燃气调压箱是一种燃气输配系统中的重要部分，具有结构紧凑、占地面积小、使用方便等优点，燃气调压箱运作过程中在管道吹扫方面还存在一些缺陷，其通气作业前需要对管道吹扫，避免混合气体存在。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于提供一种有效的燃气调压箱混合气体吹扫通气组件。
本发明是这样实现的。燃气调压箱混合气体吹扫通气组件，包括一个机体，在机体上设置运作感应模块、气体感应模块、远程通讯模块、管理模块，运行时，运作感应模块感应机体的通气运作情况，气体感应模块感应管道内混合气体含量情况，感应到的信息通过远程通讯模块传输到管理模块处理。
燃气调压箱混合气体吹扫通气组件，在运作感应模块上设置运作对话框，确认是否进行下一阶段的运作。
燃气调压箱混合气体吹扫通气组件，在气体感应模块上设置气体示意模块，实时示意各个时期管道内气体混合情况。
燃气调压箱混合气体吹扫通气组件，在管理模块上设置提示模块，当感应到管道内存在混合气体进行通气时，发出提示。
燃气调压箱混合气体吹扫通气组件，提示模块发出提示的方式为声音或者LED显示。
上述燃气调压箱混合气体吹扫通气组件，在通气作业前进行管道吹扫，避免混合气体存在而影响运行效果。

1.燃气调压箱混合气体吹扫通气组件，其特征在于包括一个机体(1)，在机体(1)上设置运作感应模块(2)、气体感应模块(3)、远程通讯模块(4)、管理模块(5)，运行时，运作感应模块(2)感应机体(1)的通气运作情况，气体感应模块(3)感应管道内混合气体含量情况，感应到的信息通过远程通讯模块(4)传输到管理模块(5)处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的燃气调压箱混合气体吹扫通气组件，其特征在于在运作感应模块(2)上设置运作对话框(6)，确认是否进行下一阶段的运作。
3.根据权利要求1所述的燃气调压箱混合气体吹扫通气组件，其特征在于在气体感应模块(3)上设置气体示意模块(7)，实时示意各个时期管道内气体混合情况。
4.根据权利要求1所述的燃气调压箱混合气体吹扫通气组件，其特征在于在管理模块(5)上设置提示模块(8)，当感应到管道内存在混合气体进行通气时，发出提示。
5.根据权利要求4所述的燃气调压箱混合气体吹扫通气组件，其特征在于提示模块(8)发出提示的方式为声音或者LED显示。
