“高宽比”表示轮胎截面高度与其截面宽度之比。
“轴向”和“轴向地”表示平行于轮胎的旋转轴线的线或方向。

“径向”和“径向地”表示径向地朝着或远离轮胎的旋转轴线的方向。
“径向帘布层结构”表示一个或多个胎体帘布层,或者至少一个帘布层具有相对于轮胎的赤道面以在65º到90º之间的角度取向的增强帘线。
“径向帘布层轮胎”表示带束或圆周限制的充气轮胎,其中从胎圈延伸至胎圈的帘布层帘线相对于轮胎的赤道面成在65°和90°之间的帘线角放置。
“侧壁”表示轮胎的在胎面与胎圈之间的部分。

具体实施方式
图1示出了连接到虚线示出的挤压机组件G的十字头模具组件100。组件G可包括齿轮泵与挤压机的组合,或者挤压机。组件G供给弹性材料给十字头模具组件。如图1中所示,多个平行增强帘线110进入十字头模具组件100并且被包入弹性材料,以形成增强帘布层材料120的条,其从模具200的出口通道202输出。条具有80mm的典型宽度,厚度为1.2mm。
十字头模具组件100具有上部支撑块130,下部支撑块140和内部部分150。入口部分160位于十字头模具组件的一端上并且连接到上部支撑块130,下部支撑块140和内部部分150。上部支撑块130,下部支撑块140和内部部分全部可移除地连接到组件100。
十字头模具组件100的截面在图2中示出。入口部分160具有入口通道162用于从挤压机(未示出)或挤压机-齿轮泵组件G接收弹性体材料。入口通道162将弹性体流输送至筛网过滤器164。如图14中所示,入口部分160容易地从组件100移除,而不需要完全拆卸模具组件,以更换或存取筛网过滤器164。筛网过滤器164容易地移除和更换。
如图2中所示,来自挤压机的弹性体流进入组件100并且分离成上部流体通道170和下部流体通道180。上部流体通道170由可移除的上部嵌件板172和可移除的下部嵌件板174形成。可移除的上部嵌件板172(图5)具有90度流动路径176,其与下部嵌件板174的90度流动路径178(图6)相配合,以形成上部流体通道170。同样地,下部流体通道180在可移除的上部嵌件板182(图7)和下部嵌件板184之间以90度流动路径形成,其相配合以形成下部流体通道180。优选地,下部嵌件板174和上部嵌件板182具有锥形出口端173,183。来自上部流体通道170和下部流体通道180的弹性体流进入型材模具200。型材模具200可移除地安装到十字头组件100。如图1所示,型材模具200具有出口孔202用于使帘布层条从组件100离开。
如图8所示,十字头模具组件100具有可移除盒400用于供给增强帘线110到平行对齐的十字头模具组件中。盒400被容纳在位于内部部分150中的矩形狭槽402中。如图9中所示,矩形狭槽402从十字头模具组件的入口侧402延伸到出口侧404。狭槽402与上部和下部流体通道170、180中的弹性体流分开并隔离。狭槽具有上部和下部壁410、412以及第一和第二侧壁414、416,其隔离盒并且因此允许盒从组件移除而不干扰弹性体流。图10示出了盒400中的帘线110。帘线110在帘线引导件450的狭槽451中穿线,如图11A所示,其中狭槽具有内表面452,其具有对齐边缘454(图15),其保持帘线的间距。盒的前端具有鼻部460,如图8、12和12a中所示。鼻部460是从盒可拆卸的。鼻部460具有一排紧密间隔的出口孔462,其中每个孔462接纳帘线。出口孔462邻近唇缘471放置,唇缘471从鼻部的外表面轴向突出。唇缘471通过鼻部的上表面的一部分的移除或部分移除(relief)而形成。多个对齐沟槽464放置在唇缘471上邻近每个出口孔462。对齐沟槽464穿过孔延伸,如图12、13和16中所示。对齐沟槽464与出口孔462一起保持每个单独的帘线的适当的分离,间隔和对齐,使得增强帘布层条以平行且适当间隔的帘线形成,如图11C中所示。此外,对于每根帘线的各个孔允许容易地更换单个断裂帘线而不干扰其余帘线。
盒的鼻部460定位于邻近模具组件200。如图4和13中所示,模具200的背面201具有弯角通道204,用于通过模具出口孔202输送弹性体。模具组件200还包括件嵌件500,其可移除地安装在模具组件200的狭槽504中。嵌件具有带凸缘的端部502,其放置在狭槽端部506中。紧固件507是顶起螺丝以帮助按压嵌件使其从模具组件中出来用于更换帘线。嵌件500具有定位在嵌件狭槽504中的前部密封边缘510。嵌件500用于密封模具边缘以防泄漏,特别是模具边缘附近。当模具组件中压力增加时,嵌件被进一步推入模具中,导致嵌件密封边缘510形成与围绕出口孔202定位的模具边缘220的密封。嵌件具有下部表面512,其当嵌件卡入模具中时形成弯角通道204的部件。下表面512的下部部分514形成模具出口孔202的上部部分。
盒的鼻部460具有上部和下部外轮廓面461、465。鼻部的上部轮廓面461定位成邻近弯角通道204。当弹性体从上部和下部通道流动时,其被挤压通过弯角通道204并且沿着鼻部460的外轮廓面461、465。弹性体从鼻部的上部外表面向下流,然后遇到唇缘471处的帘线并且沿着唇缘471包封增强帘线110。唇缘471的对齐沟槽464通过在弹性体流到帘线上时保持帘线间距和对齐而维持稳定性。流从底部通道沿着鼻部的底表面流动,并且在帘线的上部部分已经涂覆有橡胶之后遇到帘线。弹性体和帘线然后经过弯角通道204,然后穿过模具出口孔202。
模具200可移除以允许更容易地穿帘线。如果帘线断裂或帘线需要变化出来,盒可以容易地从组件移除。模具200和嵌件500也可以为了帘线变化而移除。如果帘线断裂,其可以被重新穿线到引导件450和盒的出口孔462中。断裂的帘线可以被更换而不重新穿线其余的帘线。当盒被移除时,橡胶或弹性体在流体通道中保持隔离。在5分钟内可能发生帘线包的完整变化。流体通道嵌件也可以变化出来。
如图2、3中所示,十字头模具组件100还可以包括一个或多个冷却/加热通道300,其具有冷却剂入口302和冷却剂出口304。
在图17中示出模具嵌件600的替代实施例。嵌件600能够以可移除的方式插入在模具组件200的槽504中。嵌件600具有定位在槽端部506中的带凸缘的外端602。如图18中所示,嵌件600具有定位在嵌件槽504中的前部密封边缘610。嵌件600作用来密封模具边缘以防止泄露,尤其在模具边缘附近的泄露。随着模具组件中的压力增加,嵌件进一步被推动至模具中,引起嵌件密封边缘610与位于出口孔202周围的模具边缘220形成密封。当嵌件卡扣至模具中时,嵌件具有形成成角度通路204的部分的下表面612。下表面612的下部614形成模具出口孔202的上部。外端602具有处于橡胶的流动路径中的内部翼形部分616。翼形部分616向外突出且延伸至流动路径中。模具嵌件600还包括形成在下表面612与模具外端602的翼形部分616之间的角部处的两个边缘流道620。每个边缘流道620在翼形部分616与下表面612之间形成V形狭缝。边缘流道的开口面向模具出口。邻近每个边缘流道620的成角度通路704在每个角部710处具有内倒角。因此,边缘流道620与带倒角的角部710一起增加模具的外角部处的流动面积。此增加的流动面积增加橡胶流动且减小阻力。
图22-24示出了模具800和模具嵌件802的替代实施例。模具800和嵌件802一起形成模具出口804。模具出口804是带有角部806的薄的矩形形状的通路。模具出口角部806具有扩大模具宽度的倒角808,使得模具宽度大于帘布层宽度。图21示出了模具出口角部具有倒角椎体810,其引起面积的局部增加。
总之,改进的十字头模具组件提供用于通过通孔引导件捕获的单独供给帘线股,而使帘线断裂的尖锐边缘。本发明允许几分钟内从帘线包容易地变化出同时弹性体在流体通道中保持隔离。断裂的帘线可以被更换而不需要重新穿线所有剩余的帘线。本发明进一步提供用于集成的筛网过滤器和可更换流体通道嵌件,其允许修改系统的流动平衡。
虽然本发明已经关于某些具体实例进行了描述,将明显的是,许多修改和变化是可能的,而不脱离所附权利要求的范围。

Claims (17)

1.一种用于与挤压机一起使用的十字头模具组件,所述十字头模具组件的特征在于:入口部分,其具有入口用于接纳流;上部支撑块,其可移除地连接到内部部分的第一侧;以及下部块,其可移除地连接到内部部分的第二侧;第一流体通道,其位于上部支撑块和内部部分之间并且与入口流体连通;第二流体通道,其位于内部部分和下部支撑块之间并且与入口流体连通;所述十字头模具组件还包括位于组件的出口端的可移除地安装的型材模具,所述第一流体通道和第二流体通道与模具的入口流体连通;所述内部部分还包括内部狭槽,其从组件的第一侧延伸到模具的入口;以及定位在内部狭槽中的可移除的盒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的十字头模具组件,其特征在于,上部支撑块具有可移除的流动嵌件板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的十字头模具组件,其特征在于,下部支撑块具有可移除的流动嵌件板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的十字头模具组件,其特征在于,内部部分的第一侧具有可移除的流动嵌件板。
5.根据权利要求1所述的十字头模具组件,其特征在于,内部部分的第二侧具有可移除的流动嵌件板。
6.根据权利要求1所述的十字头模具组件,其特征在于,盒具有多个孔用于接纳帘布层帘线。
7.根据权利要求6所述的十字头模具组件,其特征在于,每个孔具有对齐沟槽,其延伸穿过所述孔。
8.根据权利要求1所述的十字头模具组件,其特征在于,狭槽具有上部和下部侧壁以及横向侧壁。
9.根据权利要求1所述的十字头模具组件,其特征在于,狭槽具有出口端,其中盒的鼻部密封狭槽的出口以防流体,使得狭槽与流隔离。
10.根据权利要求1所述的十字头模具组件,其特征在于,型材模具具有可移除的嵌件。
11.根据权利要求10所述的十字头模具组件,其特征在于,可移除嵌件具有下表面,所述下表面与所述模具一起形成模具出口的一部分,其中可移除嵌件具有相对的角部,其中每个角部具有倒角。
12.根据权利要求10所述的十字头模具组件,其特征在于,可移除的嵌件具有抵靠模具出口孔放置的密封边缘。
13.一种用于与挤压机一起使用的十字头模具组件,所述十字头模具组件的特征在于:入口部分,其具有入口用于将来自挤压机的流体输送到在支撑块中形成的一个或多个流体通道;以及出口,可移除地安装的型材模具位于出口处并且与一个或多个流体通道流体连通;所述支撑块还包括内部狭槽,其从支撑块的第一侧延伸到出口通道;定位在内部狭槽中的可移除的盒,其中可移除的盒的前端定位成密封狭槽的出口通道使得狭槽与流隔离。
14.根据权利要求13所述的十字头模具组件,其特征在于,盒具有多个孔,其中每个孔接纳帘布层帘线。
15.根据权利要求14所述的十字头模具组件,其特征在于,每个孔具有对齐沟槽,其延伸穿过所述孔。
16.根据权利要求13所述的十字头模具组件,其特征在于,狭槽具有上部和下部侧壁以及横向侧壁。
17.根据权利要求13所述的十字头模具组件,其特征在于,所述型材模具具有可移除嵌件,所述可移除嵌件具有下表面,所述下表面与模具一起形成模具出口的一部分,其中可移除嵌件具有相对的角部,其中每个角部具有倒角。
