timely respond to the information and know the fault condition of a site in advance.
To further understand the present solution, the following explanation is made according to the differences of the user subsystems:
1. the hydropower station user subsystem is provided with a hydropower station database, the hydropower station database is respectively provided with a hydropower station information data storage unit for each registered hydropower station, a hydropower station user can perform data interaction with the corresponding hydropower station information data storage unit of the user through the hydropower station user subsystem, the basic function of the hydropower station user subsystem is used for providing management of the hydropower station user on own hydropower station data, an interaction interface is arranged according to an interface required by the hydropower station data interaction and is not repeated, the essential point of the system is that each hydropower station user is provided with an independent data storage unit, the required data can be logged in and uploaded through a terminal for backup, it is required to be noted that under the data structure of the hydropower station information data storage unit, a superior department and a review organization can only call data within the authority range, namely data required by review, and have no right to call other internal data, the other internal output storage calls are only used for providing management application of the hydropower station, for example, the hydropower station information data storage unit stores the hydropower station patrol item information and corresponding patrol rule information, staff information, meeting record information and patrol result information which can be called, but the other hydropower station internal information needs authorization of hydropower station users or can not be called by direct sealing.
The core function and implementation of the hydropower station user subsystem are explained below, the hydropower station user subsystem is provided with a sub-account management module, hydropower station users respectively configure sub-accounts for hydropower station workers through the sub-account management module, and the hydropower station workers can call or modify the in-warehouse information of the hydropower station information data storage unit of the hydropower station within the permission range of the sub-account management module. The sub-account is created according to administrator authentication.
After a hydropower station user (administrator) passes terminal verification, a form generation module is accessed to complete first configuration, the form generation module calls an option form output in a resource database, the hydropower station user selects a patrol item corresponding to the hydropower station requirement according to the option, the form generation module generates a patrol form corresponding to the hydropower station according to the selection result of the hydropower station user and stores patrol form data in a hydropower station information data storage unit, and the form generation module forms the patrol form according to the selection result of the administrator for use by patrol workers.
After a hydropower station user (administrator) passes the terminal verification, the two-dimension code or bar code generating module respectively generates two-dimension code bar codes according to hydropower station requirement inspection items, when any user scans the two-dimension code bar codes through the terminal within the range authorized by the user management module, corresponding inspection item information can be obtained, and the administrator pastes the two-dimension code bar codes to corresponding inspection places.
After a hydropower station user (administrator) passes the terminal verification, a route generation module configures a routing inspection sequence for all routing inspection items of the hydropower station, the route generation module stores the routing inspection sequence, and when a worker or an inspection worker in the hydropower station needs to perform routing inspection work in the hydropower station, the route generation module calls the routing inspection sequence to prompt the user of a next target routing inspection place and routing inspection rules.
For further understanding, a routing inspection process of a hydropower station is introduced, and referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 discloses an application of the routing inspection process to a user subsystem of the hydropower station under an embodiment, firstly, an administrator enters the user subsystem to perform configuration work, the configuration work is divided into two categories, one of which is configuration data generation, the content includes a universal template obtained through a website, namely a template recording all routing inspection items, the settings of the corresponding hydropower station are selected in a checking mode to form a special equipment routing inspection list, routing inspection rule data corresponding to each routing inspection item are also obtained and stored in a corresponding storage unit while the routing inspection list is generated, a two-dimensional code or bar code generation module configures two-dimensional codes or bar codes according to the corresponding routing inspection items and displays the corresponding two-dimensional code graphs or bar codes, and the administrator can print or fix the two-dimensional codes or bar code graphs at the corresponding routing inspection places in other modes, the optimal route generation module generates an optimal route according to the following principle: when a two-dimensional code or a bar code is fixed in each inspection place, the code scanning is needed to store and record, and the sequence determined by the first time of code scanning of an administrator is used as an optimal route, so that the follow-up inspection is facilitated; secondly, a manager for establishing the sub-account can manage related workers according to actual conditions, the sub-account is established, the workers log in through the mobile terminal APP to perform corresponding operation, and the manager can push working information to the related workers in a user subsystem of the hydropower station; and the flow of patrolling and examining is as follows patrolling and examining personnel and scanning two-dimensional code or bar code on the object of patrolling and examining with panel computer or arbitrary mobile terminal, and the corresponding list appears according to two-dimensional code or the bar code of scanning in the system, and the personnel of patrolling and examining collude the option in the line form list according to the on-the-spot condition of observation to confirm, pass through simultaneously and pass on the evidence, attach the written description, if for example the object of patrolling and examining is the dam, then can appear when sweeping the code and patrol: 1, stabilizing the foundation; 2. stabilizing the dam abutment; 3. information such as leakage does not exist to remind the polling personnel of polling attention items, and meanwhile, when the polling personnel complete polling, all polling related data exist locally through the cache module, and data uploading synchronization is carried out through the synchronization module under the condition of network conditions; when the inspection is finished every time, the next inspection object is automatically prompted until all inspection objects are finished, and it needs to be explained that all corresponding data can be downloaded by only logging in a hydropower station user subsystem by a terminal used by a worker, and the data does not need to be synchronized in real time, so that troubles are caused.
In addition to the above contents, the hydropower station user can upload various records, such as conference contents, on-duty records of workers, ledgers and other data, to the hydropower station database on a terminal, a PC or a tablet, so that later-stage reference is facilitated. In addition, the hydropower station user can inquire national laws, standard standards, regulations and emergency plans and the like in a hydropower station user subsystem without turning over paper data as before, so that the hydropower station is faster.
The evaluation mechanism user subsystem is configured with evaluation mechanism data, the evaluation mechanism database is respectively configured with evaluation mechanism information storage units for each registered evaluation mechanism, and the evaluation mechanism user can perform data interaction with the evaluation mechanism information data storage unit corresponding to the user through the evaluation mechanism user subsystem;
the water conservancy administrative management department user subsystem is configured with a water conservancy administrative management department database, and the water conservancy administrative management department database is respectively configured with a water conservancy administrative management department information storage unit for each registered water conservancy administrative management department; a water conservancy administrative management department user can perform data interaction with a water conservancy administrative management department information data storage unit corresponding to the user through a water conservancy administrative management department user subsystem;
the system comprises a background management user subsystem, a resource database and a background database, wherein the background management user subsystem manages and authorizes users such as a hydropower station user subsystem, a review mechanism user subsystem, a water conservancy administrative management department user subsystem and a hydropower station maintenance user subsystem; the management user can access the resource database and the background database through the background management user subsystem. The big data analysis module functions as follows: the system gives the authority of calling data of all users to the big data analysis module to analyze through an algorithm built in the module, and then the background management module or the administrative department can call the data in the authority range to facilitate analysis.

The water conservancy administrative department user subsystem is detailed below, because the water conservancy administrative department is used as a supervision department, the authority of the water conservancy administrative department user subsystem corresponding to the water conservancy administrative department is higher, but in order to avoid confusion of authority responsibility, the authority is configured according to the level of the water conservancy administrative department, information of users of hydropower stations is divided according to the jurisdiction of the water conservancy administrative department, for example, county-level water conservancy bureau can only call hydropower station information in the jurisdiction, the data is directly configured according to registration information filled when users of the hydropower stations register, the configuration is directly completed after background verification, the water conservancy administrative department can carry out qualification authorization of different levels on registered evaluation mechanisms, and qualification data is uploaded to a background database of a management platform. The water conservancy administrative management department information data storage unit stores information of the managed hydropower stations, spot check data information and spot check result information. The processes of spot check and audit of the water conservancy administrative department are similar to those of the review organization, and are not described herein.
4. Each user subsystem can be accessed through the mobile terminal and the PC terminal, the access mode is not limited, and verification and data interaction can be performed through the modes of webpages, APPs and the like.

a standard cloud system for safe production of rural hydropower stations is different from the first embodiment in that a cloud platform is provided with a hydropower station user subsystem and a review organization user subsystem;
