技术领域
本发明涉及中药技术领域，尤其涉及一种治疗股骨颈骨折的中药组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
骨折是指骨头或骨头的结构完全或部分断裂，多见于儿童及老年人，中青年也时有发生。病人常为—个部位骨折，少数为多发性骨折，若不进行及时恰当处理，可能留有不同程度的后遗症，已成为导致生活质量下降或死亡的主要威胁之一。

针对上述的缺陷，本发明的目的在于提供了一种治疗股骨颈骨折的中药组合物及其制备方法，其治愈率高达95％，其可以消炎止疼、舒筋活血、通络、促进骨细胞形成，加快愈合，其使用方便，标本兼治，快速减轻患者痛苦，减少了治疗时间和降低了治疗费用，大大降低了西药带来的副作用。
为了实现上述目的，本发明提供一种治疗股骨颈骨折的中药组合物，其由以下重量份的原料组成：透骨草100～200，血竭50～120，乳香50～120，没药50～120，当归50～120，土元50～150，苏木50～150，地龙50～150，全虫50～80，海马50～80，乌蛇50～80，杜仲50～80，桂枝50～80，川断50～80，赤芍50～80，红花20～80，牛膝20～60，防风10～50。
根据本发明的治疗股骨颈骨折的中药组合物，由以下重量份的原料组成：透骨草100～150，血竭80～120，乳香80～120，没药80～120，当归80～120，土元80～100，苏木80～100，地龙80～100，全虫60～80，海马60～80，乌蛇60～80，杜仲60～80，桂枝60～80，川断60～80，赤芍60～80，红花50～80，牛膝40～60，防风30～50。
根据本发明的治疗股骨颈骨折的中药组合物，由以下重量份的原料组成：透骨草130，血竭90，乳香100，没药90，当归90，土元90，苏木90，地龙100，全虫70，海马70，乌蛇70，杜仲70，桂枝70，川断70，赤芍70，红花60，牛膝50，防风40。
相应的，还提供了一种制备所述治疗股骨颈骨折的中药组合物的方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)按重量份取透骨草100～200份，血竭50～120份，乳香50～120份，没药50～120份，当归50～120份，土元50～150份，苏木50～150份，地龙50～150份，全虫50～80份，海马50～80份，乌蛇50～80份，杜仲50～80份，桂枝50～80份，川断50～80份，赤芍50～80份，红花20～80份，牛膝20～60份，防风10～50份组成中药组合物，向所述中药组合物中加入麻油，在10～15℃下浸泡5～15天，其中，所述中药组合物原料的总体积与麻油的体积比为1:1.2～1:1.5；
(2)将浸泡后的混合物用文武火交替加热至少一次，交替时间为0.5～1小时，使药物含水量为5％～10％；
(3)将步骤(2)中加热后的混合物经60～120目滤网过滤，去掉榨干的药物，得到过滤液，将所述过滤液加热至500～600℃；
(4)将樟丹加至所述热过滤液中，并继续加热至樟丹融化，得糊状物，其中，所述热过滤液与樟丹的质量比为1:0.2～1:0.3；
(5)将所述糊状物倒入到15～25℃水中，搅拌得到膏状物，其中，所述糊状物与水的重量比为1:10～1:30；
(6)将所述膏状物捞出并沥干水分，烘干得到成品。

本发明提供了一种治疗股骨颈骨折的中药组合物及其制备方法，其治愈率高达95％，中药组合物由以下重量份的原料组成：透骨草100～200，血竭50～120，乳香50～120，没药50～120，当归50～120，土元50～150，苏木50～150，地龙50～150，全虫50～80，海马50～80，乌蛇50～80，杜仲50～80，桂枝50～80，川断50～80，赤芍50～80，红花20～80，牛膝20～60，防风10～50，其中，血竭、乳香、没药、当归、土元、地龙、全虫、海马、乌蛇、桂枝、川断、赤芍、红花、防风可以改善损伤处局部血液循环促进对药物的吸收作用，修复骨质损伤；牛膝、杜仲可以强筋壮骨，加强骨代谢，加快受损骨关节的修复；透骨草、苏木、可祛风通络、消炎止疼、舒筋活血、通络、促进骨细胞形成，加快愈合，使用方便，其制备方法为麻油浸泡、文武火加热、过滤、加樟丹制膏状物、烘干步骤，其工艺简单、科学，容易实现机械化操作，其药效标本兼治，快速减轻患者痛苦，减少了治疗时间和降低了治疗费用，也大大降低了西药带来的副作用。

实施例1
本发明提供一种治疗股骨颈骨折的中药组合物，其由以下重量份的原料组成：透骨草100～200，血竭50～120，乳香50～120，没药50～120，当归50～120，土元50～150，苏木50～150，地龙50～150，全虫50～80，海马50～80，乌蛇50～80，杜仲50～80，桂枝50～80，川断50～80，赤芍50～80，红花20～80，牛膝20～60，防风10～50。
临床实验表明，上述中药组合物对45岁以上年龄段的人体股骨颈骨折治疗均具有较佳的疗效。优选的是，经过多次对药物的实验和应用，发明人在上述配方的基础上进一步调制出更优选的配方，以针对45岁以上年龄段的人体股骨颈骨折进行更好的治疗。
比如，可以取以下重量份的原料：透骨草100，血竭50，乳香50，没药50，当归50，土元50，苏木50，地龙50，全虫50，海马50，乌蛇50，杜仲50，桂枝50，川断50，赤芍50，红花20，牛膝20，防风10。该配方尤其适应年龄段为45岁～55岁的老年人，其治疗该股骨颈骨折效果比其它组合配方更加明显。
本发明还相应地提供了一种制备所述治疗股骨颈骨折的中药组合物的方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)取以上重量份的原料组成中药组合物，向其中加入麻油，在10℃下浸泡5天，所述中药组合物原料的总体积与麻油的体积比为1:1.2；
(2)将浸泡后的混合物用文武火交替加热1次，其中，文武火的加热温度为300℃，交替时间为0.5小时，使药物含水量为5％；
(3)将步骤(2)中加热后的混合物经60目滤网过滤，去掉榨干的药物，得到过滤液，将所述过滤液加热至500℃，将热过滤液滴入20℃的水中不散；
(4)将樟丹加至所述热过滤液中，并继续加热至樟丹融化，得糊状物，其中，所述热过滤液与樟丹的质量比为1:0.2；
(5)将所述糊状物倒入到15℃水中，搅拌得到膏状物，其中，所述糊状物与水的重量比为1:10；
(6)将所述膏状物捞出并沥干水分，烘干得到成品。所述成品可以制成贴剂以及可外用的一切形式。
实施例2：
本发明提供了一种治疗股骨颈骨折的中药组合物，其由以下重量份的原料组成：透骨草100～200，血竭50～120，乳香50～120，没药50～120，当归50～120，土元50～150，苏木50～150，地龙50～150，全虫50～80，海马50～80，乌蛇50～80，杜仲50～80，桂枝50～80，川断50～80，赤芍50～80，红花20～80，牛膝20～60，防风10～50。

(2)将浸泡后的混合物用文武火交替加热2次，其中，文武火的加热温度为350℃，交替时间为1小时，测得药物含水量为10％；
(3)将步骤(2)中加热后的混合物经120目滤网过滤，去掉榨干的药物，得到过滤液，将所述过滤液加热至600℃，将热过滤液滴入20℃的水中不散；
(4)将樟丹加至所述热过滤液中，并继续加热至樟丹融化，得糊状物，其中，所述热过滤液与樟丹的质量比为1:0.3；
(5)将所述糊状物倒入到25℃水中，搅拌得到膏状物，其中，所述糊状物与水的重量比为1:30；
(6)将所述膏状物捞出并沥干水分，烘干得到成品。所述成品可以制成贴剂以及可外用的一切形式。
实施例3
本发明提供一种治疗股骨颈骨折的中药组合物，其由以下重量份的原料组成：透骨草100～200，血竭50～120，乳香50～120，没药50～120，当归50～120，土元50～150，苏木50～150，地龙50～150，全虫50～80，海马50～80，乌蛇50～80，杜仲50～80，桂枝50～80，川断50～80，赤芍50～80，红花20～80，牛膝20～60，防风10～50。

(3)将步骤(2)中加热后的混合物经80目滤网过滤，去掉榨干的药物，得到过滤液，将所述过滤液加热至550℃，将热过滤液滴入20℃的水中不散；
(4)将樟丹加至所述热过滤液中，并继续加热至樟丹融化，得糊状物，其中，所述热过滤液与樟丹的质量比为1:0.3；
(5)将所述糊状物倒入到20℃水中，搅拌得到膏状物，其中，所述糊状物与水的重量比为1:20；
(6)将所述膏状物捞出并沥干水分，烘干得到成品。所述成品可以制成贴剂以及可外用的一切形式。

(1)取以上重量份的原料组成中药组合物，向其中加入麻油，在12℃下浸泡15天，所述中药组合物原料的总体积与麻油的体积比为1:1.3；
(2)将浸泡后的混合物用文武火交替加热3次，其中，文武火的加热温度为340℃，交替时间为0.7小时，测得药物含水量为11％；
(3)将步骤(2)中加热后的混合物经110目滤网过滤，去掉榨干的药物，得到过滤液，将所述过滤液加热至530℃，将热过滤液滴入20℃的水中不散；
(4)将樟丹加至所述热过滤液中，并继续加热至樟丹融化，得糊状物，其中，所述热过滤液与樟丹的质量比为1:0.2；
(5)将所述糊状物倒入到22℃水中，搅拌得到膏状物，其中，所述糊状物与水的重量比为1:20；
(6)将所述膏状物捞出并沥干水分，烘干得到成品。所述成品可以制成贴剂以及可外用的一切形式。
综上所述，本发明通过提供了一种治疗股骨颈骨折的中药组合物及其制备方法，其治愈率高达95％，中药组合物由以下重量份的原料组成：透骨草100～200，血竭50～120，乳香50～120，没药50～120，当归50～120，土元50～150，苏木50～150，地龙50～150，全虫50～80，海马50～80，乌蛇50～80，杜仲50～80，桂枝50～80，川断50～80，赤芍50～80，红花20～80，牛膝20～60，防风10～50，其中，血竭、乳香、没药、当归、土元、地龙、全虫、海马、乌蛇、桂枝、川断、赤芍、红花、防风可以改善损伤处局部血液循环促进对药物的吸收作用，修复骨质损伤；牛膝、杜仲可以强筋壮骨，加强骨代谢，加快受损骨关节的修复；透骨草、苏木、可祛风通络、消炎止疼、舒筋活血、通络、促进骨细胞形成，加快愈合，使用方便，其制备方法为麻油浸泡、文武火加热、过滤、加樟丹制膏状物、烘干步骤，其工艺简单、科学，容易实现机械化操作，其药效标本兼治，快速减轻患者痛苦，减少了治疗时间和降低了治疗费用，也大大降低了西药带来的副作用。

Claims (7)
1.一种治疗股骨颈骨折的中药组合物，其特征在于，由以下重量份的原料组成：透骨草100～200，血竭50～120，乳香50～120，没药50～120，当归50～120，土元50～150，苏木50～150，地龙50～150，全虫50～80，海马50～80，乌蛇50～80，杜仲50～80，桂枝50～80，川断50～80，赤芍50～80，红花20～80，牛膝20～60，防风10～50。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗股骨颈骨折的中药组合物，其特征在于，由以下重量份的原料组成：透骨草100～150，血竭80～120，乳香80～120，没药80～120，当归80～120，土元80～100，苏木80～100，地龙80～100，全虫60～80，海马60～80，乌蛇60～80，杜仲60～80，桂枝60～80，川断60～80，赤芍60～80，红花50～80，牛膝40～60，防风30～50。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的治疗股骨颈骨折的中药组合物，其特征在于，由以下重量份的原料组成：透骨草130，血竭90，乳香100，没药90，当归90，土元90，苏木90，地龙100，全虫70，海马70，乌蛇70，杜仲70，桂枝70，川断70，赤芍70，红花60，牛膝50，防风40。
4.一种制备如权利要求1所述治疗股骨颈骨折的中药组合物的方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
(1)按重量份取透骨草100～200份，血竭50～120份，乳香50～120份，没药50～120份，当归50～120份，土元50～150份，苏木50～150份，地龙50～150份，全虫50～80份，海马50～80份，乌蛇50～80份，杜仲50～80份，桂枝50～80份，川断50～80份，赤芍50～80份，红花20～80份，牛膝20～60份，防风10～50份组成中药组合物，向所述中药组合物中加入麻油，在10～15℃下浸泡5～15天，其中，所述中药组合物原料的总体积与麻油的体积比为1:1.2～1:1.5；
(2)将浸泡后的混合物用文武火交替加热至少一次，交替时间为0.5～1小时，使药物含水量为5％～10％；
(3)将步骤(2)中加热后的混合物经60～120目滤网过滤，去掉榨干的药物，得到过滤液，将所述过滤液加热至500～600℃；
(4)将樟丹加至所述热过滤液中，并继续加热至樟丹融化，得糊状物，其中，所述热过滤液与樟丹的质量比为1:0.2～1:0.3；
(5)将所述糊状物倒入到15～25℃水中，搅拌得到膏状物，其中，所述糊状物与水的重量比为1:10～1:30；
(6)将所述膏状物捞出并沥干水分，烘干得到成品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，在步骤(2)中，所述文武火的加热温度为300～350℃。
6.根据权利要求4所述的中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，在步骤(3)中，所述滤网为80目。
7.根据权利要求4所述的中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤(5)具体为，将糊状物倒入到20℃水中，搅拌得膏状物，其中，糊状物与水的重量比为1:20。
