Abstract
The invention provides a switching value acquisition circuit with a fault detection function, wherein a control switch is provided with an opening position and a closing position, and the switching value acquisition circuit comprises an opening state monitoring unit, a switching value detection unit and a switching value detection unit, wherein the opening state monitoring unit corresponds to the opening position and is used for monitoring whether the control switch is in the opening position or not; a closing state monitoring unit corresponding to the closing position for monitoring whether the control switch is at the closing position; and the sampling circuit is provided with a first sampling input port and a second sampling input port, the first sampling input port is connected with the open state monitoring unit through a first extraction circuit unit, and the second sampling input port is connected with the closed state monitoring unit through a second extraction circuit unit. The invention has the advantages that: the data is not judged correctly by the switch state of a single channel, but two groups of data on one switch are judged simultaneously, and as a judgment criterion, the possibility of misjudgment is eliminated from the design source, and the source of the fault is ensured to be readable and searchable.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the collection of the opening and closing quantity of a control panel of an airborne device, in particular to a circuit and a method for collecting the opening and closing quantity with a fault detection function.
Background
Modern aircraft place higher demands on the reliability of the on-board equipment, in particular the fault tolerance of the equipment and the coverage of the self-test functions. Modern aircraft have a large variety of control panels with various switching devices. The hidden faults caused by the acquisition of the switching value can cause a series of false actions of a rear-stage system, so that the safety of the civil aircraft is also influenced. The design of the switching value acquisition circuit with the error detection function has important significance in the aspect of guaranteeing the flight safety of civil aircraft.
In the past civil aircraft, the acquisition of switching value on various control panels only ensures the correctness of data on a single switching value data sampling channel, and the error of data acquired by a circuit caused by the occurrence of problems of the switch itself or faults such as disconnection of a connection path is not considered.
In general, the defect of single switching value data acquisition has two points, the first defect is that the switching value has three states of high potential, low potential and suspension, and the suspension quantity cannot be extracted by the single switching value data acquisition, so that the judgment of an upper system is disordered; a second drawback is that when a hard failure occurs in the switch body or the data transmission path, the collection of the switching value may be incorrect, and the collection system of the switching value cannot recognize the error, and the error may be transmitted to the upper system of the aircraft, which may cause incorrect interlocking action of the aircraft.
Therefore, there is a need for improvements to existing methods of switching value data acquisition.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a design of a switching value acquisition circuit with a fault detection function, which solves the problem that the suspended state cannot be accurately identified in the existing switching value acquisition circuit, and unnecessary interlocking action generated by an airplane is caused by hidden faults.

a closing state monitoring unit corresponding to the closing position for monitoring whether the control switch is at the closing position; the method comprises the steps of,
the sampling circuit 3 is provided with a first sampling input port and a second sampling input port, the first sampling input port is connected with the open state monitoring unit through a first extraction circuit unit 2, and the second sampling input port is connected with the closed state monitoring unit through a second extraction circuit unit.
