Elastomeric element 47 is arranged on the upper surface of seal member 46, and elastomeric element 47 is assemblied on the outer peripheral face of Lift Part 48 with between seal member 46 and Lift Part 48 so that elastomeric element 47 flexibly supports the pumping operation of Lift Part 48.
Piston 44 is assemblied in the inside of Lift Part 48, in order to be discharged in button 50 by the cosmetics distributed by hollow bulb 441 by the inside of Lift Part 48.
Button 50 is couple to the Lift Part 48 of dispensing pump 40.

In order to use the multi-phase fluid mixing container of the corrugated tube being provided with assembling according to such scheme, as it is shown in figure 5, make lower cover 30 and container cover 80 separated from one another.

After functional cosmetics is mixed with each other in functional cosmetics container 60 with end cosmetics, as shown in Figure 10, when promoting button 50, the piston 44 of dispensing pump 40 is pressed downwardly.In the case, while piston ring 45 on the outer peripheral face being assemblied in piston stops due to the friction with the medial wall of cylinder 42, only piston 44 moves down to produce air gap between the flange 443 and piston ring 45 of piston 44, thus producing the passage of the hybridization cosmetic for distribution functionality cosmetics containers 60.
Hereafter, when promoting piston 44 further downward, while Lift Part 48 contacts with piston ring 45, Lift Part 48 and piston ring 45 move downwardly together, thus reducing the volume of cylinder 42.

When the cosmetics comprised in functional cosmetics container 60 are inhaled in cylinder 42, functional cosmetics container 60 creates the as many space with the amount of the cosmetics being inhaled into, thus creating vacuum pressure in functional cosmetics container 60.
When by forming air suction inlet 422 in the cylinder 42 of dispensing pump 40 and being incorporated in functional cosmetics container 60 by extraneous air, the vacuum pressure produced in functional cosmetics container 60 disappears.
