本发明公开一种带有按键密码的多功能锁具,包括电子锁、印制电路板、PLC无线GPRS模块、压力传感器和振动传感器,所述电子锁上面设置有天线,所述印制电路板、PLC无线GPRS模块、压力传感器和振动传感器均位于电子锁内部,所述电子锁、PLC无线GPRS模块、压力传感器、振动传感器和天线均与印制电路板电性连接,所述电子锁表面涂有电磁屏蔽涂料,该带有按键密码的多功能锁具具有远程报警功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种带有按键密码的多功能锁具。
背景技术
电子密码锁是一种通过密码输入来控制电路或是芯片工作(访问控制系统),从而控制机械开关的闭合,完成开锁、闭锁任务的电子产品。它的种类很多,有简易的电路产品,也有基于芯片的性价比较高的产品。现在应用较广的电子密码锁是以芯片为核心,通过编程来实现的。
电子锁在安全技术防范领域,具有防盗报警功能的电子密码锁代替传统的机械式密码锁,克服了机械式密码锁密码量少、安全性能差的缺点,使密码锁无论在技术上还是在性能上都大大提高一步。
但是目前的电子密码锁缺乏自动报警功能,难以满足市场的需求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有远程报警功能的带有按键密码的多功能锁具。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种带有按键密码的多功能锁具,包括电子锁、印制电路板、PLC无线GPRS模块、压力传感器和振动传感器,所述电子锁上面设置有天线,所述印制电路板、PLC无线GPRS模块、压力传感器和振动传感器均位于电子锁内部,所述电子锁、PLC无线GPRS模块、压力传感器、振动传感器和天线均与印制电路板电性连接,所述PLC无线GPRS模块上插有SIM卡,所述电子锁表面涂有电磁屏蔽涂料,所述电磁屏蔽涂料由按重量份数配比的石墨烯8-10份、磁粉6-8份、钢粉5-7份、氧化锑1-3份、二氧化钛5-7份、氧化锡10-12份、碳黑5-7份、环氧树脂19-21份、UV光油10-12份、氯化锌2-4份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯10-12份、聚硅氧烷20-22份、聚硅酸乙酯10-15份和水溶性酚醛改性醇酸树脂38-40份组成。
作为优选,所述压力传感器和振动传感器均镶嵌于电子锁内表面。
作为优选,所述压力传感器和振动传感器均设置有一个以上。
作为优选,所述电磁屏蔽涂料的涂抹厚度为0.2-0.3cm。
本发明的有益效果为:通过在电子锁内设置有印制电路板和PLC无线GPRS模块,配合有压力传感器和振动传感器,当有人破坏锁的时候,压力传感器和振动传感器将信号传送到PLC无线GPRS模块,PLC无线GPRS模块对用户进行报警。

如图1所示,一种带有按键密码的多功能锁具,包括电子锁1、印制电路板2、PLC无线GPRS模块3、压力传感器4和振动传感器5,所述电子锁1上面设置有天线6,所述印制电路板2、PLC无线GPRS模块3、压力传感器4和振动传感器5均位于电子锁1内部,所述电子锁1、PLC无线GPRS模块3、压力传感器4、振动传感器5和天线6均与印制电路板2电性连接,所述PLC无线GPRS模块3上插有SIM卡(未图示),所述电子锁1表面涂有电磁屏蔽涂料(未图示),所述电磁屏蔽涂料由按重量份数配比的石墨烯9份、磁粉7份、钢粉6份、氧化锑2份、二氧化钛6份、氧化锡11份、碳黑6份、环氧树脂20份、UV光油11份、氯化锌3份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯11份、聚硅氧烷21份、聚硅酸乙酯13份和水溶性酚醛改性醇酸树脂39份组成。
所述压力传感器4和振动传感器5均镶嵌于电子锁1内表面。
所述压力传感器4和振动传感器5均设置有一个以上。
所述电磁屏蔽涂料的涂抹厚度为0.2-0.3cm。
本发明的有益效果为:通过在电子锁内设置有印制电路板和PLC无线GPRS模块,配合有压力传感器和振动传感器,当有人破坏锁的时候,压力传感器和振动传感器将信号传送到PLC无线GPRS模块,PLC无线GPRS模块对用户进行报警

1.一种带有按键密码的多功能锁具,其特征在于:包括电子锁、印制电路板、PLC无线GPRS模块、压力传感器和振动传感器,所述电子锁上面设置有天线,所述印制电路板、PLC无线GPRS模块、压力传感器和振动传感器均位于电子锁内部,所述电子锁、PLC无线GPRS模块、压力传感器、振动传感器和天线均与印制电路板电性连接,所述PLC无线GPRS模块上插有SIM卡,所述电子锁表面涂有电磁屏蔽涂料,所述电磁屏蔽涂料由按重量份数配比的石墨烯8-10份、磁粉6-8份、钢粉5-7份、氧化锑1-3份、二氧化钛5-7份、氧化锡10-12份、碳黑5-7份、环氧树脂19-21份、UV光油10-12份、氯化锌2-4份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯10-12份、聚硅氧烷20-22份、聚硅酸乙酯10-15份和水溶性酚醛改性醇酸树脂38-40份组成。
