一种智能调光防弹玻璃
技术领域
本发明涉及一种智能调光防弹玻璃,属于玻璃加工及制造技术领域。
背景技术
随着我国四大发明之一的火药技术传入欧洲,西方人发明了枪支弹药,从而人类社会进入热兵器时代。与弓箭、刀矛等冷兵器不同,枪弹对物体具有极强的穿透力,从而使盾牌、甲胄等传统防御武器失去了效用。
夹层玻璃又称夹胶玻璃,就是在两块玻璃之间夹进一层以聚乙烯醇缩丁醛为主要成分的PVB中间膜。玻璃即使碎裂,碎片也会被粘在薄膜上,破碎的玻璃表面仍保持整洁光滑。这就有效防止了碎片扎伤和穿透坠落事件的发生,确保了人身安全。
防弹玻璃实际上是夹层玻璃一种,它是由多层玻璃和胶片叠合制成,总厚度一般在20mm以上,要求较高的防弹玻璃总厚度可以达到50mm以上。
防弹玻璃的使用安全效果主要有两个判断标准,第一子弹不得贯穿,若子弹穿破而过即丧失了屏护作用;第二不能背面玻璃掉碴,因为碎碴的飞溅也可能伤及人身。
智能调光玻璃是两层玻璃之间夹着液晶膜,液晶膜两面覆盖PVB膜或EVA膜,经高温高压胶合成一体的夹层结构的光电玻璃产品。使用者通过控制电流的通断与否实现玻璃透明与不透明状态切换,起到保护隐私等特殊功能。由于智能调光玻璃的夹层结构特点,它同时具备安全玻璃的特点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种能够提升防弹玻璃的实际使用效果,丰富防弹玻璃的应用场合,结合防弹玻璃的特殊构造,把智能调光膜应用在防弹玻璃上的智能调光防弹玻璃。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案如下:一种智能调光防弹玻璃,它主要包括第一层浮法玻璃、第二层浮法玻璃和第三层浮法玻璃;所述的第一层浮法玻璃和第二层浮法玻璃之间设有一层智能调光膜,智能调光膜和第一层玻璃之间有一层用以胶合作用的第一PVB胶片,智能调光膜和第二层玻璃之间也有一层用以胶合作用的第二PVB胶片;所述的第二层浮法玻璃与第三层浮法玻璃之间至少有一层用以胶合作用的第三PVB胶片。
作为优选:所述智能调光膜的厚度为1.0~1.2mm,开关电压为36~75伏特,关闭时的透光率是2.0~2.5%,打开时的透光率是67~72%;所述第一PVB胶片、第二PVB胶片以及第三PVB胶片的厚度分别为0.76~1.14mm;所述PVB胶片通过高温高压胶合在第一层玻璃和智能调光膜之间,PVB胶片通过高温高压胶合在第二层玻璃和智能调光膜之间,PVB胶片通过高温高压胶合在第二层玻璃和第三次玻璃之间,形成一种具有智能调光功能的防弹玻璃。
作为优选:所述的智能调光膜上设置有多种方便电路控制的控制开关;所述智能调光膜包括两层PET膜,在两层PET导电膜之间是一层聚合物分散液晶膜,PET膜的内表面设有ITO导电层。
作为优选:所述智能调光膜的两层PET膜内表面的ITO导电层分别与两个电极焊接,两个电极分别引出导线与外电源连接。
本发明的第一片玻璃和第二片玻璃之间设一层智能调光膜,通过智能调光膜的断电与否来实现防弹玻璃在透明与不透明状态的切换,拓宽了防弹玻璃的应用场合,特别是银行柜台使用智能调光防弹玻璃后,在遇到持枪劫匪抢劫时,柜台人员能迅速断电,劫匪看不到柜台里面人员所采取的措施和动作,有效提高安保效果。
与现有防弹玻璃相比,本发明在普通防弹玻璃的基础上增加智能调光功能,通过智能调光膜的断电与否来实现防弹玻璃在透明与不透明状态的切换,拓宽了防弹玻璃的应用场合,有效提高安保效果。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明作详细的介绍:图1所示,本发明所述的一种智能调光防弹玻璃,它主要包括三层浮法玻璃101、102、103,所述的第一层浮法玻璃101和第二层浮法玻璃102之间设有一层智能调光膜M,在智能调光膜M的两个面分别设用以胶合作用的第一和第二PVB胶片201、202,在第二层浮法玻璃102和第三层浮法玻璃103之间设有用以胶合作用的第三PVB胶片203。
本发明所述第一、第二、第三PVB胶片201、202、203的厚度分别为1.14~1.52mm;所述智能调光膜M的厚度为1.0~1.2mm,开关电压为36~75伏特,关闭时的透光率是2.0~2.5%,打开时的透光率是67~72%;所述的第一层浮法玻璃101、第二层浮法玻璃102和第三层浮法玻璃103的厚度为8mm。
图中所示,本发明所述第一PVB胶片201通过高温高压胶合在第一层浮法玻璃层101和智能调光膜M之间、第二PVB膜片202通过高温高压胶合在第二浮法玻璃层102和智能调光膜M之间,第三PVB膜片203通过高温高压胶合在第二层浮法玻璃102和第三层浮法玻璃103之间,形成一种具有智能调光功能的新型防弹玻璃。
本发明所述的智能调光膜M上设置有多种方便电路控制的控制开关;所述智能调光膜包括两层PET膜,在两层PET导电膜之间是一层聚合物分散液晶膜,PET膜的内表面设有ITO导电层。
所述智能调光膜M的两片PET膜内表面的ITO导电层分别与两个电极焊接,两个电极分别引出导线以备与外电源连接。

1.一种智能调光防弹玻璃,它主要包括第一层浮法玻璃(101)、第二层浮法玻璃(102)和第三层浮法玻璃(103);其特征在于所述的第一层浮法玻璃(101)和第二层浮法玻璃(102)之间设有一层智能调光膜(M),智能调光膜(M)和第一层玻璃之间有一层用以胶合作用的第一PVB胶片(201),智能调光膜(M)和第二层玻璃之间也有一层用以胶合作用的第二PVB胶片(202);所述的第二层浮法玻璃与第三层浮法玻璃之间至少有一层用以胶合作用的第三PVB胶片(203)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的智能调光防火玻璃,其特征在于所述智能调光膜(M)的厚度为1.0~1.2mm,开关电压为36~75伏特,关闭时的透光率是2.0~2.5%,打开时的透光率是67~72%;所述第一PVB胶片(201)、第二PVB胶片(202)以及第三PVB胶片(203)的厚度分别为0.76~1.14mm;所述PVB胶片(201)通过高温高压胶合在第一层玻璃(101)和智能调光膜(M)之间,PVB胶片(202)通过高温高压胶合在第二层玻璃(102)和智能调光膜(M)之间,PVB胶片(203)通过高温高压胶合在第二层玻璃(102)和第三次玻璃(103)之间,形成一种具有智能调光功能的防弹玻璃。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的智能调光防弹玻璃,其特征在于所述的智能调光膜(M)上设置有多种方便电路控制的控制开关;所述智能调光膜(M)包括两层PET膜,在两层PET导电膜之间是一层聚合物分散液晶膜,PET膜的内表面设有ITO导电层。
